SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read these instructions carefully. Keep these instructions for future reference.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before using the unit for the first time, make sure that electricity supply corresponds to the voltage of current specified on the unit housing.
- The blender set allows quick and effective operation, but continuous operation time should not exceed 1 minute while using blender attachment and 20-30 seconds while chopping products in mini-chopper. Make at least a two-minute interval between operation cycles.
- When using the blender attachment, cool down hot products.
• Do not run the unit unloaded.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Use only the accessories supplied. - Before using the unit for the first time wash all the removable details that will contact products thoroughly.
- Before using the unit make sure that all the details are set properly.
- Place the chopper bowl on a flat, stable surface.
- Products should be put into the chopper bowl before switching on the unit.
- Do not overfill the chopper bowl with products and watch the level of liquids.
- The blades of chopping knife are very sharp and dangerous. Handle them very carefully!
- If hindered rotation of the chopping knife appears, unplug the unit and carefully remove products, that prevent blade rotation.

Remove products and pour out liquids from the chopper bowl only after complete stop of the knife.

Do not touch the rotating parts of the unit. Do not allow hair or clothes edges get into the blades rotating zone of blender.
• Never leave the operating unit unattended.
• Always unplug the unit before cleaning or if you do not use it. - Do not use the unit near hot surfaces (gas or electric stove, oven).
- Provide that the power cord does not touch sharp edges of furniture and hot surfaces.
- Do not pull the power cord and do not twist it.
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged.
- Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. If there are any damages in the unit, apply to the authorized service center.
- In order to avoid risk of electric shock or fire, do not immerse the unit, the power cord and the power plug of the unit into water or other liquids. If the unit was dropped into water:
- do not touch water;
- unplug the unit immediately, and only then take it out of water;
- apply to the authorized service center for testing or repairing the unit.
- For children safety do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
- Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.
- Close supervision is necessary when children or disabled persons are near the operating unit.
- This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all the necessary instructions on safety measures and information about danger, that can be caused by improper usage of the unit by a person who is responsible for their safety.
Note: In case of unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
- Before using the unit, wash the blender-attachment (1), the chopping knife (8), the whisk (6), the chopper bowl (9) and the measuring cup (10) and the lid (11) with warm water and a neutral detergent.
- Wipe the motor unit (2), geared lid (7) and whisk gear (5) with a soft slightly damp cloth.

Attention!
- Do not immerse the motor unit (2), whisk reduction gear (5), geared lid (7), power cord and power plug into water or any other liquids.
- Do not put the attachments and bowls in a dish washing machine.
Continuous operation time
Continuous operation time with attachments (1,6) should not exceed 1 minute. Continuous operation time with the mini-chopper (9) should not exceed 20-30 seconds. Make at least a two-minute interval between operation cycles.
USING THE BLENDER ATTACHMENT
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
- Match the marks on the motor unit body (2) and the blender attachment (1), insert the blender attachment (1) into the motor unit (2) and turn it counterclockwise till bumping.
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the bowl with products, that you want to chop/mix; you can use the measuring cup (10) for it.
Note: As this is a high-power unit, do not exceed 200 ml mark on measuring cup (10) while chopping/mixing products in it to avoid spillage/splashing.
- Select the required whisk rotation speed by pressing and holding the button (4) "I" or (3) "II".
Note:
- Products should be put into the bowl before switching on the unit.
- Before starting to chop/mix, we recommend to peel fruit, remove inedible parts, such as bones, and cut fruit into 2x2 cm cubes.
- After you finish using the unit, take the plug out of the socket and remove the blender attachment (1), turning it clockwise.
Attention!
- Do not remove the blender-attachment (1) during blender operation.
- In order not to damage the blades, do not process too hard products such as cereals, rice, spices, coffee beans, ice, cheese, frozen food.
- If the products are difficult to process add some amount of liquid.
Using the whisk
Use the whisk attachment (6) only to make cream, biscuit dough or mixing ready desserts.
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that the power plug is not inserted into the socket.
– Insert the whisk (6) into the gear (5).
- Match the marks on the motor unit body (2) and the whisk gear (5), insert the whisk gear (5) into
the motor unit (2) and turn it counterclockwise till bumping.
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Put the whisk (6) into the bowl with products.
- Select the required whisk rotation speed by pressing and holding the button (4) "I" or (3) "II".
- After you finish using the unit, take the plug out of the socket, disconnect the whisk (6) from the gear (5) and disconnect the motor unit (2) turning it clockwise.
Attention!
- Do not use the whisk (6) to make tight dough.
- Products should be put into the bowl before switching on the unit.
Using the mini-chopper
The mini-chopper is used to chop meat, onion, herbs, garlic, vegetables and fruits.
Attention!
- Do not chop very hard products, such as nutmegs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
- Remove bones, sinews and cartilage from meat.
- Cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots etc. into approximately equal slices.
- When chopping greens, remove stems of herbs.
To achieve the best results refer to the table below.

Chopping
Be careful – the knife is very sharp! Always hold the knife by the upper plastic end.
- Remove the plastic protection from the blades and set the knife (8) on the axis of chopper bowl (9).
- Put the products into the chopper bowl (9).
- Place the geared lid (7) on the bowl (9) rotating it clockwise until bumping.
- Match the marks on the motor unit (2) body and the geared lid (7), insert the motor unit into the geared lid (7) and turn the motor unit (2) clockwise until bumping.
- Select the required chopping knife rotation speed, by pressing and holding the corresponding button (4) "I" or (3) "II".
- During operation hold the motor unit (2) with one hand and the chopper bowl (9) with another hand.
ENGLISH
- After usage disconnect the motor unit (2) from the geared lid (7) turning it counterclockwise.
- Remove the geared lid (7) rotating it counterclockwise.
- Carefully remove the knife (8) taking it by the upper plastic end.
- Take the chopped products out of the chopper bowl (9).
Attention! Strictly follow the described sequence of operations.
CLEANING
ATTENTION! The blades of the chopping knife (8) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the knife (8) very carefully!
– Unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Disconnect the attachment.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (2) and the reduction gears (5, 7).
- After processing of salty and sour products it is better to rinse the knife (8) or blender attachment (1) with water.
- While possessing products with strong dyeing properties (for instance carrot or beet-root) the bowls or attachments can get colored, wipe the attachments or bowls with a cloth, dampened in vegetable oil.
- Wash the attachments (1, 6), the chopper bowl (9), measuring cup (10) and the lid (11) in warm soapy water, rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND THE GEARS (5, 7) INTO ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN A DISH WASHING MACHINE.
Cooking examples
Mayonnaise
Use the blender attachment (1) to make mayonnaise 150 ml vegetable oil
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 tbs. of lemon juice or vinegar
Salt and pepper to your taste
Put all the ingredients into the measuring beaker
(10) according to the order mentioned above.
Immerse the blender attachment (1) into the cup (till the bottom). Switch on the blender at the maximal rotation speed by pressing and holding the (3)
"I" button, and wait till vegetable oil becomes an emulsion.
Then, without switching off the unit, slowly move the blender attachment (1) upwards and downwards, until you get mayonnaise of the desired consistency
Note: As this is a high-power unit, do not exceed 200 ml mark on measuring cup (10) while chopping/mixing products in it to avoid spillage/splashing.

- Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it away for storage.
- Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
- Keep the blender set away from children in a dry cool place,.
