INTRODUCTION
The hot air fryer is a healthy alternative to frying while maintaining the flavors and aromas without fat and is extremely versatile. Thanks to the hot air, it cooks delicious food with little or no oil, which allows you to enjoy delicacies while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using for the first time, remove the appliance and its accessories from the packaging.
- Make sure that the fryer is turned off and unplugged.
- Wipe the surface of the device with a soft damp cloth and then wipe dry.
- Wash the non-stick basket in warm water with detergent, rinse and dry.
- Place the fryer on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface at a height that is convenient to use.
Note: The first time you use the fryer, smoke and odour may be released. This is normal and the odour disappears soon. When in use, it is necessary to maintain a free flow of air around the fryer. Before first use, we recommend allowing the fryer running without contents for 10 minutes. Set the temperature control ④ to maximum and set the timer to 10 minutes. When the set time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds and the appliance shuts off automatically.
Assembly of hot air fryer
- Insert the non-stick basket in the pot and secure it safely. Check if the plastic cover covers the release button to prevent it from being pressed during use.
- Close the fryer by inserting the pot with the basket into the body of the fryer.
Note: The fryer is delivered assembled. Before use, the pot must be securely inserted into the fryer's body, otherwise the power will not turn on.
USING THE HOT AIR FRYER
- Plug in the power cord and turn on the fryer.
- Preheat the fryer for about 5 minutes using the timer and temperature controls. The power and temperature lights indicate that the fryer is warming up. When the desired temperature is reached, the green light goes out automatically.
- Take the pot by the handle and pull it out of the fryer. Place the pot on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Take extra care not to touch the heated surface.
- Put the food in the non-stick basket in the pot and slide the pot back into the fryer. When loading food, do not exceed the MAX line marked on the removable basket. Observe the minimum and maximum amounts of food listed in the Cooking Guide table to ensure optimal cooking results. Never put food directly in the pot!
- Use the temperature control to set the desired temperature for frying.
- Set the desired frying time according to the food loaded; when you release the controller, the time countdown begins.
- Some foods require shaking during frying. In this case, remove the pot by the basket handle from the fryer. Check that the plastic cover still covers the basket release button so that the basket cannot fall out. Carefully shake the contents of the pot and then slide it back into the fryer to continue cooking. Take extra care not to touch the heated surface.
- When the set time has elapsed, an acoustic signal sounds and the operation automatically shuts off. To end the operation early, set timer 2 to position 0. Carefully open the pot to make sure the food is done. If additional frying is required, close the pot and use the timer to set another frying time. After the cooking of the food is done, remove the non-stick basket from the pot and empty it onto a tray or plate. Use heat-resistant tongs (not supplied) for larger or fragile pieces of food.
Note: Before putting in food, always preheat the fryer or add 3-5 minutes to each cooking time. If it is necessary to change the time or temperature during cooking, simply do so using the controls; the fryer automatically adjusts the parameters. During cooking, the green temperature light comes on and goes out cyclically to indicate that the set temperature has been maintained.
Warning: Do not pour the food out of the pot with the basket directly into the bowl or plate, as excess oil may collect at the bottom of the pot and spill onto the food. Always remove the basket from the pot first.
Warning: The product is still under voltage even when the thermostat is switched off. To switch off completely, unplug the power cord from the outlet.
Using the removable non-stick basket
- The basket is removable to facilitate work.
- To remove the basket from the pot, push the plastic cover on the handle forward to reveal the basket release button.
- Press and hold the basket release button and carefully lift the handle to release the basket.
- Insert the non-stick basket in the pot and secure it safely.
- Slide the plastic cover back into place to cover the basket release button.
Warning: Never press the basket release button with the pot lifted, there is a risk of it falling and injury; the basket can only be released after placing the pot on a stable flat, resistand surface.
