Frequently Asked Questions - TS 66 R HUSQVARNA

How to connect the machine?
Connect the machine to a 230 V mains socket equipped with a 30 mA residual current circuit breaker with earth connection. Use an extension cable of sufficient section (3 x 2.5 mm² up to 50 m). Check that the mains voltage corresponds to that indicated on the rating plate.
What to do if the machine does not start?
Check the connection and the power cable. Ensure the socket is live. If the problem persists, the switch or motor may be faulty; contact after-sales service. Do not attempt to repair electrical components yourself.
How to adjust the cutting depth?
For a plunge cut, loosen the locking lever (J), set the desired depth, then retighten the lever. Perform this operation with the machine switched off and unplugged.
How to change the diamond blade?
Unplug the machine. Remove the protective cover by unscrewing the two knobs (C). Loosen the clamping nut (D) with the 13 mm wrench, remove the flange (E) and the used blade. Place the new blade respecting the rotation direction, reassemble the flange and tighten the nut. Replace the cover.
Why is the water pump not working?
Check that the pump is properly connected and the cable is not damaged. If an air bubble has formed, remove the pump from the water then immerse it again. If the impeller is blocked, clean it with a small screwdriver after unscrewing the filter.
How to maintain the machine daily?
Clean the machine every day. Frequently drain the tank to remove cutting sludge. Wash the tank with plenty of water and clean the pump. Store the machine in a dry place, out of reach of children.
What is the warranty period for the TS 66 R?
The warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase, provided that the warranty certificate is returned duly completed within 8 days of purchase. It covers free replacement of parts with manufacturing defects, excluding wear parts.
How to adjust the carriage sliding on the rail?
If the rollers (D) no longer bear on the rail (R), loosen the 2 nuts (A) on the opposite side of the blade with a 13 mm wrench, then tighten the screws (C) with a 6 mm Allen key. Retighten the nuts and check the sliding over the entire length of the rail.
Which blades can I use on this machine?
Use exclusively diamond wet blades with diameter 200 mm and bore 25.4 mm, marked with a maximum speed greater than 2800 rpm. The use of abrasive discs or saw blades is prohibited.
How to perform an angled cut?
Loosen the two adjustment knobs (G) to tilt the blade head and rail assembly to the desired angle (from 90° to 45°). Retighten the knobs before proceeding with the cut. Use the adjustable cutting guide if necessary.
