Before leaving our factory every machine passes an exacting inspection programme in which everything is checked minutely.
Following the instructions will ensure that your machine gives long service, in normal operating conditions.
The user advice and spare parts mentioned in this document are given as an indication, and do not constitute an undertaking. No guarantee will be granted in the event of errors or omissions, or for damage occurring during delivery, or caused by the design or use of the machine. We are very concerned about the quality of our products and we reserve the right to make any technical modifications to improve them, without warning.

- prevent accidents due to unsuitable use, by an untrained person, during maintenance, repairs, overhauls, handling or transport

The manual should always be available at the place of work.
It should be read and used by any person installing or using the machine.
The obligatory technical regulations in force in the country where the machine is used must also be adhered to for maximum safety.

Instruction plate
1 Utilisation
- Utilisation : Water-cooled cutting of tile materials.
- Blade with continuous rim 230mm (D) bore 25.4mm (AL).

Use only continuous rim diamond blades.
Cutting thickness (material) :to 90^ : 48 mm - to 45^ : 37 mm
Cutting width (Lg) with guide at 90^ : 305 mm to the left 147 mm to the right
Length of cut unlimited.
3 Pre-use check-list

Before use, read the instructions carefully and familiarise yourself with the machine.

The working area must be perfectly tidy, well lit and must offer no risks (no humidity or dangerous products in the vicinity).

The operator must wear suitable protection when working.

Any unauthorised persons must be kept away from the working area.

Use blades suitable for the work to be done (speed, geometry, application, etc.)
4 Electrical connections

-
ELECTRICAL SAFETY: Operate this machine only on a supply equipped with a 30mA earthed current-limiting circuit-breaker. Otherwise, consult our catalogue for appropriate models.

The RCCB must be used correctly, including testing it regularly. For tools supplied with an integral RCCB in the cable or in the mains plug, if the cable or plug has been damaged, repairs must be carried out by the manufacturer, one of his agents or by a qualified repair workshop to avoid any risks resulting from errors.

- Check the mains voltage is identical to that shown on the instruction plate N on the machine [FIG. 1]

- Use twin & earth plugs S.T.D. 3 pin plug 240V

- Extension cable : cable section adequate for the electric power, connection to the main by a type HO7 RNF cable of 2.5mm^2 section up to 50m .

5 Fitting the blade
- Unplug the machine.
- Remove the housing from the disk (fig 1).
- Remove the table by pulling on the levers (figs. 2 and 3).
- Remove the motor clamp screw, right-hand thread.
- Remove the pressure disk.
- O er up the diamond cutting blade.

Rotation direction is indicated by an arrow on one side of the blade.
Make sure the contact faces of flanges, of blade and the axle are clean
- Check correct centring of the blade.
- Replace the outer ange and lock the nut.
- Replace the table
- Replace the disk housing
6 Starting up

Always take care.
Get into a comfortable, balanced position.

Remove all adjustment tools and wrenches from floor and machine

Keep the protective covers in place while the machine is operating.
- Fill the water bath.
- Connect the machine to the mains.
- Start by means of the on-o switch I.
Cutting procedure

During cutting, place the blade guard as close as possible to the tile, in order to avoid water splash.
- Straight cuts
- Raise the two clips at the ends of the guide (fig 4).
- Position the cutting guide
- Lower the two clips
- Slacken off the two nuts (fig 5).
- Adjust the movable part of the guide.
- Tighten the two nuts.
- Diagonal cuts
- Place the accessory in position on the movable part of the guide.
- Slide the guide and the material together.
- Bevel cuts
- Slacken off the two side nuts (fig. 6).
- Lean the motor over to the cutting angle required (from 90^ to 45^ ).
- Tighten the two nuts.
- Adjust the cutting guide as for vertical cuts.
- Hold the material firmly and advance it steadily.
Towards the end of the cut, do not push too hard. - Pass the material slowly and without force, through the diamond blade.
- This will ensure a greater lifetime of the blade and avoid overheating of the motor.

Never cut dry. Check frequently the water level through the overflow (change water as often as necessary)
After each use, stop the machine by means of the on - off switch.
8 Maintenance (machine disconnected)
- Remove the tank (fig 7).
- Empty the tank.
- Clean the machine daily, keeping the water compartment clean.
- Store in a dry place.

9 Important advice
- Tighten all the nuts and bolts regularly.
- Check that there is sufficient water supply during operation.
- Tighten the blade firmly.
- A plastic/polypropylene water tray is recommended.

The manufacturer declines all responsibility for loss or damage resulting from misuse or any modification, alteration or powering that does not conform to the manufacturer's original specifications.

At the work station, the sound pressure level may exceed 85 db (A)
In this case individual protection measures must be taken.
10 Repairs

Contact your supplier who is entirely at your service to carry out repairs in the shortest time at the best possible price.
11 Spare parts
For rapid delivery of spares and in order to avoid any wasted time, it is necessary to remind your supplier of the details shown on the instruction plate on the machine with each order, as well as the reference of the part to be replaced.

12 Scrapping

In the event of deterioration and scrapping of the machine, the following items must be disposed of in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in force.

The warranty is acknowledged as of the date of purchase (date of the invoice of the distributor) and is valid for a period of 12 months.
- WARRANTY
The warranty is limited to the free of charge replacement of parts recognised as defective by Husqvarna (excluding wear components and consumables) providing the repair is made within after-sales service of Husqvarna or a recognised Husqvarna repair centre.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial, damages caused to persons or things by failure of the machine or the non operation of the machine.
- WARRANTY CONDITIONS
To benefit the warranty, it is necessary to return the joined warranty certificate, duly completed, to Husqvarna within eight days of the purchase.
In case of failure of the machine during the warranty period, our after-sales services will inform you of the appropriate and most effective method of dealing with your claim and advise you if necessary of your nearest approved service centre.
As an alternative, you may return, at your cost, the machine together with a written description of the problem and damages with a copy of the invoice directly to our after sales department where upon a full investigation will be instigated without delay.
4, EXCLUSIONS
Warranty will not be applied for damages or failures caused by :
- incorrect use, error in transportation, handling or maintenance,
- use of incorrect fuel or lubricants not advised by Huseyama
- use of non-genuine parts or accessories,
- repairs made by non approved service centres,
- use of incorrect specifications of cutting tools. (We suggest the use of Hsuquvarne tools).
The goods are returned at the sole responsibility of the Buyer who must appeal against the transporter in the usual manner without delay.
