This symbol indicates that waste electrical and electronic equipment (including batteries and storage cells) cannot be disposed of with other types of waste. Waste equipment should be collected and handed over separately to a collection point for recycling and recovery, in order to reduce the amount of waste and the use of natural resources. Uncontrolled release of hazardous components contained in electrical and electronic equipment may pose a risk to human health and have adverse effects for the environment. The household plays an important role in contributing to reuse and recovery, including recycling of waste equipment. For more information about the appropriate recycling methods, contact your local authority or retailer.

Before operating this appliance, read the entire manual and keep it.

APPLICATION

A tire inflator is used to inflate inner tubes and tires equipped with a valve with compressed air. The gun is not used to inflate tires of motor vehicles. Thanks to adapters (not included in the set), it is also possible to inflate pontoons, mattresses, etc. The gun is equipped with a manometer, which allows you to control the air pressure in the inflated product.

SAFETY RECOMMENDATIONS

Never point the tool outlet at people - coating materials or compressed air can cause bodily harm and other injuries. Injection of lubricant can cause necrosis or even loss of limb. In the event of injection, seek immediate medical attention.

Before starting installation, operation, repair, maintenance and changing accessories or when working near the pneumatic tool due to multiple hazards, read and understand the safety instructions. Failure to perform the above procedures may result in serious personal injury. Installation, adjustment and assembly of pneumatic tools may only be performed by qualified and trained personnel. Do not modify the pneumatic tool. Modifications may reduce the efficiency and safety level and increase the risk to the tool operator. Do not throw away the safety instructions, give them to the tool operator. Do not use the pneumatic tool if it is damaged.

Operators and service personnel are required to undergo appropriate training in the use and repair of the device.

It is prohibited to use any other gases instead of compressed air.

The use of other gases may result in serious injury, fire or explosion hazard.

When connecting the tool to the compressed air system, take into account the space required for the hose to avoid damage to the hose or couplings.

Effective ventilation should be provided at the work station. Lack of effective ventilation may pose a health hazard, cause fire or pose an explosion hazard.

The tool is not intended for use in explosive atmospheres.

The tool should be used away from sources of heat and fire, as this may result in damage to the tool or deterioration of its performance.

Follow general safety rules when working with spray materials and use appropriately selected personal protective equipment such as goggles, masks and gloves.

During work or maintenance procedures, there is a risk of absorbing particles of the spray or maintenance agent due to:

  • insufficient natural or forced ventilation,
  • incorrect atomization pressure,
  • insufficient optimization of spray parameters to reduce pollution,
  • incorrect distance between the tool nozzle and the place of application of the spray agent, the distance should be selected depending on the type of agent used,
  • absorption of solvent vapors or other hazardous substances

EN

- improper use, e.g. use of the wrong spray agent.

Never leave the assembled pneumatic system unattended by a person authorized to operate it. Keep children away from the assembled pneumatic system.

High pressure compressed air supply can cause the tool to kick back in the opposite direction of the spray material. Use extreme caution as kickback forces can, under certain conditions, cause multiple lacerations.

It is recommended to test the tool before starting work. It is recommended that people working with the tool are properly trained. This will signifi cantly increase work safety.

Follow the spray material manufacturer's recommendations and use them in accordance with the given personal, fire and environmental protection rules. Failure to follow the spray material manufacturer's recommendations can lead to serious injury.

When working with compressed air, energy accumulates throughout the system. Care must be taken during work and breaks to avoid the hazards that the accumulated energy of compressed air may cause.

Due to the possibility of electrostatic charge accumulation, measurements should be taken to determine whether it is necessary to ground the tool, use a dissipative substrate and/or install compressed air. It is required that measurements and installation of such an installation be performed by personnel with appropriate qualifications.

Never direct the spray material towards a heat source or flame, this may cause a fire.

Before servicing or disassembling the tool, completely bleed the air system and make sure there is no residual pressure.

Regularly check the technical condition of the hose and connectors – if damaged or worn, replace them immediately.

In the event of a leak, incorrect pressure gauge reading or suspected failure, stop work immediately, disconnect the power supply and have the device inspected at an authorised manufacturer's service centre.

Periodic technical inspections of the device are recommended – their frequency should be determined by the user depending on the intensity of use and operating conditions.

Do not drop or hit the tool - this may damage the electronic components.

Protect the device from moisture and electromagnetic interference.

When storing or transporting, disconnect the air source and secure the device against accidental start-up.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Getting Started

Using an open-end wrench, tighten the hose onto the gun firmly and securely.

Check the tightness and reliability of the connections of the compressed air supply system.

Blow out the air supply hose before connecting it to the system.

Before using the gun, make sure it has been properly cleaned and maintained.

During operation and storage, the pressure gauge must be protected from shocks. However, if the pressure gauge is subjected to shocks, it must be calibrated before use.

Digital Manometer Operation

The manometer is powered by 3 V DC from two AAA batteries. To replace or install the batteries, open the rear cover of the battery compartment by unlocking the safety catch. It may be necessary to remove the rubber cover of the manometer to allow access to the cover. Batteries should always be replaced in pairs, paying particular attention to the correct polarity - the polarity symbols are visible inside the battery compartment. After replacing the batteries, close the cover and make sure that the catch is properly locked. If the „B- Lo „ mark is visible on the display, it means that the batteries are running low and should be replaced with new ones as soon as possible. The batteries should also be replaced if the display does not turn on and does not display any values.

The manometer is powered by 3 V DC from two AAA batteries. There is a battery compartment cover on the back of the manometer, which must be opened by unlocking the latch. To open the cover, it may be ne-

cessary to slide off the rubber cover of the manometer. Batteries should always be replaced in pairs. When replacing the batteries, pay attention to the correct polarity - the polarity symbols are visible inside the battery compartment.

The „ON” button is used to turn the manometer on and off. Once it is turned on, the display will show 0.0.

The „FUNC” button is used to change the pressure unit displayed on the LCD screen. To change the unit, hold the button for about 3 seconds - the unit will change and appear on the right side of the pressure value.

Available units are: PSI, bar, kPa and kg/cm ^2 . The operation can be repeated until the desired unit is selected.

The selected unit is remembered after the device is turned off, but after replacing the battery, it is necessary to set it again.

The pressure gauge turns off automatically after approximately 60 seconds of inactivity or no system pressure, which helps extend battery life.

Pumping

Attach the end of the hose to the valve of the pumped product in such a way as to ensure a tight connection.

Press the gun trigger and begin pumping.

During pumping (when the trigger is pressed), the display does not show the pressure of the injected air.

To check the current pressure, release the trigger and the value will be displayed on the screen.

If the pressure exceeds the target value, you can press the pressure release valve to release excess air.

Once pumping is complete, remove the hose end from the valve.

Used tools are secondary raw materials - do not throw them into household waste containers, because they contain substances hazardous to human health and the environment! Please help us actively manage natural resources and protect the environment by taking your used device to a collection point for used devices. To reduce the amount of waste that is removed, it is necessary to reuse, recycle or recover it in another form.
