EC Label / Safety information

The appliance is designed for indoor domestic use only.

ATTENTION! Always unplug the appliance when not in use and before cleaning.

ATTENTION! Operation is only possible with the container in place and the lid locked.
Preparation
- Place the freezer bowl in the freezer compartment for at least 12 hours at -18^ or colder. Check: If no liquid can be heard when shaking the double-walled bowl, it is completely frozen.
- Prepare the desired ice cream mixture and place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours. If you use already chilled ingredients, the resting time can be shortened or omitted altogether.
- Afterwards, remove the fully frozen freezer bowl from the freezer and place it into the base unit of the appliance.
- Make sure that the motor unit is inserted into the lid before attaching the stirring paddle.
- Now insert the stirring paddle through the designated opening in the lid.
-
Place the lid with the stirring paddle onto the base unit and ensure that the locking tabs snap securely into place. The appliance is correctly closed when the two marking arrows face each other.
-
Plug the power cord into a socket. The display will automatically show a preset runtime of 20 minutes.
- Using the "Timer" button, you can adjust the desired runtime in one-minute increments, up to a maximum duration of 40 minutes.
- Press the "Start/Pause" button to begin operation.
- During operation, open the filling opening in the lid and slowly and evenly pour the pre-chilled ice cream mixture into the bowl while the machine is running.
NOTE
Only add the ice cream mixture while the machine is running, as otherwise it may freeze to the sides and the stirring paddle will no longer be able to process it evenly.
• After adding the mixture, close the opening again and allow the machine to run continuously until the set time has elapsed.
- If necessary, you can interrupt the process at any time by pressing the "Pause" button and adjust the time as desired using the timer function.
- Do not let the appliance stand still for an extended period, as the ice may freeze and block the stirring paddle.
- If the ice becomes firm before the set time has expired and the stirring paddle is blocked, the motor will automatically reverse its direction. In this case, you can stop the process, as the ice is ready.
- When the process has finished, unplug the appliance.
- Release the locking tabs to remove the lid.
• Take out the freezer bowl.
• The ice cream is now ready to serve.
NOTE
The freezer bowl stores the cold and keeps the prepared ice cream cool. The freezer bowl must not be used for freezing the ice cream itself.
