Safety precautions
WARNING

- bed and breakfast type environments.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

BEFORE FIRST USE
• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from the device.
- Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
- PlacethehoseendA ① in the vacuum cleaner and turn it clockwise to secure. Place the other side of the hoseendA ① into the tubeA ②.
- AttachthehandleA ③,extensiontubeA ②,andfloorbrushA ⑨.
- Only use the device if all the filters included the dust bin are placed properly, a damaged or improperly installed filter or dust bin may damage the unit.
USE
- Put the power cable into the socket.
- Choose the desired brush; thecombi-brushA 11 for narrow surfaces or the tube together with the floor brushA 9
- ThefloorbrushA 9 has two positions for soft/textile surfaces.
- Press the on/off button A ^12 to turn the appliance on and off.
- To move the appliance from room to room, unplug and carry it by using the handle A3. Never pull the appliance by its cord when moving
Use spare parts
• Use the brush control lever A8 to turn off the brush when cleaning carpets.
• Use the brush control lever A8 to turn on the brush when cleaning hard floors.
• UsethenozzleA 10 tocleancorners.
- Usethecombi-brushA 11 to clean curtains, lamps, lanterns, and clothing.
Attention
- Do not unplug the device by pulling on the cord.
- Do not move the appliance over the power cable while it is switched on.
- Do not use the appliance to vacuum burning cigarette ends.
- Do not vacuum needles, drawing pins, cement, plaster, or other construction and decoration materials.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pad or steel wool, which damages the appliance.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids or place it in a dishwasher.
Empty the dust container A 7.
- PushthedustcontainerreleasebuttonA ④ and lift the dustcontainerA ⑦ out off the base.
- TurnthedustcontainertopcoverA 5 clockwise to open the dust container and clean out the dust.
Clean the HEPA filter A6.
• TurntheHEPAfilterholderA
6 counter clockwise to remove this out of the dust container A 7.
- Rinse the filter housing and HEPA filter A ^6
with lukewarm water. Then let the HEPA filter air dry for at the filter housing back by turning clockwise until it clicks.
