• Always use the restraint system when your child is in the baby cradle; adjust the length of the straps as necessary.

- WARNING: Never leave your child to sleep in this product. This product does not replace a bed or a crib. If your child needs to sleep they should be placed in a suitable bed or crib.

if any components are broken or missing.

- WARNING: Do not use the cradle with more than one child at time.

- WARNING: Never leave the cradle on surfaces that are not perfectly horizontal.

- WARNING: Never place the product near stairs or steps or on carpets.

- Do not use the product on soft surfaces such as beds, sofas and pillows, as the product could overturn and cause suffocation.

- WARNING: Always supervise children playing near the cradle.

- WARNING: To prevent fire hazards, do not leave the cradle near sources of heat, electrical devices, gas devices etc.

- WARNING: The product and all of its components must always be assembled by an adult.

- WARNING: Do not add cords to lengthen the fastening system for hanging toys and do not insert knots or loops: this may cause the accidental formation of loops that could pose strangling hazards.

- WARNING: This product must only be used under adult supervision.

- WARNING: Should any parts on the toybar or hanging toy be damaged, do not use them and keep out of reach of children.

- Ensure that the cover is always properly fixed to the structure tubes on the seat and backrest.

- Ensure that the product is fully as-

sembled before use.

• Periodically check for any worn parts, loose screws, worn or unstitched materials and replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Do not place the cradle with your child in it near windows or walls where strings, curtains or other objects could be used by the child to climb or pose choking or strangling hazards.
- Also do not place the cradle near windows or walls to avoid the risk of your child pushing against the wall with his feet and tipping the cradle over causing it to fall.
• Always check that there are no objects blocking the cradle or interfering with the movement of the cradle.
- Do not leave small objects that could be ingested by the child on the cradle.
- Do not use the cradle outdoors or in a damp environment.
- If the cradle is left exposed to direct sunlight for an extended period of time, allow it to cool down before placing your child inside.
- Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the fabric to fade.
- When not in use, store the cradle out of reach of children.

FIRST USE

Once you have taken the Zen Wave cradle out of its packaging, place it on a flat surface and use one hand to grasp and pull the opening strap "D" towards you, while holding the seat with the other hand (Fig.1). To make sure that the cradle has opened correctly, check that the indicator on the front "B" is green and that the locking device is snug against the frame (Fig. 2A, 2B).

Before installing the toybar, open the 2 snap buttons at the top of the cradle. Next, attach the toybar support to the tube as shown in Fig. 3. Attach the hanging toys "G1" to the toybar "G" (Fig. 4). Then position the toybar in the respective slot (Fig.5).

USING THE SAFETY HARNESS

At first use, the safety harnesses "I" will already be fastened. The cradle's restraint system consists of a crotch strap and a waist strap. The length of the waist strap can be adjusted to suit your child's build (Fig. 6). To insert the child, open the prong "M" (Fig.7). Once the child is in place, close the belt by inserting the prong "M" into the buckle "L" on the crotch strap. (Fig.8).

WARNING: When using the product, always fasten the safety harnesses and check that they fit snugly against the child's body.

USING THE TOY BAR

To remove the toybar pull upwards.

REMOVING THE COVER

The fabric of the cradle can be removed and washed.

Follow these steps to complete the operation:

• remove the toy bar "G" by pulling upwards;
• release the perimeter snap buttons "E" on the underside of the seat edge (Fig.9);
• detach the velcro straps "F" found near the 4 metal cables (Fig.10);
• remove the fabric from the frame of the cradle starting at the top of the backrest and continuing until the fabric is removed (Fig.11).

MAINTENANCE AND WASHING

Periodically wipe the non-fabric parts clean with a soft damp cloth. After possible contact with water, dry the metal parts in order to avoid the formation of rust. Do not use solvents or abrasive products.

This product requires periodical maintenance.

Cleaning and maintenance operations must only be carried out by an adult.

Please refer to the care label for instructions on washing the product:

Machine washable at 30°C

Do not bleach

Do not tumble dry

Do not iron

Do not dry clean

Do not twist or wring

Check that the fabric and stitching are in good condition each time you wash it.

To reposition the fabric on the seat frame, carry out the above steps in reverse order, ensuring that all snap buttons are properly fastened and the velcro straps are in place.

CLOSING THE CRADLE

After use, the cradle can be folded for storage. Slide the closing/opening plate "A" towards the rear, press the opening/closing lever "C" and push the frame towards the back (Fig.12A, 12B). At this point, the cradle will fold completely.

WARRANTY

The product is guaranteed against any conformity defect in normal conditions of use as provided for by the instructions. The warranty shall not therefore apply in the case of damage caused by improper use, wear or accidental events. For the duration of the warranty on conformity defects, please refer to the specific provisions of national laws applicable in the country of purchase.
