  • Keep the air outlet unblocked to avoid losing suction power.

  • Check the suction tube from time to time to make sure it is not blocked.

  • Take special care when using the appliance near stairs.
  • Do not block the appliance openings or airflow. Keep openings free of any objects, and do not block them with clothes or your fingers.
  • Turn off and unplug the appliance from the mains supply when it is not going to be used for a long period of time, before cleaning or repairing, before attaching components, and before removing the battery.
  • WARNING: this tube has electrical connections:
  • Do not use it to vacuum water;
  • Do not immerse it in water to clean it;
  • The tube must be checked regularly and should not be used if damaged.
  • WARNING: your device has rotating parts which may cause a risk of entrapment. Exercise extreme caution.
  • Pull from the plug, not the cable, to disconnect it from the outlet.
  • Do not immerse the cable, plug, or any other non-removable part of the device in water or any other liquid or expose electrical connections to water. Make sure your hands are dry before handling the plug or switching on the device.
  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and people with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.

Battery instructions

  • This device includes a lithium-ion battery.
  • Do not burn or expose the battery to high temperatures, as it may explode.
  • Leaks from the battery or cells can occur under extreme conditions. Do not touch any liquid that leaks from the battery. If the liquid gets into contact with skin, wash immediately with soap and water. If the liquid gets into the eyes, wash them immediately with clean water for a minimum of 10 minutes and seek medical attention. Wear gloves to handle the battery and dispose of it immediately in accordance with local regulations.
  • Avoid contact between the battery and small metallic objects such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, or screws.
  • Never modify the charger in any way.
  • The battery must be removed for safe disposal.
  • Keep batteries out of the reach of children when there is a risk of ingestion.
  • Battery ingestion can cause burns, soft tissue perforation, and death. It can cause severe burns within two hours of the ingestion.
  • In case of battery ingestion, please seek medical help immediately.
  • WARNING: to recharge the battery, only use the power supply included with the appliance, with reference YLJX2I-E350100.
  • Non-rechargeable batteries must not be recharged.
  • The battery supply terminals must not be short-circuited.
  • If the device is stored for a long period of time, you should remove the battery.
  • The battery must be inserted in the correct position.

2. BEFORE USE

  • This upright vacuum cleaner includes a package designed to protect it during transport. Take the upright vacuum cleaner out of the box and remove all packaging materials. Keep the original box and other elements in a safe place, as this will help you prevent damage to the upright vacuum cleaner when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
  • Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

Do not remove the product's serial number in order to keep proper traceability if technical assistance is required.

3. ASSEMBLY

Tube installation Fig. 3

  • Insert the tube into the main body until you hear a click.
  • To remove the tube, press the tube release button and pull it out.

Vacuum base installation. Fig. 4

  • Insert the tube into the vacuum base until you hear a click.
  • To disassemble the vacuum base, press the vacuum base release button.

Battery installation. Fig. 5

  • Install the battery into the bottom of the main body until it clicks into place.
  • To remove the battery, press the battery release button.

Charge. Fig. 6.

Plug the charger into the charging port and then plug the other side of the adapter into the power socket.

Note:

  • Charge the battery before using the appliance for the first time.
  • It is recommended to charge the battery fully within the first 3 uses.
  • Do not charge the battery for long periods of time, as this may damage it.

During charging

The battery percentage will increase until it reaches 100%, marking the full charge.

During use

When the battery charge is less than 20%, the Turbo mode will not be available for the protection and improvement of the lifespan of the appliance.

Wall bracket. Fig. 7

  • Place the wall bracket against the wall and mark the drilling points for later fixing of the bracket. Please note the wall bracket installation height. It is recommended that the vacuum base rests on the floor so that the wall bracket does not support the full weight of the appliance.
  • Drill the holes and fix the wall bracket with the expansion screws, then place the vacuum cleaner.

4. OPERATION

You can use this vacuum cleaner in two different ways: Fig. 8

  • As a handheld vacuum cleaner, with the built-in accessory for furniture and corners installed in the tube, or by attaching the rest of the accessories directly to the main body.
  • As an upright vacuum cleaner, using the suction tube with the accessories assembled, or with the vacuum base attached to it.

ENGLISH

Using the vacuum cleaner

  1. Select the accessory according to the cleaning task you want to perform.
  2. Press the on/off trigger to switch on the appliance. Press it again to stop operation.
  3. Press the suction mode switch button to adjust between the 4 suction levels, including an automatic mode. This mode automatically adjusts the suction power based on movement patterns, the amount of dirt collected, and the type of surface being cleaned, such as edges or corners. During detection, a light signal is activated on the screen with the AI (Artificial Intelligence) icon.
  4. Press the floor type change icon to set the brush speed depending on whether it is a carpet or a hard floor.
  5. When using the Water tank, you must select Eco mode only. Using any other mode may damage the product.
  6. Please note that if the battery percentage is below 20%, the Turbo mode will not be available for use.

Accessories

Vacuum base. Fig. 9

The vacuum base is suitable for both carpets and hard floors.

Accessory for corners. Fig. 1 (23)

Use this accessory to clean corners, recesses, edges and other hard-to-reach places.

Built-in accessory for furniture and corners. Fig. 1 (12)

Use this accessory, that is built-in to the main body, to clean upholstered surfaces, keyboards, lamps, curtains, blinds, vents, etc. To switch between the wide side and narrow side, press the button on the accessory and slide the brush up or down.

Long accessory for furniture. Fig. 1 (22)

Use this accessory to reach the most inaccessible places.

Extensible hose. Fig. 1 (19)

Use this hose to connect accessories to the main body for greater control and precision. It is especially recommended for use with the accessory for pets.

Accessory for pets. Fig. 10

This accessory allows you to effortlessly brush and cut tangles (depending on the head you use) from your pet's coat. For convenience, it is recommended to use this accessory together with the extensible hose.

  1. To attach the accessory for pets to the main body, align and fit both parts until the accessory clicks into place.

ENGLISH

  1. To remove the accessory, press the accessory for pets' release button with one hand while holding the main body firmly with the other.
  2. Press the head release button to remove the head so that the desired head can be fitted. To attach the head, insert the lower tabs and then press the upper part until it clicks into place.
  3. Press the trigger on the accessory to release the hair and instantly vacuum it.

Motorised accessory for upholstery. Fig. 1 (21)

This accessory is recommended for cleaning furniture, sofas, fabrics and other upholstery.

Water tank accessory. Fig. 11

Accessory with which you can mop and scrub by simply attaching it to the vacuum cleaner.

  • For the accessory to dispense water you must press the scrub activation button, and check that it is in the dispense position. When you have finished scrubbing, remember to press it again to deactivate this function.
  • Do not use cleaning agents. Use clean water at room temperature.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner to vacuum water.
  • When the vacuum cleaner is not going to be used for a long period of time, remove the water tank accessory and empty the remaining water. Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods of time or store in humid environments.
  • When using this appliance for the first time, make sure the water tank plug is not open.

Warning: only use Eco mode when using the water tank.

Mop installation. Fig. 12

  • Place the mop cloth on the ground with the Velcro facing upwards.
  • Align the mop cloth with the Velcro strips on the water tank and attach it without covering the wheels.

Replacing the mop

  • Remove the water tank from the vacuum cleaner.
  • Use your foot to hold the accessory against the ground and pull the vacuum cleaner upwards until both parts are separated.
  • Replace the mop and refill the water tank.
  • Reinstall the water tank accessory, insert the tank in the lower part of the vacuum base and press until it is fixed.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Always turn off and unplug the vacuum cleaner before cleaning or maintenance.

ENGLISH

  • To maintain the vacuum cleaner efficiently, periodically check that the flexible tube does not become clogged.
  • Use a soft, slightly dampened cloth to clean the surface of the appliance.
  • Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. Do not allow liquids to enter the appliance.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the device.
  • Do not leave the vacuum cleaner in a place with direct sunlight.
  • Do not leave the vacuum cleaner in a wet place after cleaning it.
  • After the brush has been used for a long time, bristles might start to tangle with hair and other dirt. Clean the brush to ensure cleaning efficiency.

Cleaning the dust tank and the filters. Fig. 13

  1. Press the dust tank release button on the main body and lift the tank.
  2. Press the dust tank release button to open the tank cover and empty it.
  3. Hold the dust tank and remove the filter for cleaning. Lift the filter bracket with the wire mesh and wipe it with a damp cloth to finish cleaning.
  4. Wipe all parts with a slightly damp cloth.
  5. After you have serviced the vacuum cleaner remember to reset the filter cleaning reminder by pressing and holding the vacuum mode change icon for 3 seconds.

Cleaning the motor filter. Fig. 14

  1. Pull off the removable cover that covers the suction motor.
  2. Remove the filter and clean it.
  3. It is recommended to clean the filter at least every six months.

Cleaning the vacuum base and the brush. Fig. 9

  1. Press the release tab on the hard floor brush and remove the brush as shown in figure 9.
  2. Remove hairs and debris around the brush with your fingers.
  3. Wipe the brush with a damp cloth.
  4. Make sure that the brush is completely dry before putting the vacuum cleaner back into operation.
  5. Replace the brush.

WARNING:

The motorised brush includes electrical connections, do not immerse in water for cleaning. Make sure the brush is completely dry before replacing it.

Water tank accessory cleaning

  • To clean the water tank, fill it with clean water, shake it, and empty it.
  • The mop is washable; therefore, it is suggested to wash it after every use.
  • Replace the mop after 20-30 uses, depending on the use.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING

Error codes

Error code Error description How can this be solved?
E1: Charger The charger does not provide sufficient charge to the battery.Make sure that the charger is the correct one provided by Cecotec.
E2: Vacuum base motor protectionVacuum base fault. Clean the vacuum base and make sure that it is not clogged with hair or dirt that could block the roller.
E3: Clogged air ductThe motor has no airflow.Check that the filters are not clogged as well as the flexible tube or the vacuum base.
E4: Vacuum motor protectionVacuum motor fault. Check that the filters are not clogged as well as the flexible tube or the vacuum base.
E5: Protection against overheatingThe vacuum cleaner has overheated due to exertion or exposure to the sun or high temperatures.Wait for the appliance to cool down to operating temperature.
