● 14mm Spanner (parts package has included)

SERVER RACK INSTALLATION

1. Place Casters(⑥) on the bottom of the Bottom Panel(②),screw them with the rack's bottom nuts(tips:first lock the caster then to screw the rack bottom nut will be easier).Tighten them by 14mm spanner.See Fi

1. Align the Corner Support(③) with Bottom Panel(②), Secure with 2pcs M5 assebmly fix Screws(⑦) by electrical screwdriver.then adopts same step to fix the rest of 3pcs Corner Support(③).See Figure 2. Notes: during assembly,need notice the Corner Support direction,make sure the vertical mounting holes are aligned.make sure the side with numerical scale faces outward.

1. Align the Side Panel(④) with Bottom Panell(②), Secure with 3pcs M5 assembly fix Screws(⑦) by electrical screwdriver.then adopts same step to fix another Side Panel(④).See Figure 3.

Notes: during assembly, need notice the Side Panel direction, make sure the vertical mounting holes are aligned.

1. Put Top Panel(①) on the top of the rack, Align the Top Panel with Corner Support(③) and Side Panel(④), Secure with 18pcs M5 assembly fix Screws(⑦) by electrical screwdriver. See Figure 4.

1. Place 1U Blind Panel(⑤) on the Rack. Secure with the 4pcs M6 Nuts(⑧) and 4pcs M6*12 cross head screws(⑨). See Figure 5.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION

Use the included M6 cage nuts(⑧),M6*12 corss head screws(⑨) to install equipment into the wall mount server rack.

1. Insert the wing(side) of an M6 cage nut(⑧) into the back of the desired cage nut hole.
2. Apply pressure by hand or with the cage nut tool, to insert the sewing of the M6 cage nut(⑧) into the desired cage nut hole.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to insert the desired number of cage nuts application.
4. Align the Mounting holes in the equipment with the M6 cage nuts installed in steps 1-3.
5. Thread an M6*12 corss head screws(⑨), Repeat until the desired number of M6*12 corss head screws(⑨) have been prepared.
6. Tighten the screws, using a phillips head screwdriver.
