PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This brand new Belt Grinder Machine is an ideal machine for stock removal profiling, handles and finish work, satin or mirror finish. It is all steel constr and all steel frame is welded at all joints that makes this sander very soli precise belt control. Besides, it runs smooth and the tracking is very stable will not make a lot of noise. The drive will convert 1 phase into 3 phase greater control when doing detail work and reducing heat after blades are h treated. This grinder has top of the line idlers wheels ,motor & drive.

You must abide by certain safety precautions when using the equipm In order to prevent injuries and damages from occurring, you must always read through this operating manual carefully.

UNPACKING INSPECTION MATTERS

Each grinder has undergone strict factory testing before leaving the factory. The grinder has been unpacked, please perform the following inspection steps

INSTALLATION METHOD

1. Place the device on a workbench or flat ground.

1. Install the guard and tension handle.

1. Loosen the handle on the support tube and insert the extension rod into the support tube.

1. Install the corresponding components:

a) Arc Grinding Wheel Assembly

i. Loosen the handle on the extension rod, install the axis of the arc grind wheel bracket into the extension rod, and lock the handle;

ii. Select a 25mm or 40mm arc grinding wheel and install it into the arc grinding wheel bracket.

b) Round Grinding Wheel Assembly

i. Loosen the handle on the extension rod. install the shaft of the round grinding into the hole of the extension rod and lock the handle

c) Flat Grinding Wheel Assembly

i. Loosen the handle on the extension rod install the flat grinding wheel assembl the extension rod and lock the handle install the flat grinding wheel handle and washers to the position shown in the diagram and lock it.

1. Install the table assembly to the extension rod and tighten the locking screws
2. Press down on the tension handle, install the sand belt adjust the length of extension rod to the appropriate tension and lock the extension rod handle.

1. Jog on when the machine is turned onso that it is easy to use the star hair adjust the position of the sand belt to prevent the sand belt from deviating or r out.

OPERATE

1. According to different types of grinding, user can choose from three different grinding wheel.
   i. First, you need to insert the movable rod of grinding wheel, hanging on the compression the spring.
   ii. Second, you must pull the movable rod with maximum length.
   iii. Finally, lock the handle and gently lift the pressure bar.
2. User need to manually turn the belt a few laps, then the power can be swit. You can adjust the knob slightly for making the wheel not to deviate.

Warning! Arc grinding wheels are not suitable for long-term high-speed operation.

COMMON PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

1. Sand belt mistracking: Generally, the tension is insufficient, press down the terhandle, extend the extension rod to increase the belt tension, lock the tie rod angently lift the tension handle.
2. Sudden shutdown during use: Turn off the power completely for more than 2 minutes and then restart the power.
3. When the motor is overheated: if the motor will heat up when in use, it is phenomenon, the temperature rise below 80 degrees Celsius has no effect on the motor, when the temperature rise of the motor exceeds 80 degrees Celsius, please stop for a period of time, and continue to use the motor after it cools down.
4. Overload Speed Limiting: When overloaded, the speed of the machine will be reduced to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping, and when the load returns to normal, the speed of the machine will be restored.

NOTES

1. The belt grinding machine belongs to the high linear speed machinery, you may pay attention to safety when using, do not touch the running abrasive belt and train with your hands, and wear protective glasses and masks when using it, so to cause harm to the human body caused by dust.
2. This machine shall not be ground with water, and it is easy to enter the ele control box with water, causing potential safety hazards such as leakage, and even burning the electronic control motherboard.
3. When using mechanical grinding and polishing, do not use too much force, w

easy to make the motor stalled due to instantaneous deceleration, and will also damage the abrasive belt, so that cracks appear at the interface of the abrasive and even break and fly out to hurt people.

1. The machine must be reliably grounded to prevent electric shock.
2. Metal grinding is done after the belt is running.
3. The machine flat grinding wheel and deviation adjustment wheel, the new bear inside needs to be run-in, the new bearing will be heated, do not run at the high speed for a long time during the run-in period, you can drive to 70% of the maximum speed, generally 1-2 months of running-in.
4. This machine has precision steel parts, which should be placed in a dry and ventilated place and should not be used in a humid environment.

PRECAUTIONA ON USING BELT GRINDER SANDER

Attention! You must abide by the following basic safety measures against e shocks, injuries and the danger of fire when using electric tools. Read and these instructions before you start to use any tools. These instructions must a safe place.

-- The equipment must never be used in surroundings where an explosive atmosphere exists. Do not let the cable touch any parts of your body.
-- Only use the extension cable approved for use in the working area.
-- Do not force the machine for unsuitable work, for example, rough grinding etc. Otherwise, dangers and harms will be caused.
-- Only use identical replacement parts when servicing. Otherwise, risk-free of can't be guaranteed.
--The accessories' allowed speed must be at least the same as the maximum speed of the machine. Or else, they may be broken or cracked running speed goes over the machine's allowed speed.
-- Do not use damaged accessories. Before use, always check whether the accessories are nicked or cracked. For example, to grinding pad, please the support plate is not cracked. Ensure everybody to be out of the machir area and run the machine at max. speed for one minute, which can fully t accessories.
-- Cleaning the exhaust port on your machine in regular. When working, core machine firmly with both hands to ensure safe operation.
-- We recommend that you always wear industrial safety gloves and safety

when working with the BELT GRINDER SANDER.

-- Wearing close-fitting clothes is mandatory.
-- Always allow for reaction torque.
-- Wear protection mask P2 to protect you from hazardous dusts and choose acuum cleaner.
