First Time Usage

1. Preparing a tool for first time operation

Please read and adhere to these Operating Instructions before using the tool. Fundamental safety precautions must always be rigorously observed to prevent damage to the equipment and to ensure the personal safety of the user as others working in the vicinity of the operation.

1. Connection to the compressed air system

Ensure that the pressure provided by the compressed air system does not set the maximum permissible pressure of the fastener driving tool. Initially, set the pressure to the lower end of the recommended allowable pressure range (ref: TECHNICAL DATA).

HOW TO GET STARTED

Step 1. Choose the suitable shovel and position it within the machine.

Step 2. Those who follow the trend should tighten the shock-absorbing spring enter the innermost part of the Machine.

Step 3. Determine the required installation of the air connector, Install the air connector

NOTE: The product features three distinct types of air connectors, tailored for European, American, and Australian styles.

Step 4. Securely attach the Air Needle Scaler mounting sleeve to the machir and use a hex wrench to tighten the screw.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Disconnect the tool from the compressor prior to making any adjustments, clearing jams, performing servicing and maintenance, relocating, and during periods of non-operation.

2. Regular lubrication is essential. If your tool is not equipped with a in-line automatic oiler, add 2 or 6 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the inlet before each workday or after 2 hours of continuous use, depend the characteristics of the workpiece or the type of fasteners being used

3. Air-operated tools must be inspected regularly, and any worn or br parts must be replaced to ensure the tool operates safely and efficient Check and replace all damaged O-rings, seals, etc. Tighten all screws caps to prevent personal injury. This maintenance should be performed a qualified expert..

4. Make regular inspection for free movement of trigger, spring and A nozzle to assure safe system is complete and functional: no loose ar missing parts, no building or stocking parts.
5. Keep magazine and nose of tool clean and free of any dirt lint or abrasive particles.
