How to use the Vevor ZPN-35 concrete vibrator?

Plug the device into a compatible mains socket. Make sure the switch is in the off position before plugging in. Place the vibrating lance into fresh concrete and turn on the device. Move the lance slowly to compact the concrete. Turn off before removing the lance.

What are important safety instructions?

Always wear safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection. Use a residual current device (RCD) outdoors. Do not leave the device unattended. Unplug it before any maintenance. Consult the manual for complete warnings.

How to maintain the ZPN-35 vibrator?

Clean the ventilation slots regularly with a soft brush. Check the condition of the carbon brushes and replace them if worn. Inspect mounting screws and tighten if necessary. Keep the device dry.

How to replace the carbon brushes?

Unplug the device. Remove the brush holder (part no. 13 on the diagram). Take out the old brushes and insert the new ones, ensuring they slide freely. Replace the brush holder. After replacement, run the motor idle for 15 minutes to seat the brushes.

What to do if the vibrator does not start?

First check that the device is plugged in and the outlet works. Inspect the power cord for any damage. If the problem persists, check the carbon brushes: if they are too worn, replace them. Contact technical support if necessary.

Can I use an extension cord with the ZPN-35?

Work Area Safety

a) Keep work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.

Maintenance and Inspection

Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains plug.

1. The brushes should be checked periodically and worn-out brushes should be replace in time. After replacing, inspect whether the new brus can move freely in the brush holder, Keep running the motor for 15 to match the contact of the brushes and commutator.
