How to install the Vevor TC0519 tire rack?

To install the rack, mark the mounting holes on a wooden wall (thickness ≥ 8 cm) at the desired distance D (max 1350 mm). Drill holes 4 mm in diameter. Fix the two triangular frames to the wall using the M8x70 lag screws. Then insert tubes A and B into the holes of the frames and tighten with the M10x35 hex socket screws. Ensure the tubes are horizontal and that the connection length of tubes A and B respects the mark on tube B.

On what type of wall can this rack be installed?

This rack must be installed only on a wooden wall with a minimum thickness of 8 cm. It is not suitable for concrete, brick, or plasterboard walls.

What are the dimensions of the rack?

The maximum dimensions are: length 1420 mm, height 265 mm, depth 685 mm. The distance between frames (D) can be adjusted up to 1350 mm depending on tire width.

How many tires can be stored?

The load capacity is not specified, but the rack is designed to store standard car tires. Generally, it can accommodate up to 4 tires depending on their size.

What tools are needed for installation?

• The Tire Rack is installed only on wooden walls, the thickness of the wall must be at least 8cm.
• Only used to place tires.

Tire Rack ASSEMBLY

STEP 1. Mark the mounting holes on the wall corresponding to the triangular frames using a marker.

Depending on your mounting space or the width of the tire you want to

place, choose the mounting size "D" of the rack. "D" size should not exceed 1350mm (53.15in).

Note: Ensure that the mounting holes are in the same horizontal line.

STEP 2. As shown in the following figure, drill a hole in the wood with an electric drill, and it is recommended that the diameter be 4mm.

STEP 3. Attach the two triangular frames to the wall using lag screws.

STEP 4. Connect the pipe to the mounting hole of the triangular frame and tighten it with M10*35mm hexagon socket screws. It is recommended

to install the pipe on the two holes as shown in the figure.

Note: You can adjust the installation position of the pipe according to the specifications of the tire placed.

Note: Pipe B is marked with the maximum installation length mark. When installing, the connection length of pipe A and B should not be less than the marked length.
