1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
2. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
3. Capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled product only.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble when tired or when under the influence of alcohol drugs or medication.
6. Keep away from sharp points, blades and other items.
7. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unwrap separate all parts in a clean work area. Please keep small spare pa of children's reach.

SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS

WARNING:

• The Tire Rack is installed only on wooden walls, the thickness of the wooden wall be at least 8cm.
• Only used to place tires.

CAUTION:

• When installing the Tire Rack, pay attention to keeping the Rack in horizontal state, so as to have a better experience of placing iter
• This product is intended for indoor installation use only.

Tire Rack ASSEMBLE

STEP1. The mounting holes corresponding to Support Assembly are marked on the wall with markers.

Depending on your mounting space or the width of the tire you want place, choose the mounting size “D” of the rack. “D” size should not 1380mm(54.33in).

Note: Ensure that the mounting holes are in the same horizontal I

STEP2. As shown in the following figure, drill a hole in the wooden w an electric drill, and it is recommended that the diameter of the hole 4mm.

STEP3.Attach the two Support Assembly to the wall using wood screws.

STEP4. Connect the pipe to the mounting hole of the Support Assemb and tighten it with M10*35mm Hexagon socket screw. It is recommend to install the pipe on the two holes as shown in the figure.

Note: You can adjust the installation position of the pipe according to the specifications of the tire placed.

Note.Pipe B is marked with the maximum installation length mark, When installing, the connection length of pipe A and B should n less than the marked length.
