How to assemble the Vevor LX060 tire rack?

Follow the steps in the manual: select the A uprights, assemble them to the B beams with M8×45 screws, washers and plastic pads. Attach the C foot supports. Finally, install the dust cover by threading the ropes through the holes. Use the included Allen key.

What is the maximum capacity of the rack?

The LX060 rack can hold up to 8 tires distributed over 2 levels. Make sure not to exceed this capacity to avoid any risk of tipping.

Can this rack be used outdoors?

No, this rack is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to weather could damage the structure and the cover.

Are casters included?

Casters are not included with the LX060 model. If you wish to move the rack, you can purchase compatible swivel casters separately.

How to clean and maintain the rack?

Clean regularly with a dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid water and abrasive products. Periodically check the tightness of the screws.

TIRE RACK ASSEMBLY

STEP 1. Select upright A, assemble it to beam B, use the allen wrench to fasten screws D with E and F.

STEP 2. Assemble the 4 foot mounts (C) and screw them into the base (A).

STEP 3. Place the dust cover over the tire rack frame, and thread the drawstring through the dust cover hole until the cover is secured.
