How to assemble the Vevor LX060 tire rack?

Follow the steps in the manual: select the A uprights, assemble them to the B beams with M8×45 screws, washers and plastic pads. Attach the C foot supports. Finally, install the dust cover by threading the ropes through the holes. Use the included Allen key.

What is the maximum capacity of the rack?

The LX060 rack can hold up to 8 tires distributed over 2 levels. Make sure not to exceed this capacity to avoid any risk of tipping.

Can this rack be used outdoors?

No, this rack is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to weather could damage the structure and the cover.

Are casters included?

Casters are not included with the LX060 model. If you wish to move the rack, you can purchase compatible swivel casters separately.

How to clean and maintain the rack?

Clean regularly with a dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid water and abrasive products. Periodically check the tightness of the screws.

Is it possible to stack more than two levels?

No, the LX060 model is designed for 2 levels only. Do not attempt to add extra levels, as this would compromise stability.

What types of tires are suitable?

This rack can accommodate standard car tires, including summer and winter tires. For large tires (SUV, van), ensure the dimensions do not exceed 1150 mm in width.

Is there a warranty on the product?

TIRE RACK ASSEMBLE

STEP1. Select the upright A, assemble it to the beam B, use the all to fasten the screws D with E, F.

STEP2. Assemble 4 foot mount C, screw them into the A.

STEP3. Put the dust cover onto the tire rack frame, pass the duct (rope into the dust cover hole, until fasten the dust cover.
