Describe

The oil lubricated air compressor pump is specially designed for various oil lubricated air compressors. These compressors provide power for spray guns, impact wrenches, and other tools. These devices must operate in the presence of lubricating oil. The compressed air from the equipment will contain moisture a half the application requires dry and clean air, please install a water filter, air and oil-water separator.

Unpicking

After unpacking the unit, inspect carefully for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Make sure to tighten fittings, bolts, etc, before putting unit into service.

Do not operate unit if damaged during shipping. Handling or use. Damage may result in bursting and cause injury or property damage.

▲ DANGER!

Breathable Air Warning

This compressor is not equipped and should not be used "as is " to supply breathing quality air.

For any application of air for human consumption, the air compressor will need be fitted with suitable in-line safety and alarm equipment. This additional equipment is necessary to properly filter and purify the air to meet minimal specifications for Grade D breathing as described in Compressed Gas

Specification Association Commodity G7.1-1966.OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134. and/or Canadian Standards Associations (CSA)

GENERAL SAFETYINFORMATION

Due to the use of air compressors and other components (material pump spr guns, filters, lubricators, hoses, etc.), which form a high-pressure pumping system the following safety measures must always be followed:

1. Carefully read all manuals included with this product to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the control and correct use of the equipment.
2. Comply with all local electrical and safety regulations, as well as the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) in the United States.
3. Only people familiar with these safety operating rules can use the compression

4. Keep visitors away and never allow children to enter the work area.

5. When operating pumps or devices, please wear safety glasses and use her protection.

6. Do not stand or use the pump or device as a handle.
7. Before each use, check the compressed air system and electrical component for signs of damage, deterioration, weakness, or leakage. Repair or replace defective items before use.
8. Check all fasteners for tightness at regular intervals.

▲WARNING!

Equipment and control devices can generate arcs, igniting flammable gases or vapors. Do not operate or repair in or near flammable gases or vapors. It is prohibited to store flammable liquids or gases near the compressor.

▲CAUTION!

Even if the unit stops, the compressor components may still be hot.

1. Keep your fingers away from the running compressor, as moving quickly a overheating components can cause injury and/or burns.

2. If the equipment begins to vibrate abnormally, please stop the engine/motor and immediately check the cause. Vibration is usually a warning of a malfunction. To reduce the risk of fire, the exterior of the engine/motor should be kept for solvents, or excessive lubricating grease.

SPRAYING PRECAUTIONS

▲WARNING!

Do not spray flammable materials in vicinity of open flame or near ignition s including the compressor unit.

1. Do not smoke when spraying paint, insecticides, or other flammable substances.

2. Use a face mask/respirator when spraying and spray in a well ventilated to prevent health and fire hazards.

3. Do not spray paint or other spraying materials directly onto the compress. Place the compressor as far away from the spraying area as possible to mix the accumulation of excessive spray on the compressor.

4. When spraying or cleaning with solvents or toxic chemicals, follow the instructions provided by the chemical manufacturer.

ASSEMBLY

1. As this product is an independent air compressor pump, please make sure check the product's specifications before installation and use to avoid incorrect matching and problem points.
2. Before installation, please pay attention to checking whether the performance parameters of the motor matched with the installation of the air compressor meet the requirements, and confirm whether the rated working pressure of the storage tank matches the rated working pressure of the air compressor pump.
3. During installation, please ensure that the air compressor pump is securely to the rack board with bolts. If it is not securely fixed, there is a risk of the compressor pump flying out and injuring people.
4. After the installation and fixation of the air compressor pump, please use corresponding size of the main wheel. If the incorrect main wheel is used, the may be differences in the performance of the main engine and other unknown risks.
5. Before starting use, please add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to inlet of the air compressor pump. The amount of oil can be observed through mirror, and the oil level should exceed the red line of the oil mirror by 1-2r

1. After powering on and starting to use, please pay attention to checking for abnormal vibrations in the air compressor pump. If there are any abnormal vibrations, the installation and accessories need to be rechecked until they are repaired.

2. The lubricating oil of the air compressor pump should be replaced with no after the initial 50 hours or one week of operation. After that, the new oil is replaced every 300 hours. For harsh operating environments, the new oil should be replaced every 150 hours, and the oil should be replenished every 36 h operation (observe the oil level indicator). The oil level should be checked da ensure the lubrication effect of the air compressor.
