INSTRUCTION

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO ASSURE

THAT YOU WILL ENJOY THE CONVENIENT USE OF AIR COMPRESSOR.

  1. Always operate Air Compressor no exceed the maximum pressure rating. 1 maximum pressure rating of this Air Compressor is 150 PSI.
  2. This model is equipped with Auto Overheat Protection. This is designed to protect the Air Compressor from overheat causing permanent damage to Air Compressor. The thermal overload protector will self-activate when the internal temperature rises to certain degree. To restart the Air Compressor, turn the switch to OFF("O"), allowing the Air Compressor to cool about 15 minutes. Y can then resume usage of the Air Compressor by turning it on.
  3. Please note that you may experience a slight delay (around 0.5s) of the Compressor motor starting while the Air Compressor is pressurized. This is no malfunction.
  4. It is strongly recommended that you keep the vehicle's engine running while using the Air Compressor, so the performance of the Air Compressor can be enhanced. also to prevent your vehicle's battery from running out.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Before operating the air compressor, check that you are in a safe location away from busy roads and traffic, inspect the air compressor and accessories any sign of damage. If there are signs of damage, have a service repair professional replace/repair damaged part.

  2. Remove the air compressor from the box and place it on a dry level sur near the 12 Volt vehicle battery or power source.

  3. Connect the 8 meter rubber air hose to the air compressor using the qui connect fitting.

  4. Choose whether you want to use the screw type connector or the thumb adaptor. The screw type connector is already attached to the air hose and is ready for use. If you choose the thumb lock connector, simply screw the end the thumb lock adaptor into the screw type connector on the air hose and e a good seal is made. The thumb lock adaptor is now ready to connect.

  5. Check the power switch is in the off position before connecting to battery compressor does not start straight away.

  6. Connect the RED battery clamp to your 12 Volt vehicle battery or power source's POSITIVE (+) post. Connect the BLACK battery clamp to your 12 V vehicle battery or power source's NEGATIVE(-) post.

  7. Test the connections and air flow by switching the mode to "I" or "11" o switch. ("I" is for air compressor with tank running,"II" is for air compressor w tank running,"O"is for OFF.) Direct the hose away from yourself or any person nearby when testing the air tank compressor.

  8. Turn the switch to Air Tank(Switch: I) and the compressor will fill the tan volume before turning itself off when it reaches capacity. When the compressor builds up 114psi of pressure, it will automatically shut off. When the pressure reduces to 85psi the compressor will automatically restart.

  9. Alternatively, you can use the air compressor without the tank by turning switch to 11.

  10. To inflate the tire, connect the air hose to the tire by removing the valve equipped) from the tire valve system. Check that the tire valve system is clean and free from dirt.

. If using the screw type connector, screw the brass inflator onto the tire valve system. Make sure it is only screwed finger tight. DO NOT use any tool as may damage the inflator and/or the tire valve system.

.If using the thumb lock adaptor, using your thumb press and hold the lever firmly press onto the tyre valve system to create a good seal. Now release lever.

Inflate the tyre by switching 'I or II' the air compressor with the 'I/OFF/II' sw which is located on the body of the air compressor. Watch the pressure gau closely to monitor the tyre pressure. Once the correct or desired pressure has been reached, turn the air compressor '0FF'.

  1. Remove the brass inflator or the thumb lock adaptor from the tyre valve system. Remember to refit the valve cap after you have completed the inflati process.
  2. Disconnect the battery clamps from the 12 Volt vehicle battery or power source.

  3. Allow the air compressor to cool completely before storing. Remember to store the air compressor in a dry location.

Use extra caution when inflating small objects such as bicycle tyres and sport balls. Pay close attention to the pressure gauge and be prepared to stop the compressor when the manufacturer's recommended pressure is reached.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

  1. Always inflate tires to manufacturer's recommended tire pressure. Exercise extreme caution when driving with deflated tires.
  2. Never exceed 30km/h when driving with partially inflated tires.
  3. Never make sharp turns while driving with tires on low pressure.
  4. Re-inflate tires before highway travels.
  5. Use heat resistant minimum 200 PSI rated working pressure extension hose. Do not use aftermarket hoses with less than 200 Psi working pressure. Some aftermarket hoses may not be suitable for use due to heat and press generated by this type of Air Compressor.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

  1. The Air Compressor is equipped with a permanently lubricated, maintenance-free motor. Never try to lubricate the Air compressor.
  2. Air Compressor is also equipped with one washable filters under the black cover on the head. To clean: Remove the cover on the head and remove t (a foams and a felt). Filters should be washed with warm fresh water(no chemicals). Drip dry in shade before replacing back into Air Compressor.
  3. Regularly clean dust and dirt from Air Compressor, its cooling fins and m housing.
  4. All repairs should be performed by a qualified electrician only.
