Please read all instructions before using this product It is the Owner's responsibility to ensure that all users of this product are fully aware of all warnings and precautions.

·Do not use it if you are pregnant

·Before beginning any exercise program consult your physician.

- Read all instruction before using this product.

- Keep children and pets away from sit-up bench while in use. Children should not use. The product. without adult supervision.

- Inspect and tighten all parts each time before using this sit-up bench

- Please clean this machine using damped wipes only.Do not use any cleansers.Please Consult with customer service if you have any questions

- This product should be placed on a flat surface when using. Place an anti-slippery mat under the machine if needed.

- Please wear proper clothes when using this product.

- Do not use it if it is not functional or parts are not well-assembled.

·If you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breadth, you should stop exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing.

·Before use, always ensure that your product is positioned on a solid hard-flat surface.

- Store idle equipment out of reach of children and do not allow any unfamiliar with the equipment to use it. This tool is dangerous in the of untrained users.

- When using the product, the crowd of onlookers must keep adistan meters to avoid accidental injury.

Exercise Plans

1. Beginners are recommended to start with less reps, 5 reps as 1 set example and add reps as goes.
2. Please do not exercise half an hour before /after meals or 1 hour sleep.
3. Please make exercise plans.

NOTE:

To avoid misalignment due to over-tightening, please do not use a w at this time.

Hand-tightening for now will help ensure easy assembly.

Wrench-tightening should be performed after all parts are assembled to ensure all nuts, bolts, and parts are tightly secured before use.

With the help of an assistant.

Assembly

Step 1:

Attach the Left Upright (#04) to one Base tube (#05) by two Carriage (#28), two Flat Washers (#38) and two Nylon Nuts (#36). Repeat the process with the Right Support (#03).

Attach the Rear Cross Tube (#06) to the Left Upright (#04), secure Allen Bolts (#27), four Flat Washers (#38) and two Locknuts (#36). this process on the other side with the Right Support (#03).

Insert the Backrest Adjustment Tube (#07) to the hole of both Left a Right Upright (#04/#03).

Step 2:

Insert the Adjustable Upright Tubes (#11) into the Left Upright (#04); Right Upright (#03) secure with two Knob Bolts (#23).

Attach the Left Butterfly (#09) to the Left Upright (#04). Secure them using one Allen Bolt (#29), two flat Washers (#38) and one Locknut (#36). Attach the Handle bar (#10) to the Left Butterfly (#09). Secure by using one Bolt (#30) and Flat Washer (#39). Repeat this process the Right Butterfly (#08).

Step 3:

Attach the Front Upright (#02) to the Base tube (#05) and secure by two Carriage Bolts (#28), two Flat Washers (#38) and two Nylon Nuts (#36).

Attach the Front Upright (#02) to the Main Frame (#01) and secure using two Allen Bolts (#34), four Flat Washers (#39) and two Nylon N (#37).

Attach the Supporting Tube (#17) to the bottom of Main Frame (#01) the back of Front Upright (#02) using two Allen Bolts (#34) and two Washer (#39) as shown in the diagram below.

Step 4:

Attach the Main Frame (#01) onto the Rear Cross Tube (#06) using Allen Bolts (#35), two Flat Washers (#39) and one Nylon Nut (#37). insert the locking Pin(#22)

Attach the Leg Developer (#18) to bracket of Front Upright (#02). Set together using one Allen Bolt (#27), two Flat Washers (#38) and one Nut (#36)

Step 5:

Attach the Backrest Supporting Tubes (#13) to the each side of the rod on Main Frame (#01) using one Allen Bolts (#32), two Flat Washes and one Nylon Nut (36) as shown in the diagram below.

Attach the Backrest Cushion (#15) gently onto the Backrest Supporting Tubes (#13) by four Hex Bolts (#33) and four Flat Washers (#40) Attach the Seat Cushion (#16) to the two plates on the Main Frame as shown in diagram. Secure them together by four Hex Bolts (#31) four Flat Washers (#40).

Attach the Arm Curl Cushion (#14) to the Arm Curl Frame (#12) using Hex Bolts (#31) and two Flat Washers (#40). Then insert to the From Upright (#02) secure with Knob Bolt (#23).

Step 6:

Attach the Arm Curl Handle Bar (#19) to the bracket of the Leg Dev (#18) using one Allen Bolt (#27), two Flat Washers (#38) and one N Nut (#36).

Insert two Foam Roller Tubes 310mm (#20) to the hole of the Front (#02), slide the Foam Rollers (#24) onto one end of Foam Roller Tu 310mm (#20).

Next, Insert two Foam Roller Tubes 300mm (#21) to the hole of the Developer (#18), slide the Foam Rollers (#24) onto one end of Foam Tubes 300mm (#21).

Attach the Spring Clips (#26) to the weight plate tube of Left/Right E (09/08) and butterfly (#18).

THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS IS NOW COMPLETE.

For your safety, Please tighten the screw and adjust it to the appropriate position.

Please visually and functionally inspect and test the unit after assemb complete.

Step 7: The following figure shows the folded state of the product.
