How to assemble the pull-up bar station?

Follow the steps in order: install the base (step 1), then the main body (step 2) by attaching the back cushion, handle and connecting rod, then the upper part (step 3). For the G model, add the pull-up rope (step 4). Tighten all screws with the provided wrenches.

What is the maximum supported load?

The maximum load is 150 kg. Never exceed this limit to avoid injury or damage.

How to maintain the station?

Clean with a soft cloth, water and soap. Avoid abrasive solvents. Every 90 days, check that all screws are tight.

Can I use this device outdoors?

No, it is designed for indoor domestic use. Outdoor humidity and dust can damage it.

What is the difference between models ssshkytxs-f and ssshkytxs-g?

The G model includes additional parts (24 and 25) for a pull-up rope, allowing extra exercises.

What exercises can I do with this station?

You can do pull-ups (wide or narrow grip), dips, and with the G model, rope pulls. The back cushion allows bench press exercises.

Is the station stable on carpet?
