How to assemble the SJ7820 weight bench?

Follow the assembly steps in the manual: attach the rear uprights to the base tubes, insert the support tube, attach the adjustable uprights, then assemble the front frame and armrests. Tighten manually first, then with a wrench once fully assembled.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The maximum capacity is 272 kg (600 lb). Only one person at a time can use the equipment.

How to adjust the backrest inclination?

The backrest is adjustable via the adjustment tube (12) and adjustment piece (13). Use the locking pins (21) to secure the desired position.

Can I fold the bench for storage?

Yes, the product can be folded. Use latch 21 after folding to lock it in the folded position.

How to maintain my bench?

Clean the surface with a damp cotton cloth. Check the screws every 3 months and tighten if necessary. Do not use harsh cleaners.

- Do not use it if it is not functional or parts are not well-assembled.

NOTE: To avoid misalignment due to over-tightening, please do not use wrench at this time.

Hand-tightening for now will help ensure easy assembly.

Wrench-tightening should be performed after all parts are assembled to ensure all nuts, bolts, and parts are tightly secured before use.

With the help of an assistant.

Assembly

Step 1:

A) Attach two Rear Uprights (02) to two Rear Base tubes (01) total Carriage Bolts (29),

four Flat Washers (27) and four Nylon Nuts (28).

B) Insert Main Frame Supporting Tube (05) to the hole of two Rear Uprights (02), secure them by

using two Allen Bolts (26) and two Flat Washers (25) from outside.

C) Attach the Rear Cross Tube (03) to Rear Uprights (02), secure with four Allen Bolts (22),

eight Flat Washers (27) and four Nylon Nuts (28).

D) Insert Adjustable Upright Tubes (04) to Rear Uprights (02), choose appropriate hole

position then insert the Lock Pin (20), attach the Weight Rest (07) to Uprights (02) then insert the Lock Pin (20). Attach the Handle Bar (06) the Adjustable Upright Tubes (04) using one Allen Bolts (26) and one Washers (25). Repeat this process on the other side.

Step 2:

A) Attach the Front Upright (09) to Front Base Tube (10) by using the Carriage Bolts (32), two Flat Washers (25) and two Nylon Nuts (31) the Front Upright (09) to the front side of Main Frame (08) using or Bolts (22), two Flat Washers (27) and one Nylon Nut (28), then inse Lock Pin (21)
B) Insert the Backrest Adjustable Tube (12) to Adjustable Piece (13) one Allen Bolts (22), two Flat Washers (27) and one Nylon Nuts (28).

Step 3:

Attach rear side of Main Frame (08) to Main Frame Supporting Tube using two Allen Bolts

(30), four Flat Washers (25) and two Nylon Nuts (31).

Step 4:

Attach two Backrest Supporting Tubes (11) to the welded rod of Mair Frame (08) secure by

one Allen Bolt (23), two Flat Washers (27) and one Nylon Nut (28).

Place the Backrest Adjustable Tube (12) in the middle of the Backrest Supporting Tubes (11) and insert one Allen Bolt (23), two Flat Washes and one Nylon Nut (28) to fix.

Attach the Adjustable Piece (13) to the hole of Main Frame (08) using Pin (21)

Step 5:

Attach the Seat Cushion (34) to the Main Frame (08) by using four Bolts (24) and four Flat Washers (25).

Attach the Backrest Cushion (35) to the Backrest Supporting Tubes (1 using four Allen Bolts (24) and four Flat Washers (25).

Attach two Ropes (33) to the Front Base Tube (10).

THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS IS NOW COMPLETE.

For your safety, Please tighten the screw and adjust it to the appropriate position.

Please visually and functionally inspect and test the unit after assemb complete.

Step 6: The following figure shows the folded state of the product, v can be locked by latch 21 after folding
