DISTILLER - ASSEMBLY AND USE
1. ASSEMBLY FOR DISTILLATION PURPOSES
Screw-in the cooling unit with the still to the pressure cooker (in the place of the safety vent) - 1 You must be careful not to perform this operation by force, because tightening the cooler too much may damage the screw thread.
- Connect the cooling unit to the source of cold water in the countercurrent of the distillate received (lower outlet in the cooling unit - 2). Drainage is performed through the upper cooling unit outlet - 3
- The upper part of the still contains an outlet for inserting a thermometer

2. DISTILLATION
After assembling the set, pour c.a. 2l of water and vinegar to the pressure cooker and distill the liquid to sterilize the set. Perform this procedure only once.
- Pour 10l into the empty pressure cooker and heat the set on the stove. The heating time on an induction stove is c.a. 30min.
After reaching 80^ distillate will start to drip from the water cooling unit.
- NOTICE!!! The first 70ml is the first running, which must be discarded, since it contains most volatile substances, which can disturb the taste of the distillate.
After completing distillation, pour the liquid out of the stills.
The correct distillation time is c.a. 1 hour for 1 l of distillate.
PRESSURE COOKER - DESIGN AND USE
1. PRESSURE COOKER STRUCTURE:

DESCRIPTION:
- Pot
- Working vent
3.Crossbar - Lid handle
- Safety vent
- Lid
- Seal (hidden in the edge of the pot)
- Metal handles
2. USE
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Wash the pot thoroughly with washing liquid. Do not use any scrubbers or washing powders.

BEFORE EVERY USE
Before every use, check the working vent and the safety vent.
Set the working vent arm in the horizontal position and press several times. The arm must return to the horizontal position.
Pull the safety vent several times. The vent must return to its initial position.
FILLING THE PRESSURE COOKER
Maximum permissible filling:
- 1/2 of total volume of the pressure cooker for case of food which grows in size when cooked.
- 2/3 of total volume of the pressure cooker for food which does not grow in size when cooked.
DO NOT BOIL WITHOUT WATER IN THE PRESSURE COOKER!

CLOSING THE PRESSURE COOKER
Please observe several basic rules when closing the lid of the pressure cooker:
- Shift the handle on the lid to the "open" position.
- Slide the lid onto the pot, at an angle, in which the both ends of the crossbar are supported on the edge of the pressure cooker.
- Slide the handle to the other side to the "closed" position. Make sure that the lid is tightly sealed on the edge of the pressure cooker.
- After locking, the handle will be lying horizontally. Please do not press on the handle after sealing the pot, as it may lead to damaging the sealing functions.
OPENING THE PRESSURE COOKER
Before opening the pressure cooker, the most important thing to do is to completely lower the pressure inside the pot.
- Lower the pressure by venting the steam (press the working vent art several times or cool the pot down under a cold water stream).
- Next, in order to level the pressure, slide the working vent to the vertical position.
- When the hissing stops, open the lid.

3. PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:
- Start using the pressure cooker only after reading this instruction manual and information on safe use
Before every use, check if the pressure cooker has all the required parts and whether the safety vents are clean and patent
-
A pressure cooker cooks under pressure. Incorrect use of the pressure cooker may result in burns! Before heating, make sure if the pressure cooker is sealed!
-
Keep children away from the pressure cooked when using it
-
Do not direct the vents towards the user
-
Do not insert the cooker into a hot oven
-
When the cooker is under pressure, maintain extra caution handling it. Do not touch any heated surfaces without protection

-
Do not use the cooker to any other purposes than its designed purpose
-
Do not open the pressure cooker applying force. Open the cooker only after the pressure has dropped.
-
Do not use the cooker without water - otherwise you will damage it
Maximum filling of the pressure cooker - 2/3 of the total volume for food which does not grow in size
-
When cooking food that grows in size - such as rice or dehydrated vegetables, fill the pressure cooker up to 12 of its total volume only
-
When cooking meat (with skin) which swells (e.g. beef tongue), do not puncture it - may cause burns
-
When cooking soft meals, shake the cooker lightly before opening to avoid splattering food
-
Do not use the cooker to fry food under pressure!
-
Do not force pressure cooker opening
If you notice steam coming out of the safety vent or the sealing ring, immediately turn off the burner
Always make sure you cook in a clean pressure cooker. Keep the burnt cooker in water and then wash it. Do not use scrubbers or cleaning powders to clean the cooker.
- All spare parts should be original and sourced from an authorized supplier. The pot and the lid should be of the same type and sourced from one manufacturer.
