About this instruction manual
This instruction manual includes important tips for your safety and the use of the appliance.
Failure to observe the instruction manual can result in injuries to people or damage to the appliance. Keep the instruction manual safe. When passing the appliance on to somebody else, the instruction manual must also be passed on.
Read the instruction manual completely before using the appliance for the first time.
Safety instructions
Connect the appliance safely
Since the appliance is operated with electrical current, there is a danger of electric shock.
Therefore:
- Always connect and operate the appliance as specified on the nameplate (below the waste water tank and on the power supply unit).
- Check the appliance, power supply unit and charging station for possible damage before use.

Do not use the appliance:
-
if it has been dropped,
- if it shows visible signs of damage,
- if it is leaking,
- if the appliance or power supply unit is defective.
- In order to avoid hazards and comply with safety regulations, any repairs to the appliance and power supply unit must only be carried out by our customer service.
Contact our customer service by telephone or e-mail for repairs (see service addresses in a separate warranty booklet).
- Do not immerse appliance in water or other liquids, or treat with liquids. Do not operate the appliance outdoors or in rooms with high humidity.
- Do not handle the plug with wet hands.
- Ensure the power supply unit is not kinked, pinched or run over or comes into contact with heat sources, moisture or sharp edges. Ensure the power supply unit does not become a trip hazard.
- Do not pull or carry the appliance by the power supply unit. When removing the plug from the socket, always grasp the plug, not the cord.
- Always ensure the appliance is switched off and removed from the charging station before cleaning, servicing or changing accessories.
Safety when handling rechargeable batteries
- If rechargeable batteries are handled improperly, there is a risk of injury and explosion.
- WARNING! Only use the included power supply unit to charge the battery (see Technical Data). Never use another power supply unit to charge the batteries. The power supply unit provided must, in turn, only be used to charge the appliance batteries provided.
- Take the appliance and the battery to an appropriate collection point near you for safe and environmentally friendly disposal. Never dispose of the appliance with the rechargeable battery in household waste.
- Never take the appliance with the rechargeable battery apart, expose it to high temperatures or throw it into the fire.
- Liquid may leak from the battery if the appliance is handled improperly. Discontinue using the appliance if it is damaged or if liquid is leaking from the battery.
• If liquid has escaped, avoid contact with the liquid. - In case of contact with the liquid, rinse it off immediately with copious amounts of water. In case of after effects (irrespective of type), consult a doctor.
Safety of particular groups of people
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. - Children may not play with the appliance or stand or sit on the appliance.
- Cleaning and user maintenance may not be performed by children without supervision.
- Keep the appliance and power supply unit inaccessible to children when switched on or charging.
- Keep packaging material out of the reach of children and dispose of it properly. Otherwise, there is a risk of suffocation.
Rotating brush roller and working with water
- WARNING! Always keep parts of your body, hair, loose clothing, chains, etc., clear of the brush roller.
- Do not use the appliance close to cables, wires and long fringes. On the one hand, there is a risk that the cable insulation will be damaged. On the other hand, these objects can get caught in the brush roller and thus damage the appliance.
- Do not point the appliance at electrical equipment, sockets, cables, etc.! Keep clear of any sockets or similar outlets on the floor during cleaning. Failure to do so may result in an electric shock!
- When appliance is in operation, never leave it unattended.
- During cleaning, never leave the appliance resting on its side.
- When cleaning, never remain on one spot too long. This may damage the surface.
Smooth surfaces
- During mopping, a film of moisture is created on the cleaned surface. This film may cause slipping and falling until it has dried.
- Do not enter cleaned surfaces until they are dry.
- Be even more careful when cleaning stairs:
The steps can become slippery. This could result in falls and injuries.
Intended use
- The appliance is intended exclusively for cleaning sealed, level hard floors (e.g. tiles, stone floors, linoleum and other smooth, sealed surfaces) that resist moisture absorption.
- First, check whether the surface is suitable for cleaning in an inconspicuous place.
- Never use the appliance to clean unsealed parquet or laminate floors.
- This appliance is intended for use in households and similar places.
- Any other use is improper and is forbidden.
In order to prevent injuries, fires and damage, the appliance may not be used to clean:
- People, animals or plants. Always keep all parts of the body, hair and clothing clear of the steam outlet. Never bring the appliance close to your head.
- Surfaces that are contaminated by substances hazardous to health.
- Textiles, leather, furniture, walls, unsealed, lacquered, oiled or waxed wooden or ceramic floors and surfaces made of synthetic fibres, soft or glossy plastic.

Contamination from explosive or highly flammable substances or toners; fine dust such as gypsum, cement, fine drilling dust or powder.

Contamination from glowing, burning or smouldering particles (such as ashes, coal, charcoal, cigarettes, matches).
- Contamination from broken glass, sharp pebbles or similar dirt. These pollutants can adhere to the brush roller and leave scratches on the surface being cleaned.
Always observe the manufacturers' instructions for proper care of individual surfaces. If in doubt, check with the manufacturer before cleaning!
The following use is also prohibited:
- Operation
- When the appliance is not fully assembled or with accessories other than those listed herein.
- With empty water tank.
- Without filters in place.
- Outdoor operation or storage.
Other safety instructions
- Add no more than 400 ml of cold, clear tap water to the water tank.
- Do not use distilled water or condensed water from the tumble dryer.
- Do not put any foaming cleaning agents in the water tank.
- Empty both water tanks after each use.
- Always switch off the appliance when left unattended.

Before the first use
- Unpack the appliance completely and discard any packaging material and stickers. Never remove the nameplate!
- Note: There may be water residues in the water tank due to quality controls performed at the production stage.

- Perform self-cleaning before first use (see Cleaning the device/self-cleaning function).
Assembling the appliance
Getting started:
- Place the top part of the main unit on the bottom part until it engages with two audible clicks.
Before every use:
- Insert the brush roller into the brush holder and fold the fixing bracket over until it audibly clicks into place.
- Insert the dirty water tank with the fleece filter, pleated filter and lid into the appliance from the rear and let it snap into place (see also Manual cleaning and cleaning the main unit / Cleaning the dirty water tank).
- Insert the clean water tank with the lid into the front of the appliance and let it snap into place.
- To disassemble, press the slider on the brush roller and tanks and remove the items.
Charging the appliance
- Make sure you charge the appliance before using it for the first time and when the indicator flashes or the appliance will not switch on. It takes approx. 5 hours to fully charge the appliance.
- Plug the charging cable into the socket on the underside of the charging station and guide the charging cable out to the side through the cable guide.
- Place the assembled appliance on the charging station. The indicator flashes. The appliance is charging.
- Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator goes off.
Attention! Place the charging station near the wall socket so that the appliance is not accidentally knocked over.
Filling the clean water tank
- Remove the appliance from the charging station.
- Press the clean water tank release button and remove the tank from the appliance.

Remove the lid from the clean water tank and fill the tank with a maximum of 400 ml of cold or warm (max. 60 °C) tap water (see Other safety instructions). If necessary, add a small amount (approx. 15 ml) of liquid, non-foaming cleaner. Never put foaming cleaning agents in the water tank! Replace the lid on the clean water tank.

Insert the clean water tank with the bottom part into the appliance and press firmly until it clicks into place.
ATTENTION! Check the water level in the clean water tank regularly and refill the water as soon as the MIN mark is reached. Never use the appliance when the clean water tank is empty!

Mopping
- Remove the assembled floor mop from the charging station.
- Fill the clean water tank as indicated above.
- Check that the dirt water tank is empty.
- Ensure the surface is suitable for cleaning with water.
TIP: When dealing with heavily soiled floors, e.g. with dust or crumbs, we recommend that you sweep or vacuum the floor first.

Fold the handle slightly backwards and switch on the appliance by pressing the ⏻ button. The appliance can only be switched on when tilted slightly.

Move the appliance back and forth on the surface while cleaning. The appliance mops the surface and sucks all dirt in a single operation.

The appliance is in standby mode when you switch it on. Press the button to switch the appliance to power mode. The power mode is recommended for heavily soiled floors.

After cleaning, switch off the appliance by pressing the button.
Attention! The appliance will keep running for a few seconds to absorb the remaining water.
When the appliance is used for extended periods or at high temperatures, the fan will switch on and off automatically to cool the battery.
Right after each use
- Switch off the appliance after use, remove the clean and dirty water tanks and empty them.
- Clean the appliance as specified under Cleaning the appliance.
Cleaning the appliance
Self-cleaning function
• We recommend running the self-cleaning function after every use. The process takes about 5 minutes.
- Empty the dirty water tank.
- Fill the clean water tank with 400 ml of warm (max. 60 °C) tap water.
- Place the appliance onto the charging station and plug the power supply unit into the socket. Initiate self-cleaning by pressing the 🔒 button on the handle.
- The appliance automatically cleans the brush roller and shuts off when the process is complete.
• Empty the water tank and leave it without the lid in place until the next use.
- Clean and store the dirty water tank and filters as described below.
- Remove any dirt from the charging station.
• If necessary, clean the brush roller as described below. Remove the brush roller and store it on the charging station.
Manual cleaning and cleaning the main unit
- Before cleaning the appliance, switch it off by pressing the ⏻ button.
- For safety reasons, the main unit must never be cleaned with liquids or immersed in them.
· Cleaning the clean water tank
- Press the clean water tank release button.
- Remove the tank.
- Remove the lid.
- Empty the tank.
- Store the appliance without the lid in place until the next use.
There is a round in the main unit below the clean water tank. You can remove this filter with tweezers and clean it under running water if necessary. Then put the filter back in place. Never use the appliance when the filter is not in place.
· Cleaning the dirty water tank
- Press the dirty water tank release button.
- Remove the tank.
- Remove the lid.
- Remove the pleated filter.
- Remove the fleece filter.
- Empty the tank and rinse it; clean the interior with the brush provided if necessary.
- Clean the lid.

Rinse the pleated filter and clean it with the brush provided if necessary.
-
Rinse the fleece filter.
-
Allow both filters to dry.
-
Store the tank, lid, pleated and fleece filters disassembled until the next use.
Fit the fleece filter provided and then the pleated filter in the lid before the next use. Never use the appliance without the filters in place!
· Cleaning the brush roller
Push the slider to the side to release the brush roller; the lock will spring open. Remove the brush roller and clean it under running water with a mild detergent. Then rinse thoroughly. Use the knife to remove hair or lint trapped in the upper part of the cleaning brush. When doing so, move the blade upwards out of the cleaning brush.
After cleaning, put the brush roller back on the charging station until the next use.
· Cleaning the main unit and charging station
Clean the housing around the brush roller with a damp cloth or the cleaning brush.
Use the cleaning brush to remove dirt from the opening underneath the dirty water tank.
Wipe the main unit and charging station with a damp cloth if necessary.
Always ensure that the electrical contacts in the main unit and the charging station are clean, dry and free of grease.
- For cleaning, do not use any sharp or scouring cleansers or hard brushes.
Replacing the brush roller
- For hygiene reasons, the brush roller should be replaced after 6 months at the latest, or after 3 months if used frequently.
Storing the appliance
- Put the appliance onto the charging station after cleaning.
- You can store the cleaning brush and brush roller on the charging station to the right and left of the appliance.

Follow the operating and cleaning instructions in this manual to avoid any problems.
