THE LANAFORM® BEAUTY AND MASSAGE CENTER.

This complete kit will allow you to care for yourself and your body. You will also be able to take good care of your nails, deep clean your face, relieve and relax your tired feet, soothe your tight muscles, and release your mounting fatigue.

Please read this manual carefully before using the appliance.

Please also keep these instructions for use in a safe place.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When using any electrical appliance, always follow the basic safety instructions. Read all the following instructions before using this appliance.

DANGER – To prevent risk of electric shock:

1. Always disconnect the appliance after use and before cleaning it.
2. Disconnect the appliance immediately if it falls into water or any other liquid.
3. Do not use this appliance while you are taking a bath or shower.
4. Do not store this device in a place where it could easily fall. Do not immerse it or let it fall in water or any other liquid.

Note: Points 2, 3 and 4 below do not apply to the massage brush.

WARNING – To prevent risk of burns, fire, electrocution, or injury:

1. An electrical appliance should NEVER be connected without supervision. Disconnect when not in use or before adding or removing parts or accessories.
2. This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) of reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacity or by persons lacking in experience or knowledge, unless they have access to supervision or preliminary instructions about the use of the appliance through the assistance of a person responsible for their safety. It is recommended that children be supervised in order to make sure that they do not play with the appliance.
3. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a special or similar cord available from the supplier or his after-sale service center.
4. Use this device only within the scope of the instructions described in this manual. Do not use accessories that are not recommended. Do not use accessories that are not supplied with this appliance.
5. Do not use this appliance if the outlet is damaged, if the appliance is not working properly, if it has fallen on the floor, if it is damaged or if it has fallen into water, as stated above. In such cases, have the appliance examined and repaired at an authorized service center.
6. If the appliance has a power supply cord, do not carry it by the electrical cord. Do not disconnect it by pulling on the cord.
7. Keep the electrical cord away from hot surfaces.
8. Never use the appliance when the air outlet vents are obstructed. Be careful that dust, hair or other materials do not block the air outlet vents.
9. Do not let anything fall into any of the openings and do not insert anything into the openings.
10. To disconnect the foot bubble bath or facial sauna, set all the controls in the «OFF» position. Then remove the device from the output vents.
11. Do not use out of doors.
12. Never use this appliance in a room where aerosol sprays are used or where oxygen is administered.
13. Do not use this appliance on soft surfaces, such as a bed or sofa, because the air output vents could be blocked.

14. Handle the hot surfaces with caution, because they could cause serious burns. Do not use this appliance on sensitive areas of the skin or where blood circulation is poor.

15. Connect this appliance to an appropriate electrical outlet.

16. If you have any questions about the personal care features offered by this appliance, consult your doctor before using.
17. If you experience any discomfort when using this appliance, turn it off and consult your doctor.
18. If you are pregnant, consult a doctor before using this appliance.

FOOT BUBBLE BATH

FEATURES AND CONTROLS FOR THE FOOT BUBBLE BATH:

1. The control switch has 4 positions for selecting 3 combinations of personal care features:

6. Accessory located at the center of the appliance, including 4 rotating knobs.

7. Translucent hood for splash protection, also equipped with 2 massage rollers for stimulating your feet.
8. A hundred little bumps at the bottom for stimulating the soles of your feet.

WARNING: Any repairs to this foot bubble bath must be performed by an authorized repair service.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE FOOT BUBBLE BATH

1. Make sure that the foot bubble bath is in the «OFF» position.
2. Place the foot bubble bath on the floor and fill it with hot or cold water. Connect it to the power outlet. Never connect or disconnect the appliance while your feet are in the water.
3. The heating system is intended to maintain the water temperature, not to heat it.
4. Sit down and put your feet in the water. Never stand up in the Thalasso Feet.
5. Choose the features you want using the control switch.
6. After use, shut the appliance off by turning the switch to the «OFF» position, disconnect the appliance and empty the water from the back of the appliance.
7. Fill the appliance with water only up to the «Max» level. Never fill it beyond the indicated line.

RECOMMENDED LENGTH OF TIME FOR THE MASSAGE

IN GENERAL, THE LENGTH OF TIME FOR A MASSAGE SHOULD NOT EXCEED 10 TO 15 MINUTES. YOU CAN PERFORM ONE OR TWO CARE APPLICATIONS PER DAY. LET THE APPLIANCE COOL OFF BEFORE USING IT AGAIN. EACH INDIVIDUAL REACTS DIFFERENTLY TO A MASSAGE. ADJUST YOUR MASSAGE TIME ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS AND YOUR PERSONAL COMFORT. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE PERSONAL CARE FEATURES OFFERED BY THIS APPLIANCE, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR. IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY DISCOMFORT WHEN USING THIS APPLIANCE, TURN IT OFF AND CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.

SAFETY SUGGESTIONS

Do not stand in the foot bubble bath. Use your appliance in a seated position. Put your feet in or remove them only while seated.

The foot bubble bath should not be used in the event of: tuberculosis, benign or malignant tumors, hemorrhages, inflammation of the skin, phlebitis, thrombosis, recent open wounds, bruises, skin lesions, varicose veins, generalized calf pain or joint pain. This list is not exhaustive. Consult your doctor about any health issues concerning the foot bubble bath. Keep out of reach of children or disabled persons.

HOW TO CLEAN THE APPLIANCE

Be sure the appliance is disconnected and let it cool before cleaning.

STORAGE: Put the massage appliance in its box in a safe, dry and cool place. Do not let the appliance come into contact with sharp-edged or pointed objects, which could cause damage to the exterior surface. Do not wind the power cord around the appliance. (That could cause wear and tear and breakage of the cord).

CLEANING: DO NOT IMMERSE THE «FOOT BUBBLE BATH» IN LIQUID TO CLEAN IT. Use a mild detergent. Dry by patting it with a dry and clean linen cloth. NEVER use abrasive cleansers, brushes, petroleum, kerosene, glass or furniture cleaning products, or paint thinners.

ADVICE REGARDING THE DISPOSAL OF WASTE

• All the packaging is composed of materials that pose no hazard for the environment and which can be disposed of at your local sorting centre to be used as secondary raw materials. The cardboard may be disposed of in a paper recycling bin. The packaging film must be taken to your local sorting and recycling centre.
• When you have finished using the device, please dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way and in accordance with the law. Prior to disposal, please remove the battery and dispose of it at a collection point so that it can be recycled.

FACIAL SAUNA

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE FACIAL SAUNA

1. Fill the graduated container up to the indicated level. (Stage 1)
2. Pour the water into the evaporation bowl. (Stage 2)
3. Choose the accessory you want (facial sauna or inhaler) and place it as shown in the diagram. (Stage 3)
4. Connect the appliance. Turn the switch to 0/1 (I). (Stage 4) The orange power-on indicator lights up; wait 2-3 minutes, so that the water has time to warm up.
5. Carefully put your face into the mask. If you feel discomfort or if the water seems too hot, pull back slightly from the mask to a distance which is comfortable for you. (Stage 5)
6. To use the inhaler, place your nose and mouth as close as possible to the mask. Choose a position which is comfortable for you. Refer back to the diagram shown for Stage 6.

7. You can use the steam protection screen to protect your face from the puffs of steam emitted with each pulse of water. (Stage 7)

8. When your facial is finished, turn the appliance off and disconnect it.

Close your eyes and relax. Thanks to the Facial Sauna, the natural beauty of your skin is revived; it glows. The steam penetrates into the pores of your skin to clear out all impurities.

The Facial Sauna can be used as a vaporizer or inhaler. The nose mask brings relief to nasal congestion. The Facial Sauna does NOT replace a medical treatment. In the case of respiratory infection, consult your doctor to seek medical treatment.

WARNING! All mineral residues must be completely removed after each use. Uncontrollable smoke can develop if the appliance is not cleaned properly. Hard mineral residues must be removed with the aid of decalcifying products sold commercially. These products must be suitable for stainless steel and used according to the manufacturer's instructions.

RECOMMENDED TIME OF USE

In general, exposure time should not exceed 10 to 15 minutes. Let the appliance cool off before using it again. Do not leave your face next to the facial/inhaler cone and in the same position for too long; otherwise, it could cause burns. If you have any questions concerning the personal care features offered by this product, consult your doctor. If you experience discomfort when using this appliance, turn it off and consult your doctor.

TO CLEAN YOUR APPLIANCE

Always disconnect your Facial Sauna and let it cool off before cleaning it.

Empty any excess water and dry the interior of the mask as well as the edges.

Wash the base of the appliance using a clean damp cloth.

Then dry it with a dry cloth.

Never immerse your Facial Sauna in a liquid to clean it.

To clean your appliance, never use abrasive cleaning products, brushes, petroleum or kerosene, glass or furniture maintenance products, or paint thinner.

Do not attempt to repair your Facial Sauna yourself. Take it to your authorized service center for inspection and repair.

MASSAGE BRUSH

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

• Keep all battery-operated appliances out of reach of children and store them in a secure place.
• The appliance is designed to resist splashes but should not be immersed in water.
• Never operate this appliance if it has fallen on the floor or if it is damaged.
• Be sure to turn the appliance off before changing the batteries or the accessories, or before cleaning them.

INSERTING THE BATTERIES

This massage appliance operates on 2 AA batteries (not included).

Before using your appliance, insert the batteries, according to the following instructions:

1. Unscrew the massage accessory.
2. Open the lid of the battery compartment.
3. Insert 2 AA batteries, making sure that the polarity of the batteries matches the + & - signs indicated on the inside of the compartment.
4. Reinstall the massage accessory; the appliance is now ready for use.

HOW TO USE THE MASSAGE ACCESSORIES

TWO MASSAGE ACCESSORIES ARE SUPPLIED WITH YOUR APPLIANCE:

Choose the accessory you want to use. In order to insert the accessory into the appliance, screw it in clockwise. To remove the accessory, turn it counter-clockwise.

THE BRUSH: Thanks to the body brush, you will enjoy a relaxing massage under the shower. The brush bristles clean the skin gently.

THE MASSAGE HEAD FOR THE BODY: This accessory offers a deep body massage and helps eliminate fatigue and muscular tension.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

This appliance is intended only for household use. If it is not operating correctly, or if it is damaged, please take this appliance to an authorized repair center.

CLEANING: After using your massage appliance, simply wash it with a slightly soapy cloth. Do not immerse your appliance completely in the water.

STORAGE: Always store it in a dry place.

Your manicure / pedicure set is equipped with 4 interchangeable accessories.

To place the accessories on the main unit, insert them directly into the unit; to remove them, lift them out of the head.

BATTERY INSTALLATION

• This unit uses 2 AA/UM3 batteries (not included).
• Insert the batteries into the compartment, being careful to follow the polarity as indicated in the compartment.
• We recommend using alkaline batteries for better performance.

A) Rough sapphire disc: to be used for filing and sculpting your nails.
B) Fine abrasive tip: to be used for precision filing of hard to reach areas.
C) Fine sapphire cone: to be used for modeling large nail surfaces or for softening thick skin.
D) Cuticle stick: to be used for pushing the cuticles back.
E) Polishing disc: to be used for polishing the nail surfaces of the hands or feet. The disc is also good for polishing filed nails and making them shine.

POST-MANICURE TREATMENT

After filing and fashioning your nails, you can wash your hands to rehydrate your nails and soften the cuticles. Soak your hands in a tepid bath for 15 minutes. Then apply a hydrating lotion (not included in the kit). You will hydrate your hands and protect your nails.

MAINTENANCE

Remove the batteries if you will not be using the unit for a long time.

Clean the unit with a damp cloth. Never use any other liquid or abrasive cleaners.

If you have any questions regarding possible allergic reactions, you should always consult your doctor before using the unit.

LANAFORM® guarantees this product against any material or manufacturing defect for a period of two years from the date of purchase, except in the circumstances described below.

The LANAFORM ^® guarantee does not cover damage caused as a result of normal wear to this product. In addition, the guarantee covering this LANAFORM ^® product does not cover damage caused by abusive or inappropriate or incorrect use, accidents, the use of unauthorized accessories, changes made to the product or any other circumstance, of whatever sort, that is outside LANAFORM ^® 's control.

LANAFORM ^® may not be held liable for any type of circumstantial, indirect or specific damage.

All implicit guarantees relating to the suitability of the product are limited to a period of two years from the initial date of purchase as long as a copy of the proof of purchase can be supplied.

On receipt, LANAFORM ^® will repair or replace your appliance at its discretion and will return it to you. The guarantee is only valid through LANAFORM ^® 's Service Centre ^® . Any attempt to maintain this product by a person other than LANAFORM ^® 's Service Centre will render this guarantee void.

A) Grubi safirni disk: Treba upotrijebiti za brušenje i oblikovanje noktiju.
B) Fini abrazivni vršak: Treba upotrijebiti za precizno brušenje teško dostupnih područja.
C) Fini safirni stožac: Treba upotrijebiti za oblikovanje velikih površina noktiju ili za omekšavanje tvrde kože.

OBRADA NAKON MANIKURE

Kada izbrusite i oblikujete nokte, možete oprati ruke da vratite vlažnost noktima i omekšate kožu noktiju. Umočite ruke u mlaku kupku na 15 minuta. Nakon toga primijenite hidratizirajući losion (nije uključen u komplet). Navlažit ćete ruke i zaštititi nokte.
