How to turn the FL2000R lamp on and off?

The button on the back of the housing controls the lamp: one press for 100% mode, two presses to turn off, three presses for 50% mode, four presses to turn off. When the lamp is on, a light press switches between levels.

What is the charging time and how to charge the lamp?

The charging time is approximately 6 hours. To charge, turn off the lamp, open the protective cap on the back, connect the supplied micro USB cable to a USB power supply (5 V, 1 A). During charging, do not place the lamp with the light side facing down.

What does the LED battery display indicate?

When charging: 3 LEDs on = 60-100%, 2 LEDs = 30-59%, 1 LED flashing = 0-29%. In operation: 3 LEDs flashing = 60-100%, 2 LEDs = 30-59%, 1 LED on = 5-29%, 1 LED flashing = less than 5% (lamp turns off automatically).

Can the lamp be used while charging?

No, simultaneous operation and charging is not possible. Do not turn on the lamp during the charging process.

How to use the power bank function?

The lamp can serve as an external battery. Open the cap of the USB port, connect your device using a USB cable. The lamp must be off. The output current is 5 V / 1000 mA.

What does the IP64 protection rating mean?

IP64 means the lamp is protected against dust (6) and splashing water (4), but only when the housing and caps are properly closed. Do not immerse or use in rain.

What safety precautions should be observed?

Never look directly into the light beam. Maintain a distance of at least 10 cm between the lamp and illuminated objects. Do not cover the lamp. Use it in a dry location away from flammable materials. Keep children away.

Is the battery replaceable?

No, the Li-Ion battery is built-in and non-replaceable. At the end of its life, the lamp must be replaced. For disposal, follow electronic waste recycling guidelines.

How to maintain the lamp?

Clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse it in water. Keep the contacts and charging ports clean. Do not use abrasive products.

What is the warranty and what to do in case of a problem?

Read this manual carefully before using the lamp for the first time and proceed accordingly.

Keep these operating instructions for future use or for the reference of future users.

Failure to follow the operating instructions and safety instructions may result in damage to the product and hazards (injuries) for the operator and other persons.

The operating instructions refer to applicable standards and regulations of the European Union. Please also adhere to the laws and guidelines specific to your country.

OBSERVE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS!

Avoid eye injuries - Never look directly into the beam of light or shine it into other people's faces. If this occurs for too long, the blue light portion of the beam can cause retinal damage. If the light beam shines into the eyes, close the eyes and turn the head away from the light beam.

This lamp exceeds the conditions for risk-free use. The risk when using it depends on how the user handles the lamp.

Information for the light, mains adapter and mains voltage on the socket must match with the type plate.
- Do not use the product if there is damage to the housing, plug, cable or mains adapter. Contact your local authorised specialist or the service address of the manufacturer.
- Do not open or modify the product! Repair work and replacement of the rechargeable battery pack shall only be carried out by the manufacturer or by a service technician appointed by the manufacturer or by a similarly qualified person.
- Keep the product and the packaging away from children. This product is not a toy. Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the product.
- This product is not to be used by persons (including children) who have restricted physical, sensory or mental capabilities or who do not have adequate experience and knowledge in handling this product. Such persons must be instructed be

forehand by a supervisory person who is responsible for their safety or must be supervised during the use of the product!

The LED light source cannot be replaced. When the LED comes to the end of its service life, the complete lamp must be replaced.
- All illuminated objects must be at least 10cm away from the light!
- The lamp shall not be placed face-down or allowed to topple face-down. There is a risk of fire with this. In order to prevent toppling, the lamp must be used only as intended.
- Do not cover the product.
This product is not a toy to be played with.
- Keep out of the reach of children!
- Failure to observe the safety instructions can result in dangerous injuries to persons or damage to the device!

ATTENTION:

The product contains a non-replaceable li-ion rechargeable battery. Do not throw the product into a fire!
The product may only be charged in closed, dry and spacious rooms, away from combustible materials and liquids. Disregard can result in burns and fires.
- Never open, crush or heat a rechargeable battery or set it on fire.
- Do not use the product in potentially explosive areas or in the rain and do not expose it to excessive heat.
- Do not use the product if it appears to be damaged
- Never submerge the product in water or other liquids. Never touch a device that is connected to the mains if it has fallen into water. In this case, remove the mains plug immediately.

FIRST USE:

Charge the lamp fully before first use. When storing over an extended period of time, charge at least 2x per year during storage in order to prevent the rechargeable battery pack deep-discharging.

The button is on the back of the housing.

Press lx: 100% mode

Press 2x: Off

Press 3x: 50% mode

Press 4x: Off

When switched on, pressing lightly on the button switches between the different lighting levels.

CHARGING:

Always switch the light off during the charge process!

The light is charged via the USB cable supplied and a USB mains adapter. To do so, open the protective cover of the charge socket on the rear of the housing and plug in the Micro-USB charge plug. Then plug the mains adapter into the mains outlet. Ensure that the work floodlight is not lying with the light-emitting side downwards.

Simultaneous charging and lighting is not possible. Do not active the workshop lamp during charging.

USB CHARGE SOCKET (POWER BANK FUNCTION):

Devices with a max. charge current of 1000mA can be charged with the USB charge port.

To do so, pull out the sealing cap and connect the device to be charged with a USB cable and then plug it into the charge socket. When not being used, plug the sealing cap back into place. Note: The power bank function can only be used if the construction site floodlight (LED) is switched off.

HOLDING DEVICE:

If the light is to be fastened with a holding device, ensure that the holding device is firmly/properly fastened in place in order to avoid possible damage due to the work lamp falling.
