How do I turn on and pair the Artica Shake headphones for the first time?

Press the On/Off button for 2 seconds to turn on the headphones. The blue and red indicators flash simultaneously, indicating pairing mode. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select NGS Artica Shake. Once paired, the blue indicator flashes every 12 seconds.

How do I reset the headphones or put them into pairing mode again?

First, remove 'NGS Artica Shake' from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. Turn off the headphones by pressing the On/Off button for 2 seconds. Then press it again for 5 seconds to turn them on: the blue and red indicators will flash. For a complete reset, hold down the + and - buttons for 10 seconds: the indicator flashes 3 times then turns off after 2 seconds.

How do I charge the headphones and how long does it take?

Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port of the headphones and to a 5V charger. The charging LED becomes solid red during charging and turns off when the battery is full. The charging time is approximately 3 hours.

How do I enable or disable active noise cancellation (ANC)?

Press the ANC button (button 2) to enable or disable noise reduction. The ANC indicator (green) lights up when ANC is active and turns off when disabled.

How do I control the volume and change music tracks?

To reduce volume, briefly press the Previous track button (button 5). To increase volume, briefly press the Next track button (button 7). To go to the previous track, hold down button 5. To go to the next track, hold down button 7.
