How to turn the headset on and off?

To turn on, press the multifunction button (2) for about 2 seconds until the LED flashes. To turn off, press again for 2 seconds. The LED turns off.

How to pair the headset with my phone?

Make sure the headset is off, then press the multifunction button for about 5 seconds until the LED alternates between blue and red. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select 'NGS Artica Greed' from the device list.

How to charge the battery?

Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port (4) of the headset and to a USB power source. The LED turns solid red during charging and turns off when the battery is fully charged. Charging time is about 2 hours.

What is the battery life of the headset?

Battery life depends on listening volume: up to 12 hours at 50% volume, 10 hours at 70%, and 7 hours at 100% volume.

What to do if the headset does not turn on?

First check that the battery is charged. Plug the headset into the charger for a few minutes. If the LED does not turn on, try another USB cable or power source. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to adjust the volume?

Use the + and - buttons: press the next track button (6) to increase volume, and the previous track button (8) to decrease volume. You can also adjust the volume from your phone.

Can I use the headset with a cable?

Yes, the headset has a 3.5 mm jack connector (5). Plug in the provided audio cable for wired use, even if the battery is depleted.

How to clean the headset?

Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to clean the surfaces. Do not use solvents or abrasive products. Do not immerse the device in water.

Is the headset water-resistant?

No, the headset is not designed to be water-resistant. Avoid any exposure to moisture, rain, or splashes to prevent damage.

How to reset the headset?

To reset, make sure the headset is off, then simultaneously press and hold the next track (6) and previous track (8) buttons for about 5 seconds until the LED flashes quickly. The headset will restart and can be re-paired.

Limited warranty. NGS warrants that any hardware products accompanying this documentation shall be free from significant defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years, three (3) years or five (5) years from the date of purchase. NGS's limited warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary under local laws.

Battery warranty. The battery is a consumer product, and as such it is under warranty for 12 months.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

For all products:

1. Read and follow the instructions.
2. Keep the instructions in a safe place.
3. Observe the warnings.
4. Do not block the ventilation openings. Install according to the instructions.
5. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heating vents, stoves, or other appliances (including amplifiers) that generate heat.
6. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the obsolete outlet.
7. Avoid stepping on or pinching the power cord, especially at plugs, outlets, and the point where it exits the product.
8. Use only the accessories and auxiliary products specified in the product.
9. Take care when transporting the product to prevent damage.
10. Unplug the device during thunderstorms or when not in use for an extended period.
11. To completely disconnect the device from the power supply, unplug the power cord plug from the AC receptacle.
12. The mains plug of the power cord should remain readily accessible.

13. Do not expose batteries to excessive heat such as direct sunlight or fire, as well as moisture in the area where you intend to use and/or store it.

14. This device is intended for use only with the power supply and/or charging cable provided by the manufacturer.

The products have been tested to verify compliance with the sound pressure level requirements established in the applicable standards NF EN 50332-1:2013 and/or EN 50332-2:2013 required by French Article L.5232-1.

Important: To prevent potential hearing damage, do not listen at high volume for extended periods.

This device complies with the European Union requirements (1999/5/EC) related to the limitation of the general public's exposure to electromagnetic fields concerning health protection.

The limits are part of broad recommendations for the protection of the general public. These recommendations have been developed and verified by independent scientific organizations through frequent and thorough assessments of scientific studies. The measurement unit for the European Council's recommended limit for mobile devices is the "Specific Absorption Rate" (SAR), and the average SAR limit is 20 W/kg over 10 grams of body tissue.

In the case of body-worn use, this product has been tested and complies with the ICNIRP exposure guidelines and the European standard EN 62479 and EN 50663. The SAR value has been measured with the device positioned 1.0 cm away from the body while transmitting at the highest certified output power level across all frequency bands of the mobile device.

WEEE Notice: The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive, which came into force as European law on 14/02/2014, addresses the treatment of electronic equipment at the end of its life cycle. Priority is given to reuse, recycling, and other forms of recovery of such waste to minimize disposal. The WEEE logo is the one found in this section.

This product should not be disposed of with household waste. It is your responsibility to properly dispose of all waste from your electrical equipment, and for this purpose, you must take them to the designated collection point for the recycling of such hazardous waste. This product complies with Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendment (EU) 2015/863 of the European Parliament and the Council of June 4, 2015, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

EU Directive 2013/56/EU on batteries.

The new Directive 2013/56/EU on batteries and accumulators, which replaces the previous directive, came into force on 01/07/2015. The directive applies to all types of batteries and accumulators (AA, AAA, button cells, lead-acid, rechargeable), including those incorporated into appliances, except for military, medical, and power tool applications. The directive sets standards for the collection, treatment, recycling, and disposal of batteries and aims to prohibit certain hazardous substances and improve the environmental performance of batteries and all operators in the supply chain.

To remove the batteries from the equipment or remote control, reverse the battery insertion process described in the owner's manual.

In the case of products with built-in batteries that last for the entire product's lifespan, it is not possible for the user to remove the batteries. In these cases, recycling or recovery centers handle the dismantling of the product and the extraction of the batteries. If, for any reason, it is necessary to replace one of these batteries, the procedure must be carried out at authorized service centers.
