How to turn on the CCR40EP crepe maker?

5. INSTALLATION AND USE

5.1 Safety instructions

ELECTRICAL HAZARD

Danger of electric shock!

• Do not allow the power cord to come in contact with heat sources.
• The cord should not hang over the edge of a table or stand.
• Do not pour water into a working or still hot appliance.
• The device must be connected correctly and comply with the regulations in force.

GUIDE

Launch

The device must be completely removed from the packaging. All protections must be completely removed. Place the appliance on a hard, flat surface. Never place the electric crepe maker on flammable surfaces.

Do not install this appliance near open flames or other heating devices.

The electrical cable must be protected with a minimum of 16 amps. The device must be plugged directly into an outlet. Using multiple outlets will disconnect the device.

Press the switch to turn on the crepe maker.

Heat the appliance for 10 minutes until all smoke and odor have disappeared.

Switch off and unplug the appliance, then wipe the stainless steel plates with hot soapy water.

NEVER use cold water to clean the plates as this may cause heat stroke.

USE

Connect the device, press the switch.

Turn the temperature adjustment knob, the red light comes on.

Temperatures can range from 140 ° to 300 °C.

We recommend using this device at a maximum temperature of 250 °C .

A temperature of 250^ C is reached in 10 minutes.

When the baking sheet is hot, pour a tablespoon of sunflower oil into the center of the baking sheet.

Distribute the oil with a CASSELIN tissue. Let it heat up for about 2 minutes.

After the baking sheet is oiled, pour out the pancake dough with a CASSELIN stainless steel ladle and spread with the CASSELIN ultra-light rake.

Bake the pancake on each side to the desired doneness.

As soon as the desired temperature is reached, the red light will go out.

When the temperature drops, the appliance starts heating up again and the red light comes on again.

The baking sheet requires no seasoning.

NOTE

The device is equipped with an overheating protection system. If triggered, turn off the device and let it cool down. If this protection system works regularly, be sure to contact your dealer.

After automatic shutdown, the device can be put into operation only by pressing the Reset button on the rear panel of the device, after waiting for the temperature to drop, press the Reset button.

6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
