Before cleaning, remove the battery. Clean the device with a damp cloth and a little soap. Do not use harsh detergents and avoid water getting inside. Regularly check the condition of the carbon brushes.
What to do if the device does not start?
First check that the battery is charged and correctly inserted. Ensure the charger is working (LED indicator). If the problem persists, contact customer service.
What is the noise level of the blower and is it dangerous?
The sound pressure level is 68.5 dB(A) and the guaranteed sound power level is 87 dB(A). Noise can exceed 85 dB(A), which requires wearing hearing protection.
Where can I find spare parts and how to contact customer service?
Spare parts (carbon brushes, battery) can be ordered via www.isc-gmbh.info by stating the type, article number, and identification number of the device. For a defect, register the case on the same website.
