Dear customer,
We congratulate you on your purchase of this home training sports unit and hope that we will have a great deal of pleasure with it. Please take heed of the enclosed notes and instructions and follow them closely concerning assembly and use.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time if you should have any questions.
Important Recommendations and Safety Instructions
Our products are all tested and therefore represent the highest current safety standards. However, this fact does not make it unnecessary to observe the following principles strictly.
- Assembly the machine exactly as described in the installation instructions and use only the enclosed, specific parts of the machine. Before assembling, verify the completeness of the delivery against the delivery notice and the completeness of the carton against the assembly steps in the installation and operating instructions.
- Check the firm seating off all screws, nuts and other connections before using the machine for the first time and at regular intervals (every 1-2 months) to ensure that the trainer is in a safe condition. Replace defective components immediately and/or keep the equipment put of the use until repair.
- Set up the machine in a dry, level place and protect it from moisture and water. Uneven parts of the floor must be compensated by suitable measures and by the provided adjustable parts of the machine if such are installed. Ensure that no contact occurs with moisture or water.
- Place a suitable base (e.g. rubber mat, wooden board etc.) beneath the machine if the area of the machine must be specially protected against indentations, dirt etc.
- Before beginning training, remove all objects within a radius of 2 metres from the machine.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents to clean the machine and employ only the supplied tools or suitable tools of your own to assemble the machine and for any necessary repairs. Remove drops of sweat from the machine immediately after finishing training.
- WARNING! Systems of the heart frequency supervision can be inexact. Excessive training can lead to serious health damage or to the death. Consult a doctor before beginning a planned training programme. He can define the maximum exertion (pulse, Watts, duration of training etc.) to which you may expose yourself and can give you precise information on the correct posture during training, the targets of your training and your diet. Never train after eating large meals.
- Only train on the machine when it is in correct working order. Use original spare parts only for any necessary repairs. WARNING: Replace the worm parts immediately and keep this equipment out of use until repaired.
- When setting the adjustable parts, observe the correct position and the marked, maximum setting positions and ensure that the newly adjusted position is correctly secured. Please remove the Tools you need to adjust after adjusting a new position.

Unless otherwise described in the instructions, the machine must only be used for training by one person at a time. The exercise time should not overtake 3 x 10 min./daily.

Wear training clothes and shoes which are suitable for fitness training with the machine. Your clothes must be such that they cannot catch during training due to their shape (e.g. length). Your training shoes should be appropriate for the trainer, must support your feet firmly and must have non-slip soles.
- WARNING! If you notice a feeling of dizziness, sickness, chest pain or other abnormal symptoms, stop training and consult a doctor.
- Never forget that sports machines are not toys. They must therefore only be used according to their purpose and by suitably informed and instructed persons.
- People such as children, invalids and handicapped persons should only use the machine in the presence of another person who can give aid and advice. Take suitable measures to ensure that children never use the machine without supervision.
- Ensure that the person conducting training and other people never move or hold any parts of their body into the vicinity of moving parts.
- At the end of its life span this product is not allowed to dispose over the normal household waste, but it must be given to an assembly point for the recycling of electric and electronic components. You may find the symbol on the product, on the instructions or on the packing.
The materials are reusable in accordance with their marking. With the re-use, the material utilization or the protection of our environment. Please ask the local administration for the responsible disposal place. - To protect the environment, do not dispose of the packaging materials or parts of the machine as household waste. Put these in the appropriate collection bins or bring them to a suitable collection point.
- Before you use the elastic ropes you have to check the ropes' ends in regard to a safety connection and no damages. Also the Vibro 3000 has to secure with body weight, so that it cannot lift up during exercising with ropes. There
should be enough space (approx. 2m^2 ) for your individual training session, if you use the elastic ropes. Don't bend the elastic ropes more than 1,50m. - If the connecting cable of this item is damaged, this must be replaced by the manufacturer or the customer service or with an electrically certified person.
- The maximum permissible load (=body weight) is specified as 120 kg. Evaluate your body weight before you starting the exercise. This item's computer corresponds to the basic demands of the EMV Directive of 2014/30EU Low Voltage Directive 2014/35 EU.
- The assembly and operating instructions is part of the product. If selling or passing to another person the documentation must be provided with the product.
Assembly Instructions:
Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the floor and check that all are there on the basis of the instructions for assembly and use.

Connect the elastic ropes with safety hooks in front of Vibro 3000. Ensure before each training, that the elastic ropes are secure. Don't bend the elastic ropes more than 1,50m. During using the elastic ropes it is necessary to fix the Vibro 3000 with body weight to keep floor contact.
Take the remote control out of the packaging and insert the batteries (Type "AAA"-1.5 V pencells) on the back side into the battery compartment by watching for the right polarity. (Batteries for the remote control are not included in this item. Please buy them at your located market.)
Mainconnection:
A) Mainswitch = Switches the machine On and Off
B) Fuse = Fuse (5x20mm) T4A/250Volt protects for overload
C) AC connector = Socket for AC cable
How To Operate:
- Plug in the AC connection cable into the AC socket of Vibro 3000 and then insert to a suitable and save installed jack of wall power (230V\~50Hz). Press ON/OFF main switch to get ON position.
- Press the „key and the product will start with speed level 1 for 10 Minutes.
- Press the Speed +key, the intensities will be higher, till to the highest level 20.
- Press the Speed -key, the intensities will be lower, till to the lowest level 1.
- Press the „key again to finish the workout.
- Turn off the main switch ON/OFF if the product is not in use.
When the product is not in use, it should be unplugged.

Time
Shows the training time in minutes. Is a time set (max. 20min.) the display counts the minutes back to zero.
Program
This display indicates which program they are located. (P1= manually program / P2-P4 = exercise programs)
Speed
Shows the speed level of vibration.
Calories
Shows the bound approx calories in KCAL.

Key Functions:

Switches the selected program On/Off. Without program/time selection the manually program starts with 10 Min. exercise time.

Introduction
The Vibro 3000 follow the principle of biomechanical stimulation, and in the Sport Space are used as an exercise area method. Through targeted controlled vibration acceleration stimuli are on the muscular Transfer system, whereby the muscle depending on the application can be enabled or implementation or relaxed. The metabolism can stimulated by the body's hormones, which burning fat and building muscle stimulates and motility increases. The uniform oscillations can be of the feet spread and recognized over the spine up to the fingertips and the internal organs. This allows blood circulation and lymph flow stimulated, blockades and cramps solved and feelings of tension be reduced.
Further Safety instructions:
Please read carefully before first use, the instructions through otherwise you will get injured during use or damage the Vibro 3000 can.
Basically, it is strongly recommended to talk with a doctor before using the Vibro 3000. Especially if you suffer from infections, back problems or certain diseases such as, Leukemia, hemophilia, Uremia, diabetes or suffer cancer.
Persons in poor condition or with fever or who recovers from heavy disease should not use it for long time.
For those over a long period of time in a hormone-treatment are, it can after using the Vibro 3000 to strong reactions come.
Any use of the device is strongly prohibited: in pregnancy and during the period of menstruation for women; when metallic Implants such as Rails, pacemakers, etc. wear; during the smoking or eating; directly after eating; for children below of 12 years of age.
How to Use
Regular exercise can improve your physical to a constitutional carry. If you get body or physically complaints such as nausea, sweating, headache, during your workout, you should stop the training immediately. To increase your metabolism encourage, drink a glass of water before beginning your workout.
Training instructions
Before you use the elastic ropes you have to check the ropes' ends in regard to a safety connection and no damages. Also the bench has to secure with body weight, so that it cannot lift up during exercising with ropes. There should be enough space for your individual training session, if you use the elastic ropes and dumbbells.
Please note that you can adjust the intensity of exercises by changing the foot position on the foot mat. For less intensity stand on foot mat in narrow foot position. Any further foot position further outwards becomes more intense.
The movement is roughly divided into three categories and can have following improvements:
low levels = blood flow, balance, joint mobility, muscle relaxation
mid levels = muscle strength and coordination
higher levels = blood flow, balance, muscle strength and coordination
The following exercises are only a few examples. To perform a target training you need an individual exercise plan, which define your actually body situation and give you proper instruction of how to exercise and about exercise length.
We recommend to consult and discuss with a doctor or physi-otherapists.
