How to assemble the steam mop?

Insert the metal tube into the body of the appliance until it locks, then insert the handheld steam cleaner into the body. Finally, attach the microfiber pad to the head.

How to use the steam cleaner in mop mode?

Unplug the appliance, fill the tank with cold water (preferably distilled), screw the cap, attach the pad. Plug in, wait for the LED to become steady, tilt the appliance and start cleaning by gliding on the floor.

How to detach the handheld steam cleaner from the mop?

Turn off and unplug the appliance. Press the release button on the body to free the handheld steam cleaner. You can then use the accessories directly.

What type of water should I use?

It is recommended to use distilled or demineralized water to minimize limescale buildup. Use only cold water, without additives (detergent, alcohol, perfume).

How to clean the microfiber pad?

Wash the pad in machine at max 40°C with a mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Air dry.

What to do if the appliance does not produce steam?

Check that there is enough water in the tank and that the appliance is plugged in. Wait a few moments after turning on for the LED to become steady. If the problem persists, check the condition of the cord.

Can I use the steam cleaner on parquet or wood?

No, unless the surface is specifically designed to withstand steam. Always test on a small hidden area. Avoid waxed, unsealed, or moisture-sensitive floors.

Can I add detergent or vinegar to the tank?

No. Do not add any chemicals (detergent, anti-rust, alcohol) as they may damage the tank. Use only water.

How to descale the appliance?

The manual does not specify a descaling procedure. To avoid limescale, use exclusively distilled or demineralized water.

CAUTION

WARNING! SCALDING RISK

The device generates hot water steam. Particular device components which come into contact with water also reach high temperatures. Please be highly careful when using the device to avoid scalding.

1. The device is intended for home use only. Do not use it outdoors.

2. Never leave the plugged device unattended.

3. Before cleaning and after use, unplug the device. Never pull the cable to disconnect the device from the source of power.

4. This device can be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or without experience and knowledge as long as they are supervised or have been instructed on safe use of the device and understand related hazards. Children must not play with the device. Keep the device out of reach of children when it is plugged or when it is cooling down.

5. Do not use the device if you can notice conspicuous signs of damage, if it has been dropped or is leaking.
6. If you can see any leaks, stop using the device, switch it off and then contact the manufacturer's service center.
7. If the power cable is damaged, immediately stop using the device. The damaged cable must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized repair center. Wrong repair may lead to serious threat to the user.
8. The device can be connected solely to the earthed socket.
9. Use original spare parts only.
10. Do not modify the device in any way.
11. Never point steam at people, animals, plants or electric units.
12. Make sure the device is unplugged before you pour water in. Make sure the water level in the device is not above the window of the hand steam wash. Do not open the water tank while using the device.

20. Always test impact of the device on a small and invisible piece of surface to make sure it is not going to be damaged by the water steam.

hot surfaces, sources of ignition, naked flame, oils and sharp edges.

1. Do not add any anti-rust agents, anti-odor agents, alcohol and detergents to the tank because they may cause the tank to get damaged.
2. Before use, remove stubborn dirt from the surface in question.

How to install the steam mop

1. Insert the metal tube into the body of the device and make sure it is locked in a suitable position (fig. 1).
2. Insert the hand steam wash into the body of the device (fig. 2).

How to use the steam mop

NOTE! The device must be unplugged while you are pouring water in and fixing the pad.

1. Unscrew the water tank plug (fig. 3).
2. Pour cold water into the water tank with the use of the mug and lock the plug (fig. 4). NOTE! To prevent scaling, it is advisable to use distilled or demineralized water.
3. Put the microfiber pad on the device head.

How to clean hard surfaces

NOTE! Before you use the steam mop, please dust or sweep up the dirty surface.

Information: do not use the steam mop if you have not installed the microfiber pad.

Information: do not use the carpet pad if you intend to clean hard surfaces.

1. Connect the device to the source of power. The LED light will flash and then start glowing constantly to inform the user that the device is ready for operation.
2. Lean the device backwards, keep the head with your foot (fig. 5). Water will start heating up.
3. Start vacuuming, move the mop forward and backwards on the surface in question.
4. To remove the carpet pad, press and hold the rear handle with your foot and then lift the device (fig. 6).
5. Use the steam adjustment key (4, fig. A) to select the desired amount of steam (fig. 8).

How to use the hand steam wash

NOTE! Before you use the device in the hand steam wash function, switch the device off and unplug. Make sure the device is not hot.

1. Press the hand steam wash release key (11, fig. A).

2. Open the water tank by unscrewing the plug (fig. 3).

3. Pour cold water into the water tank with the use of a mug and lock the plug (fig. 4). NOTE! To prevent scaling inside the device, it is advisable to use a distilled or demineralized water.

4. Fix the desired tip.
5. Connect the device to the source of power. The LED light will flash and then start glowing constantly to inform the user that the device is ready for operation.
6. Press the steam release key (fig. 7).
7. Use the steam adjustment key (4, fig. A) to select the desired amount of steam to be generated (fig. 8).

Accessories

NOTE! Accessories can be used only when the device serves as a hand steam wash.

NOTE! Check the condition of the seal on the extension lead or turbo nozzle before every use. Do not use the device if the seal is missing or damaged.

1. Minor accessories must be attached to the turbo nozzle or nozzle with a flexible extension lead. Make sure the accessories have been locked in a suitable position.
2. The turbo nozzle can be used to clean very dirty surfaces, e.g. shower cubicles, cookers, etc.
3. The round nozzle with a brush can be used to remove the most stubborn dirt, e.g. grease. The round nozzle with a soft hair can be used to clean gentle surfaces, while the nozzle with a metal hair - to clean hard surfaces, e.g. grouts.
4. The nozzle with a scraper can be used to clean an oven or barbecue grill, for instance.

Troubleshooting

The device does not start.	Make sure the device is connected to the source of power. Check condition of the power cable.
The device does not generate steam.	Make sure there is water inside the device. Wait for a while after restarting the device.

The microfiber pad does not collect dirt.

Check if the pad is dirty and must be cleaned.

How to clean and maintain

NOTE! Before cleaning, please make sure the device is off, cold and unplugged.

1. Pour water out of the tank after every use.
2. The microfiber pad can be washed at the temperature of up to 40^ and with the use of soft detergents. Do not use bleaches and softeners. It is advisable to dry in a room temperature, in a lying position.
3. Wash accessories with water, without detergents.
4. Clean the hand steam wash, tube and head with a soft and dry cloth.
