- Only use this appliance for the purposes described in the instrucon manual.

- Never ll the appliance above the maximum indicaon. The appliance may overow.
- The appliance must be connected to an alternang current supply, via an earthed wall socket, with a mains voltage that matches the informaon given on the informaon plate of the appliance.
- Never bend the power cord sharply or allow it to run across hot parts.
- Fully unwind the cord to prevent it from overheang.
- Never place the appliance near appliances that give o heat, such as ovens, gas cookers, hotplates, etc. Keep the appliance away from walls or other objects that may catch re, such as curtains, towels (coon or paper, etc.).
- Always make sure the appliance is placed on an even, at surface and is only used indoors.
- Do not leave the appliance unaended when it is in operaon.
- If you wish to move the appliance, you must ensure that the appliance has cooled down and that the plug is removed from the socket.

Before using the appliance for the rst me, please proceed as follows: carefully remove the milk frother from its packaging and remove all the packaging material. Keep the packaging (plasc bags and cardboard) out of reach of children. Aer unpacking the appliance, carefully check it for external damage that may have occurred during transport. The whisk is packed at the boom of the appliance. Take note to unpack it from the power base. Place the milk frother on a at, heat-resistant surface. Clean the milk jug, lid, whisk and mixer with warm water and mild detergent. Dry these components thoroughly. Only clean the base unit with a damp cloth, and dry thoroughly. The milk frother is only suitable for frothing and warming milk. Never ll the milk frother with other liquids. Check that the voltage corresponds with what is stated on the informaon plate. Insert the plug into the socket. Place the mixer (without spring) at the boom of the milk jug onto the drive sha. Fill the milk jug with the required quanty of milk. Take note of the upper maximum indicaon for warming milk only - MAX - 300 ml. The minimum capacity is 100 ml. Place the cover and place the milk jug on the power base. Press the funcon buon T repeatedly to select the correct funcon / temperature. The colour of the indicator light in the funcon buon corresponds to the selected funcon. WARM ± 38°C - green indicator light HOT ± 68°C - red indicator light Press the on/o buon to switch on the milk frother. The indicator led in the on/o buon will light and the mixer will start to turn. Depending on the quanty of milk, the milk frother will stop automacally aer approximately 310 to 550 seconds. Once the selected programme is nished, the indicator led in the on/o buon will turn o. When the drink is ready to serve, remove the milk jug from the power base and pour the warm milk into a mug or cup via the spout. Remove the plug from the socket aer each use. Aer use, the milk frother should be cleaned as described in the chapter CLEANING & MAINTENANCE. Allow the milk frother to cool for 2 minutes before using it again, or pour some cold water into the milk frother. This will allow it to be used again sooner. WARMING MILK
3FROTHING MILK EN - 12 Remove the plug from the wall socket and allow the milk frother to cool prior to cleaning. Clean the milk frother aer every use. Remove the milk jug from the base and remove the whisk or mixer from the milk jug by liing it directly upwards. Rinse the milk jug with hot water and detergent (if required) to remove all milk residue. Ensure that no milk residue remains in the milk jug. This is unhygienic and may be harmful to your health. Clean the cover, silicone ring of the cover, whisk and mixer with warm water and mild detergent. Dry these components thoroughly. The loose components, the milk jug with lid and the whisk/mixer may be cleaned in the dishwasher. Neverimmersethepowerbaseinwaterand/orotherliquids.Donotrinseitunderthetap. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Check that the voltage corresponds with what is stated on the informaon plate. Insert the plug into the socket. Place the whisk (with spring) at the boom of the milk jug onto the drive sha. Fill the milk jug with the required quanty of milk. Take note of the lower maximum indicaon for frothing milk - MAX - 150 ml. Frothing milk expands and the milk frother may overow when using too much milk. The minimum capacity is 100 ml. Makingwarmfrothedmilk Place the cover and place the milk jug on the power base. Press the funcon buon T repeatedly to select the correct funcon / temperature. WARMFROTHING- purple indicator light The colour of the indicator light in the funcon buon corresponds to the selected funcon. Press the on/o buon to switch on the milk frother. The indicator led in the on/o buon will light and the whisk will start to turn. Depending on the quanty of milk, the milk frother will stop automacally aer approximately 270 seconds. Once the milk frother is ready, the indicator led in the on/o buon will turn o. Makingcoldfrothedmilk Place the cover and place the milk jug on the power base. Press the funcon buon T repeatedly to select the correct funcon / temperature. COLDFROTHING- blue indicator light The colour of the indicator light in the funcon buon corresponds to the selected funcon. Press the on/o buon to switch on the milk frother. The indicator led in the on/o buon will light and the whisk will start to turn. Depending on the quanty of milk, the milk frother will stop automacally aer approximately 110 seconds. Once the milk frother is ready, the indicator led in the on/o buon will turn o. When the milk frother is ready, remove the milk jug from the power base and pour the frothed milk into a mug or cup via the spout. Remove the plug from the socket aer each use. Aer use, the milk frother should be cleaned as described in the chapter CLEANING & MAINTENANCE. Allow the milk frother to cool for 2 minutes before using it again, or pour some cold water into the milk frother. This will allow it to be used again sooner. TIPS
- You will get the best milk froth result with full milk.
- If there is too lile milk in the milk frother (less than 100 ml), the result will be poorer.
