Use

WARNING - damage to property
-Only turn on the mill when it is filled (with salt or pepper).
The mill enables you to grind salt or pepper right when you need them. This means that the spices are more aromatic.
- Remove the protective cap.
- Hold the mill over the food you want to season and press the on/off switch. The grinding gears and light will operate as long as the switch is held down.
- After use, replace the protective cap.

If the mill jams, this means the grinding gears are blocked. If this happens, shake the mill a bit, turn it upside-down and turn it on briefly.
Setting the coarseness
- Remove the protective cap.
- Turn the mill upside-down and turn it on briefly to clear out the grinding gears.

- Turn the setting knob in the middle of the grinding gears in the corresponding direction. Pay attention to the marking on the setting knob.
Coarse grind
-Turn anti-clockwise
Fine grind
-Turn clockwise

The grinding gears can be completely closed by turning the setting knob clockwise as far as it will go. In this case, do not press the on/off switch, because doing so will quickly destroy the grinding gears.
Cleaning

WARNING - damage to property
-
The mill or its parts must not be immersed in water or other liquids.
-
Wipe the mill with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
