Depending on the ingredients, the bowl (7) with lid allows you to make up to 1 kg of dough.

Push the release button of the multi-purpose head (8) upward. Lift the multi-purpose head and place the bowl (7) on the appliance base. Then turn it so that it locks into position. You can now put ingredients into the bowl.

Cover the stainless steel bowl with the lid and attach the mixing attachment, the dough hook (spiral), or the whisk – depending on the ingredients and the desired texture. By turning the shaft, adjust the ideal height of the attached attachment.

Push the multifunction head (8) of the appliance downwards until it locks into place (you will hear a click).

During preparation, you can add ingredients by inserting them through the opening in the lid.

If you wish to stop the appliance, turn the adjustment knob (1) back to the "0" position.

Before first use, wash all parts of the appliance with soapy water, then rinse and dry them.

Depending on the nature of the ingredients, the bowl (7) with its cover can be used to prepare up to 1kg of dough.

  1. Press the release button for the multifunction head (8) up, lift the multifunction head then fit the bowl (7) onto the appliance by turning until it locks into position. Place the ingredients in bowl first.
  2. Put the stainless steel bowl cover onto the stainless bowl and insert the mixer blade, hook or whisk (depending on the consistency you prefer). Adjust the height by turning the shaft: adjust the accessories to the ideal position.
  3. Press the multifunction head (8) of the appliance down until a click is heard.
  4. During preparation, you can add ingredients through the opening in the cover.
  5. To stop appliance operation, turn the knob (1) back to 0.
  6. Before using for the first time, clean all parts of the accessories with soapy water, rinse and dry.
  7. Place the appliance on a flat, clean and dry surface and then plug in your appliance.

Mincing meat - tips and warnings

  • Make sure the cutting edges of the cutter unit are pointing outwards.
  • Make sure the notch of the grinding disc fits onto the projection of the cutter housing. • Never use frozen meat!
  • Do not overload the appliance during use by pushing too much meat into the cutter housing.
  • Cut the meat into 10cm-long, 2cm-thick strips.
  • Remove bones, gristles and sinews as much as possible.
  • Put the prepared meat on the feeding tray.
  • Press the on/off button to switch the appliance on.
  • Use the pusher to gently push the meat into the cutter housing.
  • For steak tartare, mince the meat with the medium grinding disc twice.

Making sausages - tips and warnings

Always mince the meat first.

  • Let the sausage skin soak in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Then slide the wet skin onto the sausage horn. Do not block the air outlet grooves of the horn.
  • Put the minced meat on the feeding tray. Press the speed control switch to switch the appliance on.
  • If the skin gets stuck on the sausage horn, wet it with some water.

Making cookies - tips and warnings

Cut the dough into approx. 3cm-wide strips.

Make sure the notch of the cookie separator fits onto the projection of the cutter housing.

Place one strip of dough on the feeding tray.

Press the on/off button to switch the appliance on. Push the dough gently into the cutter housing with the pusher.

Guide the dough sausage coming out of the appliance onto a baking plate. Then cut the sausage into slices or strips and distribute them over the baking plate.

Vegetable slicer

Choose the cutter and cutter housing you need. Insert the cutter into the cutter housing.

Put the cutter housing into the multifunction head by turning it anticlockwise in the vertical position (a click should be heard).

Now the appliance is ready for slicing.

  1. Cut the potato or other vegetable into pieces of a size suitable for the cutter housing.
  2. Choose the different kind of cutter as requested.
  3. Put the pieces into the cutter housing and press slightly with the pusher.

Caution:

  1. When you disassemble the body (cutter housing), you must press the release button for the cutter housing first.
  2. Insert the food in the feed tube with the pusher. Never push the food with your finger or any other utensil.
  3. After use, always turn the switch to the "OFF" position.

Cleaning
