Operation and Safety Notes

PRODUCT OR PROPERTY! RISK OF OVERHEATING! Do not operate the product if it is damaged. This product may be used by children aged 8 years and up, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental ca- pacities, or lacking experience and / or knowledge, so long as they are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the product and understand the associated risks. Do not allow children to play with the product. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision. SHOCK! Before putting the product into operation, ensure the mains lead and plug are dry. Always be sure to operate the electric cool box with the correct voltage. Never place hot foods or bever- ages inside the electric cool box. The electric cool box is not suitable to transport substances containing corrosive solvents. Never immerse the product in water. Doing so could damage the electrical equipment. When travelling by car, do not transport the product in the pas- senger compartment. When operating the product, always ensure the 12 V plug is placed firmly and safely in the 12 V socket, and that the socket is free of dirt. Improper contact between the plug and socket may result in the power supply fre- quently switching on and off due to vibration from the vehicle. This can result in overheating. The manufacturer is not liable for damages due to improper use or incorrect operation. General information on use Dry the surfaces of the items to be refrigerated to prevent condensation. Be careful not to switch the vehicle engine on and off frequently so as not to constantly inter- rupt the power supply to the cool box.
