Please read the instructions carefully before initial use. You should retain them for future reference. Ensure that anyone using this product is familiar with the instructions.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in the user manual.
- Remove all the packaging and marketing materials before first use.
Make sure the mains voltage corresponds to the values on the rating plate of the appliance. - Before turning on, make sure that the adapters and accessories are properly placed and fastened so they cannot get loose during use.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on or connected to the mains.
- Only place the appliance on a stable and heat-resistant surface away from other heat sources.
- Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet if it is not in use.
- When disconnecting the unit from the wall outlet, never pull the power cord, grasp the plug end and disconnect it by removing it from the receptacle.
- Do not allow children or unauthorized people to handle the appliance, use it out of their reach.
- Pay extra attention if the appliance is used near children.
Do not allow the appliance to be used as a toy. - Do not allow the power cord to hang freely over the edge of the worktop where children might reach it.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors or on a wet surface, there is a risk of electric shock.

- The maximum continuous operation is 15 minutes. After that allow the appliance to cool down for several minutes before using it again.
- Do not use any accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug and have it repaired immediately by an authorized service centre.
- Do not use the power cord to move or handle the appliance.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources such as radiators, ovens, etc. Protect it from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
- When attaching accessories during cleaning or in the event of a malfunction, switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug from wall socket.
- The appliance is only suitable for home use and is not intended for commercial use.
. Do not immerse the power cord or the charger in water or any other liquid. - Check the appliance and the power cord for damage regularly. Do not switch on the appliance if it has been damaged.
- Keep your hair, fingers and cloth away from the moving parts of the appliance.
- Always use a supplied pusher to push food through the inlet. Never push food with your fingers, fork, spoon, knife or other object. Do not put any kitchen utensils (spoon, dough scraper, etc.) into the inlet.
- Pay extra attention when handling the adapters, the blades are very sharp and can cause injury.
- Use the appliance for food processing only. Do not put bones, gristles, tendons, skin or other hard and tough substances into the appliance!
- Do not repair the appliance yourself. Contact an authorized service centre.
- If the auger gets clogged with a foodstuff, turn off the motor immediately and use the reverse gear to release it. If the auger is clogged, it may damage the motor.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised. Children under the age of 8 must be kept away from the appliance and its power cord. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Children under 3 years of age must be prevented from accessing the appliance unless they are permanently supervised.
If you fail to follow these instructions, any possible repair cannot be recognized as a warranty repair.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTICE
Always disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet before assembling or removing accessories! Before putting a new appliance into operation, you should wipe it thoroughly with a damp cloth and wash all removable parts in warm water for hygienic reasons.
The maximum continuous operation time of the appliance is 15 minutes. After that allow the appliance to cool down for several minutes.
GRINDING FUNCTION
Assembly for grinding
- Insert the auger into the grinder body.
- Attach the cross-knife blade to the auger axis so the blade tip points out of the auger. Make sure that the knife on the auger axis is correctly attached and cannot rotate independently.
- Select the replaceable disc for the desired fineness of grinding. a. Fine grinding: fish meat, boiled meat, meat loaf b. Some grinding: fish meat, vegetable hard shell, dried fish
- If you require finer grinding, first treat the food with the coarse disc and then repeat the process with the fine disc. This will prevent clogging and overloading the appliance motor.
- Make sure that the securing groove on the replaceable disk engages in the pin on the grinder body.

Tighten the grinder nut

Attach the assembled grinder body to the motor unit. Push the grinder body at a 45^ angle to the motor unit and turn the grinder body counter clockwise until you hear a click. Check if the adapter is properly fastened and cannot be released and removed without using the lock button.
- Check the tightening of the grinder nut.
- Place the hopper on the grinder mouth.
- Place a bowl for the minced food under the grinder body.
- Frozen food must be thawed prior to processing. Remove the bones, gristles, tendons and skin from the meat. Cut the meat to slices of approximately 2 × 2 × 10 cm .
- Press the on/off button to turn on the appliance. Insert a small amount of prepared food into the grinding inlet and push slightly inwards using a pusher. Do not push too hard, otherwise the appliance may get clogged.




FILLING SAUSAGE FUNCTION
Assembling the adapter for filling sausages
- Put the auger with a plastic end forwards into the grinder body. Attach the extruder disc and the adapter for filling sausage onto the auger axis. Tighten the grinder nut by hand (when assembling, make sure that the securing groove on the extruder disc engages in the pin of the grinder body).
- Attach the assembled grinder body to the motor unit. Push the grinder body at a 45^ angle to the motor unit and turn the grinder body counter clockwise until you hear a click. Check if the adapter is properly fastened and cannot be released and removed without using the lock button.
- Check the tightening of the grinder nut.
- Place the hopper on the grinder mouth.
- Now the appliance is ready for use.
Filling sausages
- Tie up a casing at one end. Put the loose end on the adapter.
- Press the on/off button to turn on the appliance.
- Put the filling mixture into the injet and gradually fill the casing. Do not push too hard, otherwise the appliance may get clogged.
- There must not be any air bubbles in sausages. The recommended length of each sausage is 10 - 15cm . When the sausage is filled, tie up the loose end with a string.
- When you are done with processing, you can push out any residues from the adapter by inserting and processing a few pieces of bread.
- After processing, switch off the appliance by pressing the on/off button and disconnect it from the electrical outlet.
- To release the adapter from the holder, keep pressing the lock button and simultaneously rotate the adapter clockwise to release it.
- Loosen the grinder nut to disassemble the adapter.
Recommendation:
Put the casings in lukewarm water for 10 minutes. Then put the casing on the nozzle. If the casing sticks on the nozzle, moisten it.

MEAT BALL PREPARATION
Assembly of the adapter for the preparation of meat balls
- Insert the auger into the grinder body.
- Attach the extruder disc and the cap for preparation of meat balls onto the auger axis.
- Make sure that the securing groove on the extruder disk engages in the pin on the grinder body.
- Tighten the grinder nut.
- Attach the assembled girder body to the motor unit. Push the girder body at a 45^ angle to the motor unit and turn the girder body counter clockwise until you hear a click. Check if the adapter is properly fastened and cannot be released and removed without using the lock button.
- Check the tightening of the grinder nut.
- Place the hopper on the grinder mouth.
- Now the appliance is ready for use
Note: This accessory is used without replaceable discs and without a crossblade knife. Prepare a meat mixture, that should be well minced, flavoured and mixed.
Put the mixture gradually into the inlet of the appliance.
Do not push too hard, otherwise the appliance may get clogged.

Shape the extruded mixture to your liking.

When you are done with processing, you can push out any residues from the adapter by inserting and processing a few pieces of bread.
- After processing, switch off the appliance by pressing the on/off button and disconnect it from the electrical outlet.
- To release the adapter from the holder, keep pressing the lock button and simultaneously rotate the adapter clockwise to release it.

This appliance is equipped with a thermostat. This system automatically interrupts the power supply of the appliance in the event of overheating.
If your device suddenly stops:
- Disconnect the power cord from the socket.
- Press the On/Off switch to turn the appliance off.
- Allow the appliance to cool down for 60 minutes.
- Reconnect the power cord
- Switch on the appliance.
Contact an authorized service centre if the thermostat gets activated too frequently.
NOTICE: To avoid a hazardous situation, do not connect this appliance to the timer switch.
TIPS
The power cord can be stored in the storage compartment located at the bottom of the appliance

If the auger gets clogged with a foodstuff, turn off the motor immediately and use the reverse gear to release it. If the auger is clogged, it may damage the motor.

The pusher is hollow so it can serve as a storage for other adapter parts.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning and after use of the appliance, switch the appliance off, disconnect it from the mains and allow it to cool down.
Do not immerse the power cord or the charger in water or any other liquid.
Wash the exchangeable accessories in warm, detergent water and rinse with clean water.
Wipe the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth
Do not use pot scourer, abrasives solutions or solvents for cleaning.
Prior to assembling, let all parts to dry properly.
After cleaning, grease the discs and cross-blade knife with vegetable oil to prevent rust or surface oxidation.

SERVICE CENTRE
Extensive maintenance or repair, which requires access to internal parts of the product, has to be performed by a qualified specialist or the service centre.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
- Prefer recycling of packaging materials and old appliances.
- Packaging materials may be disposed of as sorted waste.
- Dispose the plastic bags made of polyethylene (PE) of as sorted waste.

Disposal must be performed in accordance to the regulations for waste disposal. For more detailed information about recycling of this appliance see the authorized local office or service for household waste disposal or the shop, where you purchased the appliance.

The quality warranty term is 24 months from product takeover by the customer.
The warranty does not apply to wear and tear caused by regular use. The customer shall not be entitled to any warranty claims it, prior to taking the product over, they knew the product contained a defect or if the defect is attributable to the customer.
The warranty specifically does not apply:
- if the product installation, operation and service conditions stipulated in the product operating manual have not been adhered to.
to malfunctions caused due to mechanical, heat or chemical damage, short circuit, over voltage or incorrect installation.
to malfunctions caused by an inexpert third-party intervention,
to malfunctions caused by natural disaster,
to malfunctions caused by insufficient or inappropriate maintenance in violation of the operating manual, including malfunctions caused by water and other sediments. - to changes in colour of the heating surface or to scratching of the surface caused as a result of using the products in an unusual manner,
to appearance and functional changes caused by exposure to sunlight, thermal radiation of water and other sediments. - if the service life of certain product parts expires, e.g. for accumulators, bulbs, etc.
The warranty does not apply to any products and services provided along with the product (gifts, promotional articles, etc.).
Filling a complaint
A complaint against a product defect must be filed as soon as identified, yet no later than before the end of the warranty term.
The customer must file a product complaint with the dealer from which they have purchased the product, or with any authorised service centre, a list of which is included in the product package, or available at www.my-concept.com.
While filing a product complaint, the product must be duly cleaned and securely packed so as to prevent any damage during its transport to an authorised service centre, where relevant, unless the product is delivered in person.
The customer must submit proof of having concluded a purchase contract for the product by producing the receipt.
While filing their complaint, the customer must indicate the noted defect and identify the preferred complaint application method.
Complaints processing
As long as the noted defect may be removed, the user has the right to have the defect duly removed free of charge on a timely basis.
Where such a procedure is not reasonable with regard to the nature of the defect, the user may require to be supplied a new defect-free product (replacement), or, where the defect applies to a part of the product only, replacement of the part concerned. However, if replacement of the product or any part thereof is not proportionate with regard to the nature of the defect, especially if the defect can be removed without undue delay, the customer has the right to have the defect removed free of charge.
If the noted defect is not removable, or if the customer becomes entitled to replacement of the product or a part thereof, yet the replacement is not possible, for example due to the product having been sold out, the customer has the right to return the product (withdrawal from the contract).
The customer shall have the right to a new product (replacement), or to replacement of a part of the product even if the defect can be removed, provided they cannot properly use the product due to repeated occurrence of the defect or due to a high number of such defects. In such a case, the customer also has the right to return the product (by withdrawing from the contract).
If the product is not returned the customer does not withdraw from the contract), or if the customer does not apply the right to a new defect-free product replacement, to replacement of a part thereof or to repair of the product, they may request a reasonable discount. The customer also has a right to a reasonable discount if a new defect-free product cannot be supplied to them, or if a product part cannot be replaced or the product repaired unless the situation is remedied within a reasonable time limit, or if remedying the situation would create major discomfort on the part of the customer.
The seller, authorised service centre or a staff member authorised by them must decide about each complaint immediately or within three business days in complicated cases. This term does not include a reasonable period of time, depending on the type of product concerned.

Remark: Complaints against products damaged in transport are governed by the carrier's complaints procedure.
