WARNING: Risk of Injury!

Do not use the appliance if the shaving head, the shaving blade or the blade support on an attachment is deformed or damaged! CAUTION:

• Do not insert sharp objects into the shaving head of the nose / ear hair trimmer.

• The shaving head and blade are precision-machined and must not to be exposed to heavy loading, impacts or similar.29 NE3743_IM 10.09.19

• This appliance serves the sole purpose of trimming nose or ear hair, contours and eyebrows. Do not use the appliance for any other purposes.

• The appliance is not intended for commercial use.

• Keep the appliance away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture.

• Turn the appliance off when not in use, for cleaning or in case of failure.

• Do not operate a damaged appliance.

• Do not repair the appliance by yourself. Please contact authorized personnel.

• Do only use original parts.

• Store the appliance out of the reach of children. Children may not play with the appliance.

• In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

Do not allow small children to play with the plastic foil. There is a danger of suffocation! Handling of Batteries Do not charge! Danger of Explosion! Do not expose batteries to intense heat, such as sunlight, re or similar! Do not disas- semble! Insert correctly!

Do not short circuit! CAUTION: Batteries can leak battery acid. 1. Make sure the appliance is switched off: The switch shows “ I ”.

2. Note the symbols at the bottom of the appliance. Open the battery

compartment by turning the cover towards the symbol and then remove it.

3. The correct polarity is shown in the battery compartment. Insert a

AA / LR6 / UM3 type battery with the positive pole (+) towards the attachment.

4. Close the battery compartment. Align the marking with the

symbol. Then turn the cover towards . The cover must snap into place. Usage Turning On / Off the Appliance Slide the switch to turn the appliance on or off. Installing and Removing Attachments

Always turn off the appliance before removing or installing attach- ments!

• Plug an attachment onto the appliance. Note the guide on the ap- pliance and the recess on the attachment. Tighten the attachment by turning it to the left until it clicks into place.

• Use the outline trimmer attachment.

WARNING: Risk of Injury!

• Do not use this attachment on sensitive skin or areas suffering from irritations.

• Do not press the shaving blade too rmly onto the skin.

• Apply the shaving blade on an area where you want to remove hair. Use one hand to pull the skin so that it becomes rm. Care- fully move the outline trimmer against the direction of hair growth. Removing Nose and Ear Hair

• Use the nose / ear depilatory attachment.

WARNING: Risk of Injury!

Do not insert the shaving head too deep into the nostril / outer ear.

• Move the tip of the shaving head in and out of the nostril or outer ear, using circling movements. Stop Operation Shut off the appliance after use by sliding the switch downwards. The switch shows “ I ”. Cleaning CAUTION:

• Do not immerse the appliance in water. This could destroy the electronics.

• Do not use sharp or abrasive cleaning agents.
