USER MANUAL KHM 3210 B Koenic
- This product is only suitable for private household use and it is not designed for commercial purpose.
- Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.
- Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.
- This product shall not be used by children. Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children.
- This product can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are under supervision or have been given instruction concerning the use of the product in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the product.
- Danger of burns! Do not use the product during the cooking process, with boiling liquids or hot fat.
- Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a danger or injury.
- Danger of injury! Care shall be taken when handling the attachments, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

- Switch o the product and disconnect from the mains before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user and might damage the product. Only use original parts and accessories.
- Do not continuously operate the product for too long to avoid overheating the motor. The continuous operation time must not exceed the processing guide given in the instruction manual. Let the product cool down if the product housing becomes too hot.
- Never add ingredients to the container while the product is operating.
- Do not touch the moving parts. Keep fingers, hair, clothing and utensils away from all moving parts.
- During operation, keep hands and utensils out of the container to reduce the risk of severe personal injury and/ or damage to the product. Only use a scraper when the product is not running.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose and with recommended accessories and components. Improper use or wrong operation may lead to hazards.
- Clean the product and all other accessories after each use.

13. Keep the product away from any hot
surfaces and open flames. Protect the product against heat and cold, dust, direct sunlight, moisture, dripping and splashing water.

15. Connect the power plug to an easily
reachable electrical outlet so that in case of an emergency the product can be unplugged immediately. Pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet to completely switch o the product. Use the power plug as the disconnection device.
16. For additional protection, we recommend
the use of a residual current device (RCD) with a tripping current not exceeding 30 mA in the electrical circuit supplying power to your product. The installation should be done by an experienced electrician.
17. Should the product fall into water, unplug
the power plug first before reaching into the water.
18. Do not leave the product unattended, if it is
in use or the power plug is connected to an electrical outlet.
19. Never add ingredients to the container
while the mixer is operating.
20. The product is suitable for a short time
operation only. After an operation time of 5 minutes let it cool down before next use. In turbo mode the operation time must not exceed 1 minute. Do not overload the product.
21. Never let the mixer face towards anybody
while operating the product.
22. Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep
hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from attachments during operation to reduce risk of injury to persons, and/or damage to the mixer.

7. To avoid damaging the power cord, do not
squeeze, bend or rub it on sharp edges. Keep it away from hot surfaces and open flames as well.
8. Place the cord in such a way that no
unintentional pulling or tripping over it is possible.
9. If an extension cord is used, its capacity
needs to be suitable for the power consumed by the product.
10. Do not operate the product with wet hands
or while standing on a wet floor. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
11. Do not open the product casing under any
circumstances. Do not insert any foreign objects into the inside of the casing.
12. Do not place any objects on top of the

- Always ensure the product is disconnected from the power supply before it is fully and correctly assembled!
- Do not exceed the maximum operation time of 5 minutes in order to avoid overheating of the product.

Selecting attachments: Select desired attachments before use. Beaters : Mixing Dough hooks : Kneading Note The hook/beater with the large collar should be attached to the receptacle opening
Mixing: Attach both beaters to the receptacles. Make sure they are well attached. Fig.

Set the speed switch to the 0 position. Connect the power plug to a suitable electrical outlet. Fig.
Lower the attachments into the ingredients to be processed. Fig.
Switching on: Use the speed switch. The speed can be adjusted from 1 to 5 according to the ingredients to be mixed. - For best results use deep but narrow mixing containers.
- Operation speed depends on the amount and consistency of the food to be mixed, as well as on the form and size of the container.
- When mixing liquids use a tall container or mix small quantities at a time to reduce spillage.
- Never add ingredients to container while product is operating.
- Always start mixing at a low speed, and then gradually increase it. Cleaning and care Warning Before cleaning, make sure to switch o the product and disconnect it from the electrical outlet and let it cool completely. Fig.
Cleaning the motor unit: Use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Make sure to dry it properly afterwards. Warning
- Make sure that no moisture is entering the product during cleaning.
- Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids.
- Never hold the product under running water. Fig.
Cleaning the beaters and dough hooks: Use warm water and a mild cleaning agent. Rinse them thoroughly after cleaning and dry. The attachments are dishwasher safe.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp implements to clean your product.
- Dry the product thoroughly after cleaning.
- Store the product in a cool, dry location, away from children and pets. Troubleshooting If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table.
