- This product is only suitable for private household use and it is not designed for commercial purpose.
- Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the product yourself. In case of malfunction, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.
- Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.
- This product shall not be used by children. Keep the product and its cord out of reach of children.
- This product can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they are under supervision or have been given instruction concerning the use of the product in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the product.
- Regularly check the power plug and power cord for damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a danger or injury.
- Danger of injury! Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowls and during cleaning.
• Always disconnect the product from the mains if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- Switch off the product and disconnect it from the mains before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could pose a safety risk to the user and might damage the product. Only use original parts and accessories.

Safety Instructions
- Do not continuously operate the product for too long to avoid overheating the motor. The continuous operation time must not exceed the processing guide given in the instruction manual. Let the product cool down if the product housing becomes too hot.
- Never add ingredients to the container while the product is operating.
- Do not touch the blade, blade guard and moving parts. Keep fingers, hair, clothing and utensils away from all moving parts.
- Use the product only for its intended purpose and with recommended accessories and components. Improper use or wrong operation may lead to hazards and cause injuries.
- Clean the product and all other accessories after each use.
- Follow the instructions in the chapter Cleaning and care.
Safety Instructions
- Observe all safety instructions to avoid damage through improper use!
- Keep this instruction manual for future use. Should this product be passed on to a third party, then this instruction manual must be included.
- Before connecting the product to the power supply, make sure that the power supply voltage and current rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the product rating label.
- Never use a damaged product!
Disconnect the product from the electrical outlet and contact your retailer if it is damaged. - To avoid damaging the cord, do not squeeze, bend or chafe it on sharp edges. Keep it away from hot surfaces and open flames as well. Do not let the rotating blades touch the power cord.
- Lay out the cord in such a way that no unintentional pulling or tripping over it is possible.
- If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be suitable for the power consumed by the product.
- Do not operate the product with wet hands or while standing on a wet floor. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
- Do not open the product casing under any circumstances. Do not insert any foreign objects into the inside of the casing.
- Do not place any objects on top of the product. Do not place objects with open flames, e.g. candles, on top of or beside the product. Do not place objects filled with water, e.g. cooking pots, on or near the product.
- Do not pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet by the power cord and do not wrap the power cord around the product.
- Connect the power plug to an easily reachable electrical outlet so that in case of an emergency the product can be unplugged immediately. Pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet to completely switch off the product. Use the power plug as the disconnection device.
- Disconnect the power plug from the electrical outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- If the power cord should overheat, stop using the product and disconnect the product from the electrical outlet.
- Do not place the product on hot plates (gas, electric, coal cooking range, etc.). Keep the product away from hot surfaces and open flames. Always operate the product on a level, stable, clean, heat-resistant and dry surface.
- Never leave the product unattended during use.
- Dry the product and all accessories before connecting it to the power supply.
- Important! Check to ensure that the product is in a serviceable condition before use. The product shall not be used if it shows any signs of damage or if it's suspected to be defect.

Before first time use
Remove the product and accessories carefully from the original packaging. It is recommended to keep the original packaging for storage. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, please observe applicable legal provisions. Should you have any questions regarding proper disposal, contact your local waste management center.
Inspect the delivery contents for completeness and damages. Should the delivery contents be incomplete or damaged, contact your sales outlet immediately.

Attention
• Always ensure the appliance is disconnected from the power supply before it is fully and correctly assembled!
- Danger of hand injury! Handle the blade with care as it is very sharp!
- Never use your hands to reach into the food container. Always use wooden or plastic spatulas, and only when the hand blender is not running.
- Do not use this appliance for processing ice, hot liquids, heavy batter/dough, or hard foods.
- Pre-cut the food into small and even pieces
Note:
When pureeing food, make sure to use enough liquid (juice, milk, etc.) to obtain a smooth mixture. Adjust the consistency of the mixture by adding more liquid or soft solids. The ratio between food and liquids should be 1:1.
Speed settings
Fig. 1 The processing speed corresponds to the setting of the speed control. Rotate the stepless speed control to adjust the speed. The higher the setting, the faster the blending results. Maximum speed can be achieved by pressing the turbo button T.
Blending
Suitable for: Blending juices and shakes, mixing soft ingredients, pureeing cooked ingredients.

Fig. 6 Fill foodstuff into the measuring cup. Observe the maximum marking on the measuring cup. Dip the blender bar as deeply as possible into the ingredients. Work through the ingredients by moving the appliance gently up and down. Hold the blender vertically. Tilting it might lead to splashing foodstuff.

Turn the motor unit counter-clockwise to remove it from the cover. Turn the cap counter-clockwise to remove it. Remove the blade by its hub.

Note: Always add enough fluids, at a ratio of approx. 1:1.
Whisk
Attach the whisk to the motor unit.

Fig. 16 Immerse the whisk in the container and only then switch on the device. The whisk is suitable for beating whipped cream, egg whites, etc.

Cleaning and care

Warning
Before cleaning, always switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug from power supply.

• Make sure that no moisture is entering the appliance during cleaning.
- Never immerse the motor unit in water or other liquids.

Warning
The blades are sharp. Do not touch them. Only hold the hub above the blades.

- Wash all other parts in warm soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp implements to clean your appliance.
• Dry the appliance thoroughly after cleaning. - Store the appliance in a cool, dry location, away from children and pets.

If there are any problems during operation, please refer to the following table. If problems cannot be solved as indicated under Solution, please contact your sales agent.
