GB

6. Operation

The equipment consists of an assembly with a pump, which is encased in a shock absorbing housing. For an optimal working position the equipment comes with a lance and a non-slip gun, whose shape and configuration comply with the applicable regulations.

6.1 Using for the first time

Once you have completely assembled the pressure cleaner and made all the connections, proceed as follows:

Open the water inlet. Press safety pin, a (Fig. 2) on the spray gun and pull back trigger lever, b (Fig. 2) in order to bleed the trapped air out of the equipment.

Turn on the equipment by switching the On/Off switch (Fig. 1/3) to "I".

Now activate the trigger lever (b).

Pressure switch:

Function of the pressure switch: The following happens when the gun is switched off: the pressure switch trips, the power supply is disconnected, the pressure switch switches off the pump, and the high-pressure cleaner goes into stand-by. As soon as you press the trigger lever (b), the pump will restart. To turn off the pressure cleaner completely, set the On/Off switch (Fig. 1/3) to

"OFF". When the pump pressure exceeds the pressure of the pre-set pump valve, the surplus liquid will return to the inlet system.

6.2 Using cleaning agent

  • Fill the cleaning agent container (10) with suitable cleaning agent.
The cleaning agent will be added automatically in low-pressure mode.

Note:

Use only cleaning agents which are expressly suitable for high-pressure cleaners.
