OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

Plug the appliance into the mains supply.

Always place the massager on a flat, stable surface.

Only to be connected to the voltages stated on the characteristics plate.

Do not switch the appliance on it either the cable or plug are damaged, if it can be detected that it is not operating correctly or if it has suffered any type of damage.

Press the Mode selector / OH switch [mode] J, (8).

The [AUTO.] indicator lamp will light up (automatic). Select the desired mode, "Automatic" or MANUAL.

Automatic mode: Automatically changes the rate of vibration, intensity and speed. No manual adjustments possible for intensity or speed of vibration.

Manual mode: The user can select the intensity and speed of vibration.

Whenever manual mode is selected the massage speed and intensity of vibration are set to high by default.

To adjust vibration speed

Press the [+] vibration speed selector / switch (7) to adjust the vibration speed and set the speed to your needs:

Each time the [ ] vibration speed selector/switch is pressed the corresponding speed indicator will light.

To adjust massage intensity

Press the 📄 massage intensity selector / switch (6) to adjust the intensity of the massage. The settings available are:

Each time the [ ] massage intensity selector / switch is pressed the corresponding massage intensity indicator will light.

To stop the appliance during massage, press the mode selector / Off switch [mode] (8).

1a Press switches the appliance on in the [AUTO] position (automatic).

Unplug the appliance from the mains.

Auto-Off timer:

The timer starts as soon as the appliance is switched on and will automatically detail the massage function after 15 minutes

The timer is activated in both the [ AUTO. and [ MANUAL] positions.

APPLICATIONS

Follow the tips below to use the massager correctly:

To massage the soles of the feet, sit in a chai and place your feet on the vibrating pads. Focus the massage on the soles to alleviate any stress in the feet. (Figure -1)

To massage your legs, lie down and rest you calves on the vibrating pads. (Figure -2)

WARNING: Excessive massaging may produce adverse effects Limit massage time to a maximum of 15 minutes.

Do not halt the vibration mechanism by pressing down on the pads excessively during massage.

Do not extend the massage session after the 15 minutes of massage, i.e. the maximum time limit for each massage. If you wish to continue with the massage, wait 30 minutes before beginning again.

SAFETY DEVICE

Excessive, continued use or pressure on the pad may cause an increase in temperature which will trigger the safety device to stop the appliance. In such cases, unplu the mains cable from the wall socket an leave the appliance to cool down for air hour before attempting to reuse it. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE:
