HOW TO USE THE ELECTRIC OVEN

Before use:

  • Read all instrucons included in this manual.
  • Make sure oven is unplugged and Timer Knob is in the "OFF" posion.
  • Remove all accessories and wash it in hot sudsy water or in dishwasher.
  • Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble in oven. Plug oven into outlet and you are ready to use your new cooker with Convecon and Grill.
  • It may result in smell or smoke for the rst use. This is normal. It is due to the protective substance on heang elements, which avoids salt eects during shipping from factory. So it is recommended operating oven dry for about 15 minutes at the rst, moreover, making sure to keep good venlaon of the room.

When using the oven:

  • Conrm the marked power consumpon is in conformity with your household electric power.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter to avoid that children may stumble over.
  • If the supply cord is damaged, the oven should not be used before it is repaired.
  • Oven should be sent to the manufacturer, authorized service agent or a similarly qualified person to repair in order to avoid a hazard.

This unit has a short power supply cord to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a long cord. An extension cord may be used if you are careful in its use:

  • The electric rang of the extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rang of the appliance.

Temperature Knob: choose the desired temperature from 90°C to 230°C.

Rosserie & Convecon Funcon Knob: choose rosserie and/or convecon funcon. Choose rosserie funcon (←) or convecon funcon( ) or rosserie and convecon funcons work together().

Note: Convecon funcon combines hot air movement by means of a fan. It provides faster cooking in many cases than regular radiant types ovens. The fan gently sends air to every area of the food, quickly browning, crisping and sealing in moisture and avor. It produces more even temperature all around the food by air movement, so that food cooks evenly versus the normal ovens. The convecon feature allows cooking at lower temperatures, which saves energy and helps keep the kitchen cooler. Convecon air is superheated and it circulates around the food so it cooks food significantly faster than normal ovens.

Heang Funcon Knob: choose desired heang funcons: upper heang, lower heang, dual heang.

Timer Knob: turn control to the right (clockwise) and the oven will turn o automacally at the end of the selected me and a bell will ring. When seng the Timer to less than 5 min, turn it to more than 6 min. and then back to the selected me.

Power Indicator: It is illuminated whenever the mer is turned on.

Rosserie Power Indicator: it is illuminated whenever the rosserie is turned on.

Convecon Power Indicator: it is illuminated whenever the convecon is turned on.

Grill Rack: for toasng, baking, and general cooking in casserole dishes and loading standard pans.

Food Tray: for use in broiling and roasng various foods that contain water or will release water or oil during cooking.

Food Tray Handle: allows you to pick up the food tray and grill rack to avoid any scald.

Rosserie Kit: composed of a sha and 2pcs of forks with screw. For use in broiling and roasng chicken and various food.

Rosserie Kit Handle: for use in taking rosserie kit out of electric oven.

Using Your Oven:

  • Select cooking mode with the Funcon Knobs.
  • Use the temperature knob to select your desired temperature.
  • Place the food on the grill rack or Food tray and close the oven door.

  • Do not use any paper or plasc container.

  • Use Food tray for any food that is small in size or likely to drip while cooking.
  • Place the food evenly on the grill rack.

- Insert the power plug into the socket.

- Set the cooking funcon and desired me.

- When cooking nished, turn the Timer knob to "O-0" posion.

- Remove the power plug from the socket aer cooking.

USING THE ROTISSERIE FUNCTION:

  • Set the temperature knob to 230^ .
  • Insert the meat or poultry that you are going to cook onto the rosserie sha and make
  • sure that the meat or poultry is secured ghtly onto the sha with the forks and screws. Make sure that the meat or poultry is centered onto the sha.
  • Insert the pointed end of the rosserie sha into the drive socket located on the right
  • hand side of the oven wall. Make sure that the square end of the rosserie sha rests on the rosserie sha support located on the le hand side of the oven wall.
  • Slide the bake tray onto the lowest posion to catch the food drippings.
  • Choose rosserie funcon. If convecon is desired please choose rosserie and
  • convecon funcons work together.
  • Set desired me.
  • When cooking nished, turn the Timer knob to "O-0" posion..
  • Remove the rosserie sha from the oven by placing the hooks of the rosserie kit
  • handle under the grooves on either side of the rosserie sha, li the le side of the rosserie sha rst by liing it up and out. Then pull the rosserie sha out of the drive socket and carefully remove the roast from the oven.

Note: the weight of the food which is put on the food tray/grill rack cannot be over 3.5kg. (just for reference). The food cannot concentrate on one side of the food tray/grill rack, you would beer try your best to make the food put on the food tray/grill Rack evenly.

Posioning of the Wire Rack:

. Cookies – use the boom and middle support guides.
. Layer Cakes – use the boom support guide only (bake one at a me).
. Pies – use the boom and middle support guides.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • It is important that you clean the appliance aer each use to prevent an accumulation of grease and avoid unpleasant odors.
  • Allow the appliance to cool and unplug from outlet before cleaning.
  • Do not immerse appliance in water or wash it under waterspout.
  • Removable wire rack, bake pan, crumb tray can be washed, as normal kitchenware.
  • Clean outside of appliance with a damp sponge.
