Read these instructions for use carefully and keep them for later use, be sure to make them accessible to other users and observe the information they contain.

WARNING
- The device is only intended for domestic/private use, not for commercial use.
- This device may be used by children over the age of eight and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental skills or a lack of experience or knowledge, provided that they are supervised or have been instructed on how to use the device safely and are fully aware of the consequent risks of use.
Children must not play with the device. - Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children unless supervised.
- If the mains connection cable of this device is damaged, it must be disposed of.
- When using the device in the bathroom, unplug the mains plug after use as water in the vicinity constitutes a danger, even when the device is switched off.

The 360^ rotatable joint on the mains cable makes for flexible use of the multi-function styler.
The easy lock system makes it possible to switch the attachments quickly.
The ceramic coating of the crimping and straightening iron provides for an even heat distribution and a smooth surface texture. This provides for gentle styling of your hair.

1. Included in delivery
Check that the exterior of the cardboard delivery packaging is intact and make sure that all contents are present. Before use, ensure that there is no visible damage to the device or accessories and that all packaging material has been removed. If you have any doubts, do not use the device and contact your retailer or the specified Customer Service address.

3. Intended use
The multi-function styler must be used only for individual, private shaping and styling of your hair!

Use the unit only:
- For external use
- For the purpose for which it was developed and in the manner specified in these instructions for use.
Any improper use can be dangerous!
4.Warnings and safety notes

Danger
To avoid damage to health, we strongly advise against using the device in the following situations:
- Never submerge the device in water or other liquids! Risk of electric shock!
- If the device should fall into water despite following all safety precautions, immediately pull the mains plug from the socket! Do not reach into the water! Risk of electric shock!
- Have the device checked by an authorised specialist workshop before using it again! Danger to life due to electric shock!
- If the device has been dropped or has suffered any other damage, it must no longer be used. Risk of electric shock and injury!
- If there is visible damage to the device, mains cable/plug or accessory. If you have any doubts, do not use the device and contact your retailer or the specified Customer Services address. Risk of electric shock!
- Keep packaging material away from children - risk of suffocation!
- Do not use extension cables in the bathroom to ensure the mains plug can be accessed quickly in an emergency.

Warning
To avoid damage to health, please note the following:
- Ensure that no highly flammable liquids are located near the device. Risk of fire!
- Place the device on non-flammable surfaces only. Risk of fire!

Notes
- Remove all packaging material before using the device.
- Connect the device only to a socket featuring the voltage stated on the type plate.
- Only pull the mains cable from the socket by the mains plug.
Do not use any additional parts that are not recommended by the manufacturer or offered as accessories. -
Under no circumstances should you open or repair the device yourself, as faultless functionality can no longer be guaranteed thereafter. Failure to comply will result in voiding of the warranty.

5. Device description

6. Initial use

Warning
- Position yourself on a dry, non-conductive surface. Risk of electric shock!
- Make sure that your hands are dry! Risk of electric shock!
- Your hair must be dry! Risk of electric shock!
- The device can become very hot. When the device is hot, it must only be held using the handle [6] - risk of burns and fire!
- Do not touch the hot plates [1]. Risk of burns!
- Do not wedge any objects between the hot plates [1] and the heating tube and the clip piece.
- Switch the device off immediately if it is faulty or not working properly.
- Place the multi-functional styler with the support stand [13] folded out on a stable, horizontal and non-flammable surface, or hold the multi-functional styler in your hand. Risk of fire!
- Always allow the connected attachment to cool before removal - risk of burns!

Important
- Untangle the mains cable [9] if it is twisted.
- Do not pull, twist or bend the mains cable [9] and do not pull or route it over/on sharp, pointed objects or hot surfaces.
- Do not trap the mains cable [9] in drawers, doors, between the hot plates [1], etc. Damaged or tangled mains cables increase the risk of electric shock!
Changing attachments
Select the appropriate attachment for the desired hairstyle [12, A, B, C].
Turn the locking ring [10] fully clockwise. The connected attachment is released.
Take the attachment off the handle [6].
Align the selected attachment as shown in the image.
Without tilting the two metal pins, carefully slide the selected attachment into the handle [6].
Turn the locking ring [10] fully anti-clockwise. The attachment is locked in place.
Check that the attachment is firmly secured to the handle [6].

Setting the temperature
The sliding switch [5] allows you to choose between two temperature settings. We recommend the following temperature setting depending on your hair type:

Note
- The higher the temperature selected, the faster you will achieve the desired result.
- Use the sliding switch [5] to select the required temperature setting.
- The multi-functional styler is ready to use in a few minutes.
7. Usage
Preparing your hair
Dry your hair fully before using the multi-functional styler.
Your hair should be clean and free of any styling products.
Untangle your hair by combing it with a rough-toothed comb.
Forming curls/waves
You can shape your hair with the curling tongs [A, B, C]:
Divide your hair into individual sections approximately 2 centimetres wide. Hold the section taut.
Press on the curling tongs lever to open the clip piece.
Place the hair section with the tips between the heating tube and the clip piece of the curling tongs.
Close the clip piece to secure the hair.
Wind the hair around the curling tongs towards your head.
Leave the curling tongs in the hair for approximately 8 to 10 seconds. This will achieve the best results without subjecting your hair to excess stress or damage.
Open the clip piece and carefully pull the heating tube away from the curl.
Shaping ends
Place the hair section with the tips between the heating tube and the clip piece of the curling tongs.
Close the clip piece to secure the hair.
To shape the ends, turn the curling tongs inwards or outwards before pulling the ends outwards.
Using the brush attachment
You can use the brush attachment [E] with the curling tongs [B]:
Make sure that the curling tongs [B] are cool.

With the notch facing upwards, carefully slide the brush attachment [E] fully onto the cold curling tongs [B].
The clip piece must be closed in order to do this.
Divide the hair into individual sections. Hold the section taut.
Wind the section of hair around the brush.
Wait approximately 10 seconds before unwinding the hair.

Using the spiral attachment
You can use the spiral attachment [D] with the curling tongs [A]:
Ensure that the curling tongs [A] are cool.
Slide the spiral attachment [D] down to the middle of the closed, cold curling tongs [A].
Press on the curling tongs lever to open the clip piece.
Carefully slide the spiral attachment [D] fully onto the cold curling tongs [A].
Close the clip piece.
Divide the hair into individual sections. Hold the section taut.


Press on the lever of the curling tongs [A] to open the clip piece.
Place the hair section with the tips between the heating tube and the clip piece of the curling tongs [A].
Close the clip piece to secure the hair.

Wind the hair around the spiral attachment [D] towards your head. Ensure that the hair is wound as shown in the image.
Wait approximately 10 seconds before unwinding the hair.
Open the clip piece and pull the hair away from the clip piece.

Using the straighteners
Connect the straighteners/crimping attachment [12] to the multi-functional styler.
Slide the selection switch [11] to the "straighten" position [a]. The straighteners [G] can now be used.
Divide your hair into individual sections approximately 3 centimetres wide. Hold the hair section taut and place between the straighteners [G] at the root.Slowly and evenly move the hair straighteners from root to tip. Do not hold the hair straighteners in the same place for more than 8 to 10 seconds. This will achieve the best results without subjecting your hair to excess stress or damage.
To shape the ends, turn the hair straighteners inwards or outwards before pulling the ends outwards.


Using the crimpers
Connect the straighteners/crimping attachment [12] to the multi-functional styler.
Slide the selection switch [11] to the "crimp" position [c]. The crimpers [F] can now be used.
Divide the hair into individual sections. Hold the hair section taut and place between the crimpers [F] at the root.
Close the crimpers [F] for approximately 10 seconds. This will achieve the best results without subjecting your hair to excess stress or damage.
Open the crimpers [F] and take out the hair.
Repeat the process until you reach the tip.

After use
Place the sliding switch [5] on the device in position 0.
Place the multi-functional styler with the support stand [13] on a stable, horizontal and non-flammable surface to cool down, or hold the multi-functional styler in your hand.
After each use, pull the mains plug out of the socket.
Do not wind the mains cable [9] around the device!
Store the device in a dry place out of the reach of children.
The device can be hung on a hook using the hanging eyelet [8].
8. Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning

Warning
- Always pull the mains plug out of the socket before cleaning the device. Risk of electric shock!
- Ensure that no water gets inside the device! Risk of electric shock!
- Do not clean the device with highly flammable liquids! Risk of fire!

Notes
- Your device is maintenance-free.
- Protect the device from dust, dirt and humidity.
- Do not clean the device in the dishwasher.
- Do not use any aggressive, caustic, abrasive, or corrosive cleaning products or hard brushes.
- The device may be cleaned with a soft cloth dampened with warm water.
- Dry the device and attachments with care after cleaning!
9. Disposal
In the interest of protecting the environment, the unit must not be thrown out with the household waste at the end of its service life.
Dispose of the unit at a suitable local collection or recycling point.
Observe the local regulations for material disposal.
Please dispose of the device in accordance with EC Directive - WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). If you have any queries, please contact the appropriate local authorities.

11. Warranty / Service
Beurer GmbH, Söflinger Straße 218, 89077 Ulm, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Beurer") provides a warranty for this product, subject to the requirements below and to the extent described as follows.
The warranty conditions below shall not affect the seller's statutory warranty obligations which ensue from the sales agreement with the buyer.
The warranty shall apply without prejudice to any mandatory statutory provisions on liability.
Beurer guarantees the perfect functionality and completeness of this product.
The worldwide warranty period is xx years, commencing from the purchase of the new, unused product from the seller.
The warranty only applies to products purchased by the buyer as a consumer and used exclusively for personal purposes in the context of domestic use.
German law shall apply.
During the warranty period, should this product prove to be incomplete or defective in functionality in accordance with the following provisions, Beurer shall carry out a repair or a replacement delivery free of charge, in accordance with these warranty conditions.
If the buyer wishes to make a warranty claim, they should approach their local retailer in the first instance: see the attached "International Service" list of service addresses.
The buyer will then receive further information about the processing of the warranty claim, e.g. where they can send the product and what documentation is required.
A warranty claim shall only be considered if the buyer can provide Beurer, or an authorised Beurer partner, with
- a copy of the invoice/purchase receipt, and
- the original product.
The following are explicitly excluded from this warranty:
- deterioration due to normal use or consumption of the product;
- accessories supplied with this product which are worn out or used up through proper use (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, cuffs, seals, electrodes, light sources, attachments and nebuliser accessories);
- products that are used, cleaned, stored or maintained improperly and/or contrary to the provisions of the instructions for use, as well as products that have been opened, repaired or modified by the buyer or by a service centre not authorised by Beurer;
- damage that arises during transport between manufacturer and customer, or between service centre and customer;
- products purchased as seconds or as used goods;
- consequential damage arising from a fault in this product (however, in this case, claims may exist arising from product liability or other compulsory statutory liability provisions).
Repairs or an exchange in full do not extend the warranty period under any circumstances.
