  The mains voltage must match the information on the rating label of the product.
• The power plug is used as the disconnect device. Please be sure that the power plug is in operable condition.
• Only unplug from the power socket can separate the product completely from the mains.
• Avoid damages to the power cord that may be caused by kinks or contact with sharp corners.

Safety instructions

• Keep this product including power cord and power plug away from all heat sources like for example, ovens, hot plates and other heat-producing devices/objects.
• Only unplug from the power socket by the plug itself. Do not pull on the cord.
• Unplug the product when the product is not in use, in case of malfunctions, prior to attaching or removing accessories and prior to each cleaning.
  If the power cord or the casing of the product is damaged or if the product is dropped, the product may not be used before it is examined by an authorised service agent.
• Place the product on a flat, sturdy and slip-resistant surface.
• Use this product in dry indoor areas only and never outdoors.
• Warning! Do not use this product near water or heavy moisture; e.g. in a damp basement or beside a swimming pool or bathtub.
• Keep this product away from all heat sources like for example, ovens, hot plates and other heat-producing devices/objects.
• Protect this product from extreme heat and cold as well as from direct sunlight and dust.
• Turn the product on only once the kneading hooks or beaters is located deeply into the mixing bowl.
• Keep hands, hair, items of clothing

and kitchen utensils away from moving kneading hooks or beaters in order to prevent injuries and to prevent the product from being damaged.

• Attention! This product is not intended for the mixing of hot foods, liquids or hot fat.
  Clean the product and other accessories after each use. Refer to the chapter Cleaning and care.

Thanks for your purchase of KOENIC product. Please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

Intended use

This product is suitable for simple mixing of liquid and solid foods only. Any other use can lead to damages to product or injuries.

Before first time use

Carefully take the product and its accessories out of the original packaging. Retain the original packaging in case you would like to store the product away or transport it at a later date. If you choose to dispose of the original packaging, then please do so according to the applicable legal regulations.

Check the packaging contents for completeness and damages. Should the contents in the packaging not be complete or be damaged, do not use the product. Return it to your retail outlet immediately.

Duration of Operation

Do not operate the product longer than 3 minutes while preparing yeast dough. (750g flour and 350g water)

For whisking egg white (4 egg white), let the product rest after 10 minutes continuous operation.

Let it then cool down before next use.

Mix with whisks/dough hooks

1. Attach the kneading hooks or beaters to the hand mixer. Rotate the kneading hooks or beaters gently until it locks into place. The kneading hooks or beaters with the round part can only be put in the socket with the cross-shaped marking. Do not insert the kneading hooks or beaters into the socket otherwise.
2. Connect the plug into a suitable outlet.
3. Put the desired ingredients in a mixing bowl.
4. Lower the kneading hooks or beaters deeply in the mixing bowl with the ingredients always before switching on the product.
5. Put the ON/OFF switch to ON.
6. This product has 16 speed levels. Set the speed with the speed control to start mixing.
7. Press the Turbo button, in order to mix at maximum speed.
8. Put the ON/OFF switch to OFF to switch off the product.
9. Unplug the product when you are finished mixing.
10. Clean the product after each use. Refer to the chapter Cleaning and care.

Note

Always begin mixing at a low speed. Increase the speed gradually to the speed as given in the recipe.

Caution

Unplug the product when attaching or removing any of the attachments.
Make sure that the motor unit do not get in contact with any food or liquid.

Attach the kneading hooks or beaters to the hand mixer.

Plug in the product.

Lower the kneading hooks or beaters deeply in the mixing bowl.

Switch on the product.

Set the speed level. Press Turbo to mix with maximum speed.

Switch off the product.

Cleaning and care

1. Unplug and allow the product to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Press the eject button to unlock the kneading hooks or beaters and to remove it from the hand mixer.
3. Clean the kneading hooks or beaters with warm water and some dishwashing detergent immediately after use. The kneading hooks or beaters can also be washed in the dishwasher. Dry all of the pieces completely before using again.
4. Clean the exterior surfaces of the product with a slightly damp cloth.

Note

Never use solvents and abrasives, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects for cleaning.

Do not dispose of this appliance as unsorted municipal waste. Return it to a designated collection point for

the recycling of WEEE. By doing so, you will help to conserve resources and protect the environment. Contact your retailer or local authorities for more information.
