- Theapplianceisdesignedexclusivelyforprivate use and for the envisaged purpose. This appli- ance is not fit for commercial use.
- Donotuseitoutdoors.Keepitawayfrom sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appli- ance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.

It may only be used in the manner described in these operating instructions. You may not use the appliance for commercial purposes. Use for any other purpose is considered improper and not for the intended purpose and can result in damage to property and personal injury. The manufacturer shall not be liable for damages caused by not intended use. Unpacking the appliance
1. Remove the device from its packaging.
2. Remove all packaging materials like foils, filling
materials, cable holders, and carton packaging.
3. Check the scope of deliveries for completeness.
4. If the packaging content should be incomplete
or if damages should be noticeable, do not operate the appliance. Return it to the distributor immediately. NOTE: There may still be dust or production remains on the device. We recommend that you clean the device as described under “Cleaning”. Preparation Please see the overviews on pages 3 and 4.
1. Opentheholderforthescrewhousingwiththe
2. Fit the screw housing (5) into the screw drive
with the filing neck vertical. Retighten the screw clockwise
3. Place the filling tray on to the filler neck in such
a way that the fixture for the tray is above the motor block.
4. Push the spiral (7) into the horizontal section of
the spiral housing until the axle locks in place. See also the sections on assembling the meat grinder, the “Kebbe” attachment, the sausage attachment or the biscuit attachment.45 Assembly of the meat grinder

5. Insert the knife with the sharpened edge out-
wards onto the shaft of the scroll.
6. Select a steel disc (9).
NOTE: The guides are located in the recesses on the spiral housing.
7. Rotate the catch clockwise.

5. Position the 2-piece Kebbe attachment on the
shaft of the spiral. NOTE: The guides on attachment are located in the recesses on the spiral housing.
6. Rotate the catch clockwise.

5. Insert the 2-part cookie attachment (13).
6. Rotate the catch clockwise.
7. Slide the rail (14) through the slots on the cookie

- Ensurethatthefunctionswitchissetto“ ” (Off).
- Connecttheappliancetoacorrectlyinstalled and earthed socket. Switch functions The appliance is equipped with a forward and return function. If the scroll should block, you can use the return function, in order to release it. - Forward:
- Press“R” on the switch (3). The appliance will be in the “Return” mode as long as you keep the switch pressed down.46 Switching off

WARNING: Risk of injury!
Always use the supplied tamper. Never insert your fingers or tools into the filling neck! CAUTION: Do not use the appliance for longer than 10 con- tinuous minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes before using it again. NOTE:
- Cutthemeatintopiecesofabout2.5cm. Please take care that the meat does not con- tain any bones or sinews.
- Tochopthemeatcoarsely,usethediscwith the slots.
- Asasecondstep,selecttheperforateddisc with the finer or coarser holes, depending on how fine you want to grind the foodstuff.
- Coatthesteeldiscsbeforehandlightlywith vegetable oil.
- Addthemeatordoughpasteintothelling neck.
- Ifyouhavedecidedfornaturalintestines,soak them beforehand for some time in water.
- Untilyouhaveacquiredroutine,youcan switch the appliance off after each sausage section.
1. Make a knot at the end of the intestine.
2. Push the intestine over the sausage attachment.
3. Fill the sausage paste into the filling neck.
- Thesausagemassispressedthroughthe sausage attachment and the sausage intes- tine is filled.
- Makesurethatthesausageintestineislled “loosely”, since otherwise the intestine could burst because the sausage expands when cooking and/or frying.
4. After the first sausage has achieved the require
length, press the sausage together at the end of the sausage attachment with your fingers.
5. Twist the sausage once or twice around its own
axis. Cookie attachment
1. Put the dough on the filling tray and filler.
2. Hold the dough strands at the outlet with your
hand and cut off the required length. Cleaning
- Alwayspullthepowersupplyplugbeforecleaningandwaituntilthe appliance has cooled down.
- Neverimmersethemotorassemblyinwaterforcleaning.Itcould result in an electric shock or fire.47 CAUTION:
- Donotuseawirebrushorotherabrasive utensils for cleaning.
- Donotuseaggressiveorabrasivecleaning agents. Motor assembly
- Onlywipethemotorassemblywithadampcloth and dry with a dry cloth after. Filling tray, spiral, spiral housing and all acces- sories CAUTION: Do not clean these parts in the dishwasher. The surfaces could become lacklustre.
- Cleanthedeviceasdescribed.Lettheacces- sories dry completely.
- Werecommendthatyoustorethedeviceinits original packaging when it is not to be used for a longer period.
- Alwaysstorethedeviceatawellventilatedand dry place outside the reach of children.
