No Bluetooth connection Try to power cycle the headset by pressing the MFB. If you do not connect within 3 minutes retry the procedures by following the instructions in this guide.Try to use the earphones with another Bluetooth device. Make sure that Bluetooth is active on your device. Noisy Sound? No sound? Microphone not working? The status light ashes slowly when the headphones are connected. The Bluetooth standard function normally within 10m. Check that the headset is selected as active on your Bluetooth device. Adjust the volume to an audible level. Turn off the earphones and charge it when the red light ashes and release a beep.
