Coffee machine setup
- Before using the coffee machine for the first time, clean the water tank, drip tray and other removable parts with warm water and mild soap. Dry them thoroughly before reassembling.
- Insert the drip tray into the coffee machine. Push it firmly until it clicks into place. This will prevent water spillage. Make sure there is no gap between the tray and the machine.
- Filling the water tank: Remove the water tank lid before use. Remove the water tank from the coffee machine. Fill the tank with fresh drinking water up to the maximum level indicated. Do not exceed the MAX mark. Replace the water tank in the coffee machine, ensuring it fits properly into the corresponding slots.
Important! Never fill the tank with hot water, carbonated water or any other liquid, as this could damage both the tank and the coffee machine.
Note: Always check the water level before use and replace the water daily. We recommend using cold, filtered water. We do not recommend using demineralised or distilled water or any other liquid, as this may affect the espresso taste and the machine's designed operation.

4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Daily care of your coffee machine
To keep your coffee machine in perfect condition and ensure optimal performance, follow these simple cleaning steps daily or after each use, as indicated:
External cleaning:
- Machine surface: Clean the coffee machine's housing with a clean, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, you may use a mild detergent or neutral soap diluted in water. Make sure the cloth is only damp, not wet, to prevent water from entering the machine.
- Coffee spout: Clean the coffee spout with a damp cloth to remove any coffee residue. Important! Do not use harsh cleaning agents, abrasives or solvents, as these could damage the coffee machine's surface.
Internal cleaning and rinsing:
- Drip tray: Remove the drip tray, empty it and rinse with water. Make sure to put it back in place correctly.
- Water tank: Remove the water tank, empty it and rinse with drinking water. Refill with fresh drinking water before replacing it in the coffee machine.
- Coffee circuit rinse: Place a container under the coffee spout. Press either the Espresso 📁 or Double Espresso 📁 button to start an initial rinse cycle. Allow the coffee machine to dispense hot water through the system. This helps remove any internal residue.
Parts that are NOT dishwasher safe:
Warning! No components of the coffee machine are dishwasher safe. Hand wash all removable parts (drip tray and water tank) with water and mild soap, and dry them thoroughly before reassembling.

Descaling removes limescale deposits that form over time inside the coffee machine. The frequency of descaling depends on tap water hardness and machine usage. It is recommended every 4 weeks.
