How to use the Push2go function?

Simply press the Push2go button for momentary use. Release to stop. Ideal for quick pulses.

Can I blend hot foods?

Yes, but let them cool slightly to avoid splashes. Do not exceed 80 °C.

How to clean the blades?

Detach the blender shaft and rinse under water. You can also put it in the dishwasher.

What if the appliance does not start?

Check that the bowl is properly locked and the cord is plugged in. If nothing happens, contact customer service.

Does the motor heat up normally?

Slight warmth is normal. In case of overheating, the automatic shut-off activates. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Can I chop nuts or ice?

Yes, with the included chopper. Use the Turbo function for ice cubes, in pulses.

How to change speeds?

Turn the slider on the handle to select speed 1 (low) or 2 (high). The Turbo button activates maximum power.

Is the bowl microwave safe?

No, the bowl is plastic not suitable for microwaves. Use a microwave-safe container.

Where to find spare parts?

Blades and accessories are available on the official Cecotec website or from authorized dealers.

How to store the appliance?

Store it in a dry, dust-free place. Wrap the cord around the base provided for this purpose.

2. Before use

• This appliance comes in a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Remove the appliance from its box. You can keep the original box and other packaging materials in a safe place to prevent damage to the appliance if you need to transport it in the future. If you wish to dispose of the original packaging, make sure all items are recycled properly.
• Check that all parts and components are included and in good condition. If any of them are missing or damaged, please contact Cecotec's Official Technical Support Service immediately.

• Do not remove the product's serial number in order to keep proper traceability if technical assistance is required.
  ● Caution: The blades are sharp. Always handle the assembly by the base.

• Wash lids, cups and accessories in warm water with washing-up liquid and a soft cloth. Exercise extreme caution with the blade assembly. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
  ● Important: Never operate the appliance when empty.
• Warning: Do not remove the cup whilst the appliance is running. Do not leave it operating unattended.

3. Operation

1. Add a suitable amount of ingredients to the cup; do not exceed the maximum fill line. Ensure the blade assembly and the cup are securely screwed together before placing them onto the main body.
2. Press the cup and blade assembly down onto the main body and turn it until it locks into place. The indicator light will illuminate and blending will begin. Fig. 2

• Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.
  ● The accessories can be cleaned with water, except for the main body.
• To clean the main body, unplug it and use a dry cloth. Do not immerse it in water or wash it under running water.
• Cut the ingredients into 1.5 cm to 2.5 cm pieces. A uniform size promotes smoother blending and reduces the risk of the blades jamming.
• Start by adding ice and frozen fruit to the cup, followed by viscous or dry ingredients, then hard and fibrous ingredients, and finally, add the softest ingredients and the liquid. Since the cup is inverted for blending, the loading order must be reversed to ensure proper blending of the ingredients as they reach the blades.

• Do not exceed the MAX line on the blending cup.
• After use, rinse the cup immediately to prevent residue and lingering odours. Do not use the blending cup with hot liquids.

Disassembling the blades

Note: We do not recommend disassembling the blade assembly unless strictly necessary, as improper handling can compromise the appliance's seal and safety.

Note: The silicone ring (2) must be replaced if it appears cracked, hardened, or aged, as it will no longer provide a proper seal. To replace the ring:

1. Unscrew the blades (1) from the drive head (5).
2. Once this threaded part is removed, you can separate the base (4) that holds the blades (1) and the ring (2) in position.
3. The blades will now be accessible and can be lifted out. Always handle them with extreme caution.
4. The ring (2) is located between the blades (1) and the base (4). Gently slide it off to remove it and inspect its condition. If it shows any signs of wear, cracks, or ageing, it must be replaced before reassembling the unit.

4. Cleaning and maintenance

● Always ensure the blender is unplugged from the mains after each use and whenever it is not in use.
● The accessories can be cleaned with water, except for the main body.
- To clean the main body, ensure it is unplugged from the mains and wipe it with a dry cloth. Do not immerse it in water or wash it under running water.
● Rinse parts immediately after use when possible to facilitate cleaning.
- Quick cleaning: Fill the cup below the MAX line with warm water and a drop of washing-up liquid, screw on the blade assembly and operate briefly a few times. Do not exceed the MAX line to avoid spillage. Rinse and allow to dry completely.
- Do not use scouring pads, abrasive cleaners or harsh liquids (petrol, alcohol, acetone).
- If the blender will not be used for an extended period, store it in a dry, well-ventilated place.

5. Troubleshooting

○ No. Food temperature must not exceed 60^ C.

1. Unusual odour during operation:

It is normal for new appliances to emit a slight odour, which will disappear after several uses. However, if the odour increases over time or persists, please contact Cecotec's official Technical Support Service.

1. Blades jamming or motor stopping:

☐ Unplug immediately. Check if the food pieces are too large, if there are any hard objects (e.g., bones), or if the unit is overloaded.

1. Thermal protection:

The appliance is equipped with a temperature protection system. If the motor overheats due to a blockage, the thermal protection feature will automatically shut off the appliance. Unplug the appliance, remove the cup, and allow it to cool down for 30 to 60 minutes before resuming use.

6. Disposal of old electrical and electronic appliances

This symbol indicates that, according to the applicable regulations, the product and/or battery must be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches the end of its shelf life, you should dispose of the batteries/accumulators and take them to a collection point designated by the local authorities.
