9. PROTECTION AND SAFETY

Memory Retention: The Breadmaker is fitted with a 6-minute protection device against electrical power cuts, should the appliance disconnect accidentally while working. The appliance will continue with the programme if the electricity is connected before six minutes have elapsed.
- Initial assessment: The Breadmaker assesses the starting conditions. The appliance should be at ambient temperature, if the temperature is too high ( >50^ ) or too low ( < -10^ ), all the functions will be disabled and the screen will show "E00" or "E01" and it will emit a sound. In this case remove the bread and allow the breadmaker to return to ambient temperature of between -10^ and 50^ , and then reconnect. If the device still does not work, contract the nearest Technical Assistance Service.
- Working incorrectly: If any of the internal sensors indicate that there is a malfunction, the screen will show "EEE" and an acoustic warning will be heard. If a short-circuit is produced, the screen will show "HHH" an acoustic warning will be heard. For both cases, contact the nearest Technical Assistance Service.

10. CLEANING

Before cleaning the Breadmaker, unplug the appliance and leave to cool.

  • Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
  • Clean the bread mould (7) and the kneading blades (6) with soapy water immediately after use, rinse in clean
Clean the outer and inner parts of the machine with a soft dry cloth.
