Why do the glasses of the TOSHIBA FPT-AG02G not change and how can this problem be resolved?
Frequently Asked Questions - 05/02/2026
Response Notice-Facile

If the glasses associated with your TOSHIBA FPT-AG02G do not change as expected, several causes may be behind this malfunction. Here are the steps to follow to identify and resolve this issue:

1. Check the connection of the glasses

Make sure the glasses are properly connected to the device. If they are wireless, check that the Bluetooth or infrared connection is enabled and stable. A poor connection may prevent the necessary synchronization for the glasses to change.

2. Restart the device

A simple restart of your TOSHIBA FPT-AG02G can sometimes resolve temporary issues related to software or communication with the glasses.

3. Check the device settings

Check in the settings menu that the options related to the glasses are correctly configured and enabled. It is possible that the automatic change of the glasses is disabled or incorrectly set.

4. Update the software

Make sure that the firmware or software of your device is up to date. Updates can fix bugs affecting the management of the glasses.

5. Check the battery

A weak or drained battery, whether in the device or in the glasses, can prevent their normal operation. Fully charge the glasses and the device before testing again.

6. Physical inspection

Examine the glasses for any visible damage or dirt on the sensors that could hinder their operation.

If after following these steps the problem persists, it may be helpful to contact customer service or a qualified professional for further assistance.
